I don’t understand all the negative reviews ??
First off, front desk lady was kind enough to find my group of 5 sleeping in our car at 8am waiting for 12 (check in time) and got us a room! Saved our lives from the hot sun & cramped space so thank you soooo much.
The moment we stepped into our room, there was a/​c in both rooms and it felt amaaaazing to escape the Vegas heat
TVs, lamps, shower, sink, microwave, fridge, & Internet works.
Clean beds and it’s actually quite comfortable
Great place for the price! Check your maps to see where your room is before walking up flights of stairs for nothing. The walkway does not go around the whole hotel so each side has it’s own flight of stairs. We walked up & down 3 stories twice so learn from our mistakes hahaha
Minus 1 star cause we came at 6am and the man told us we can’t check in until 12/​3pm (no other info) but the lady that saved us said the rooms would’ve been gone by then
& pool closes at 10pm which is kinda lame because during the day time there’s a bunch of kids and it’s still in the 100’s at 12/​1am and a dip in the pool would be nice. Plus Vegas never sleeps, right?

Do not stay here. Do not consider it. It looks ok from the outside, to lure the unsuspecting person in. Then, you find out what your room, and the clientele, are like. Broken furniture, promised wifi that doesn’t work, lousy water — it’s a hole. With creeps. Stay elsewhere.

Initially, the best of this type of accomodation in LV. THEN… upkeep of the property and outbound asthetics have been on the decline. animal excrement everywhere. untrimmed and untended public areas. trash and linems that housekeeping removed from a room sometimes sits for days on the landings and stairs. laundry rooms with no hot water and washers and dryers that are outdated and often in disrepair. unsafe with limited security presence. no accountability by employees who, for the most part, are non-​responsive to reporting of safety or guest issues to security and management. rooms are adequate. linen exchanges are not satisfactory. one must go to the office and may be told we don’t have this or that because housekeeping did not replenish the office. front desk clerk liz is rude and abrasive. she is non– guest oriented. the quality of guests has been severely compromised. too many police calls. drugs and prostitutes are used and present on property. can go on and on… but some of us actually work…

My girl friend Bernadette and I Robin checked in to the hotel after driving 5 hours to Las Vegas from Los Angeles on June 3 (Friday). We got there at 1:30am and the lady at the front desk showed us great customer service by promptly getting us checked in. When we got to our room we then started to get settled in and when we rolled back the covers on the bed we noticed a BUG on the sheets. I then used a piece of paper to pick up the bug and we took it to the office to show the lady. She then asked us if we wanted to cancel our reservation and we did. I am giving this place a 1star because the lady was very nice to us. As far as the cleanliness of doesn’t deserve a star. The place needs better cleaning this is not acceptable. I made a video of it also.

I’ll keep it short and sweet.
1. Pool is dirty. I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned. Sit on the side and put your feet it, suddenly they disappear in a cloud of dirt.
2. Beds. Like sleeping on cardboard? Great, because the mattresses here are the equivalent of sleeping on a cardboard box filled with springs. It would almost be more comfortable to sleep on the floor. However, I wouldn’t suggest that, because…
3. Floors. I suggest wearing shoes and socks because the carpet is filthy. Walking around for more than a couple minutes and your feet bottoms will be black. Even if you enjoy painting your feet black, I would wear shoes anyways because…
4. Bugs. The other reviews weren’t kidding. Bugs everywhere.

I stayed here last week and I don’t know how this place can legally be called a hotel. The pics on the internet looked ok– but the reality was sad — and scary. We arrived very late– 3 am– due to a very long drive– and we greeted by a «long term resident» who was screaming gibberish at us as we walked toward our room.
I am not sure if it was the bad smell or cigarette burns in the bathroom that first set the ambiance. The «Queen» suites were clearly smaller, full size beds. And the bedding looked like it came from a county hospital… The towels had old blood stains… The shower made a horrible squeaking noise the entire time– This is without a doubt, the WORST room I have ever stayed in.
The «suite» portion is an empty kitchen– microwave didn’t work– no plates, silverware, cookware– nothing. How do you use a kitchenette unless you have even just basic dishes?

