my wife came into the store to buy my 2014 Xmas present of a NFL jersey. I tried it, it was one size too small and i took it back for an exchange. I explained the problem to the salesperson he told me they didn’t have any more in stock. I asked for a refund and was told he could only provide«store credit. I asked when the next shipment would be in and he told me, «next football season, we should have a shipment in August«. I waited until late August(2015), and was told the shipment came in and the jersey i wanted wasn’t in the shipment and they«couldn’t get anymore». He gave me the name of the Manager(Chris) and his number. I called Chris and explained the problem and after several calls he too reiterated, «the store credit» solution. Further in the conversation he stated, «we didnt force your wife to buy the jersey». After few more minutes of arguing, I hung up. Since then I filed a complaint with the BBB and as of today, i am still waiting for a resolution and haven’t received my Xmas present from LAST year. Buyers and potential buyers beware and stay away from this business, they are obviously NOT interested in repeat business or represent a business that is interested in CUSTOMERSERVICE!!!

One star. Why? Customer service. It is 7:52 as I write this and I was at the front door by 7:42. What does this mean? I’ve purchased merchandise from this company before, but at the other location(Centennial). They stock a wide variety of items and have all my teams(GOBEARS!!). I purchased a hat that was not in my size at the Centennial location and was told I could make the exchange at this location(Decatur/215) where they had it. Okay, no problem. I went on Monday after work and after fighting traffic I got to the store and did not have the bag with the exchange in hand. Oh boy! I goofed. Now I will come back today and get it because I made sure to put it in my car the previous night. Now back to the story. The store closes at 8:00. Review my time line and you’ll see I clearly beat the clock. The gentleman who was closing the store at 7:40(as I pulled up to park the lights were already off) turned and walked hastily as I approached the front door with his cash register. I called the store and got voicemail. The man’s transportation(mountain bike) was located in front of the door so I knew he had to exit there. He came out several minutes later to leave and locked up very quickly not asking what might he may give me. All I wanted to do was exchange my hat. No register needed. He said he couldn’t help me. The computers shut down at 7:45 so he closes the store. That’s why it’s one star. Pure lack of empathy(it’s the second time in a row I couldn’t get my hat(shame on me, but he knew I was there yesterday) No sense of pride of where he works(not willing to go the extra mile for the patron). It would have taken less than one minute for him to go to the counter and swap hats. That’s all I’m sayin, bro!(Can’t stop saying bro, Bro!). Show a little love to the people who support a business that provides you with a job. Off my soapbox. I’ll be back tomorrow! …to be continued

Very friendly crew, very helpful. Let me tried numerous jerseys till I found the right one. Even though i knew what I wanted. Plenty of selections on known players, sadly no Jonikowski for me. This will be my store from now on.

Located to the left of the Walmart. This Sideline Sports is small, but carries a ton of your favorite gear. From hats, accessories, to jerseys of your favorite player, Sideline either has it or can get it for you. This location is not my favorite in Las Vegas. I’ve been to the other locations and this one is my least favorite. I really hate to post this, but been here at least a half dozen times and felt like the service was below standards. I’ve walked in with 3+ employees working with no greet and no acknowledgment. Just some advice, if you’re having a team huddle meeting, have it in the backroom. Us customers can feel neglected when we see a bunch of employees and get absolutely no service. Centennial’s location is by far better in regards to customer service. Now you know my face. A simply hello back would do wonders!!! 5 stars for their selection 2 stars for service Will I be back? Most likely because I know what I want when I walk in and they sometimes have it. Will I suggest this Sideline Sports to others? Probably not.

Jimmy at this location went out if his way to help me return a hat. Sideline Sports has decent people just not at the Tropical Pkwy. location. This is were I’ll shop from now on.
