Established in 2003.

Signa Realty Group was founded by Mark E. Holten in 2003 and has been managing commercial real estate projects since. The client mix consists of individuals, corporations, family trusts, and LLC’s. Our clients have been able to take advantage of a fully integrated real estate firm offering a complete range of services to manage the day-​to-​day needs of its portfolio — from physical maintenance, financial management, as well as construction management.

Business Owner

Mark E. Holten is the owner/​broker for Signa Realty Group. Mr. Holten is a Las Vegas native and has worked in the Commercial Real Estate market in Las Vegas for over 15 years. Mr. Holten has a BA degree in Business Administration

Mr. Holten’s background in commercial brokerage, investment acquisitions, dispositions, construction, development, and property management gives him executive perspective for overseeing the management and leasing of any portfolio.

Mr. Holten holds a Nevada Broker’s license, property management permit and is a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