Every time we ventured out of our room, we were greeted by people that appeared to be a combination of violent, homeless, addicts and/​or insane. They appeared to be long term residents. This seems to be more «Section 8» housing than a hotel. There were constant police patrols in the parking lot and we saw a 6 person fight break out… In the courtyard.
I don’t know how this Siena Suites can think renting rooms to vacationing families and renting rooms to long term troubled residents at the same time is a good idea.
It was a disaster. I will never ever come back here again.

Guess we got lucky too. Reading the reviews I was very hesitant on staying but walking in. It wasn’t that bad. Things could be worse I guess.

First room I went to was disgusting had aweful smell stained carpet. Not clean at all. 2^nd room was better very clean smell was fine. No issues so far. Will let you know if it changes over night. It is cheap. You get what you pay for. No services. The gentleman at the front desk was nice.

Things are filthy and broken. The stove is filthy, bathroom fixture was not even installed. Carpets, sofa, bed, and everything are Disgusting. Found a bedbug on the bed. Yes, a BEDBUG!
Don’t come stay here and bring the bedbugs home. If you want a nice clean place for you and your family, Stay away!
However, the frontdesk was pleasant enough to apologize and refund our money.

I just check into the hotel and got into the room and i saw a bed bug that walking in my bed. Then i went to the lobby to ask for a refund for my room. I can’t believe it that i saw the bed bug running around in my bed. I brought 2 kids with me. I dont want the bug got into kids ears or anything. Will not go back to this place again

Cockroach and broken toilet. Not for me. We checked in and found out this place rents rooms on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. I am surprised they don’t rent by the hour. We got to our room and the first thing we noticed were the carpets weren’t vacuumed. The second thing was the toilet was running and would not flush. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up right away. We left and got back to our room hours later. The repair had not been done. The next morning I told the front desk and she said there would be someone there is 5 minutes. We left again and got back around 5:00 pm. The toilets were still running and not flushing. We gave up. My husband also saw a cockroach climbing The wall above the bathtub. The place smelled bad and the clientele were scary! DON’T STAY THERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

It’s a motel.
There’s no room service, no valet, no security, no wifi, no daily cleaning service, did I mention NO ROOM SERVICE?
it’s a bunch of 3 story walk-​ups next to each other that are pretty far walking distance. A lot of people LIVE there and a lot of pets so lots of dogs barking and people just «hanging around». I think I saw a security guard but he was napping. So it doesn’t really seem safe.
There are no bed covers too so you just get your thin white sheets. I asked the front desk if they could bring me some. They said, sure, but then never showed up. Later they said they didn’t provide. Nice, right?
I called the front desk to request a late check-​out (from 12 to 2). They said, no problem and when we arrived at our room at 12, our keys didn’t work. I called them and they said the keys automatically go out at 12 and «they guess someone forgot to give us new keys/​tell us that we would need new keys/​etc».
Also, the lack of wifi is annoying since not everyone has a laptop to plug in an ethernet cable.

My mother came out from Cali to visit and of course she’s comes on the weekend of Life is beautiful festival. All the hotels were booked, she was able to book a room at Siena suites, there were dead bugs on the floor and she woke up covered with bites.

Bugs, crackheads, felt very unsafe, left hotel. Not to mention booked us in an accessible room which was on the 3^rd floor with no elevator.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! We saw 2 cockroaches when we entered!, outside concrete pathways to the rooms were unkempt, pockmarked with dark stain spots, (perhaps gum residues, even saw a loaded doggy poop bag near a staircase!), cigarette butts are all over the bush rockbeds, minor stain on sheet, but large ones on the bed!, carpet floor was slimy! we had to use slippers!
What’s really sad is, the lady receptionists were condescendingly RUDE when we ask for a room transfer! (probably irritated and got used to so many complaints).

Stayed here for the good rate on a Saturday night. We arrived late and I had called ahead so they knew to expect it. The clerk offered late check out which was fabulous. Some shady characters around, so we hurried to our room. The furniture is a little dated, but it appears to be clean. Beds weren’t that great, but I also wasn’t that picky since I was so tired. There is a small kitchen, but we didn’t use it. In a
pinch, I would stay again.

