Randal D. Shimon and Mark A. Smith have been practicing together for over four years. They established Shimon & Smith, PC in 2008. Shimon & Smith, PC is made up of a diverse group of practicing attorneys and support staff. Randy S.

Business Owner

Randy Shimon was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa. He was raised on the Shimon Century Farm near Rolfe, in Pocahontas County, Iowa.

Randy received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Arizona State University in December 1991, and his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in December 1995. In 1996, Randy obtained licenses to practice law in two states: Arizona and Nevada. Randy practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, construction and surety law, commercial litigation and commercial landlord/​tenant law.

In his spare time, Randy enjoys being outdoors and close to nature. You may find him attempting a tree pose in the woods, avoiding trees on the golf course, or working with wood in his garage. You will find him walking his dogs Marley and Hendrix virtually every morning in a local park. Randy also enjoys witnessing athletes compete on the gridirons, courts, arenas and ball diamonds of America.