Nice, comfy and clean place. I was expecting worse after reading the reviews. They probably made a renovation, it’s looks like that. Spacious suit, but very noisy AC and shower scream like someone is being killed.
If they have cable internet, why don’t they leave a cord in a room or at least give it with keys. Why make people go back to front desk and begging for that?
Personnel seemed lazy and annoyed. I realized that I lost a small toy after check out and called the front desk, but they put me on hold for half an hour, I gave up waiting

Contrary to what it says, they DON’T have Wifi. I stayed here for 4 days and could not connect a single time. So don’t stay here if you need that. I called twice AND spoke to someone at the front desk and they kept either saying someone is working on it or «it should be back on now» but it never was. :/
Other than that, the stay was nice! The room was very clean and nice and the beds pretty comfortable. It wasn’t ghetto at all, like a lot of people said. Yeah, there are shady people staying here, catcalling me from their balcony. I just put on bitch face and tried to dress in baggy clothes and look like a boy.
FULL kitchen. Like with an oven and everything. Oh, but the refrigerator sucked; it was BARELY even cold. The food felt like room temperature — not good!
Bring cash if you’re going to do laundry because you have to buy a laundry card with cash only and it costs $ 2. I had to use the ATM to get cash, so I had a $ 3 charge plus the $ 2. And then I got to do laundry! Don’t use the first washer either, as it doesn’t work and will take your money.
All in all, cheap (for Vegas), no resort fee and pretty nice.

I recommend YOU DO NOT STAY HERE! If you have ANY class or integrity about you. If you don’t? Well this place is just right for you!
I wish I could give this disgusting smoke smelling hell hole a negative review!
First of all, I was trying to check in early. Check-​in is at 3pm. I showed up at 11. If they said it was way too early to check-​in, no big deal, I would have left and come back. HOWEVER they said they could allow me to check-​in early for an extra fee of $ 28.00, which is a cleaning fee. A cleaning fee? They wanted me to pay extra for a job that the maid gets paid to do already?! I asked to speak with a manager and she said to just give them a room. So my question is, where, or rather who’s pockets, was this extra $ 28 going? Really? When they already had a room ready to go!
Secondly, If you are a non smoker, like I am, you can smell the repulsive putrid smell that tobacco can leave lingering behind, anywhere, ESP in room 8115! Upon walking into the room the smell hits you like a ton of bricks. I have curly hair and any of my curly haired sisters would know, our hair likes to trap smells of ANY kind, good or bad. I was in the room for 20 mins as I changed clothes and then shortly after left to go about my day. I could smell smoke for hours, just as if I had spent time in one of the casinos for a while…
I came back around 345pm and honestly was so upset the room still smelled the same as I left it, I asked if I could cancel. The thought of inhaling the terrible aroma of tobacco all night was unbearable. The lady at the front desk said since I used a third party to book, I would have to go thru the ties party to cancel. Okay … So I called them, they put me on hold, called Siena Suites and was told by the lady at the front desk they will not refund the money.
So I asked the front lady, why not just tell me that in the first place? She had no response. I asked to speak with the manager. Over the phone, Bill Deyo– the Director of Operations, told the front desk lady that I could check-​out but he will not refund the $ 140.00 I spent on the room, FOR ONE NIGHT. Unacceptable. So she offered me another room, room 13 302. Told me to check it out and if it’s okay, just transfer my belongings there. I was not pleased, but took the key and checked it out… Low and behold, that same sickening smell creeped up my nostrils.
I went back to the front desk, told them it was the same, and asked to speak with the manager. They took me to Bill Deyo’s office, and he said he went to my room, room 8115, and it smelled like perfume. CLEARLY THIS MAN IS A SMOKER, bc no perfume can cover the smell of tobacco no where, no how. He said that bc it is NYE and bc the room doesn’t smell like smoke, he will not refund my money.
I have never had such poor service in my life! I will never stay here again in my life! If your customer is telling you OVeR and OVER again that it smells like smoke, why not accommodate them? Rather than have an angry, disgruntled customer that will tell everyone and anyone NOT to ever stay here. This place is a joke! Has sheets from the 80’s, old carpet, OLD furniture… The list goes on. I could look past it if the smell wasn’t so bad… But clearly Siena Suites Hotel and Bill Deyo could care less how their customers feel.
My honest opinion, even if you see a cheap price when you see this place online. Keep scrolling. Don’t be trapped or stuck or out money, bc you don’t want to stay here. As if I have $ 140 to just throw away … Just disgusted with this place– DO NOT STAY HERE! Trust me, you will thank me later! Or if you do stay here, you’ll here me saying I told you so, in the back of your mind within minutes of checking-​in and opening the room to your door …
