History

Established in 2007.

Significance Dental Specialists were founded in year 2007 by Dr. Allen Huang, the periodontist and implant specialist, and Dr. Victoria Chen, the orthodontist. The husband and wife team moved to Las Vegas in 2004, followed by Dr. Victoria’s sister, Dr. Vinne Chen, the endodontist. We have been selected as the Top Dentist by their dentist peers in Las Vegas two years in the row at year 2010 and 2011. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of Implant, Periodontal, Orthodontic and Endodontic care with unsurpassed service and ultimate patient satisfaction. We have four conveniently located practices in Las Vegas, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, and the Southwest region.

I go see Dr. Huang and my dental hygienist Laura over at the Harmon location. I love this office, once you step in here you don’t want to go anywhere else.
The moment you walk in, you are greeted by beautiful friendly staff that all have beautiful teeth. First impression is important, beautiful teeth equals beautiful service. When you walk in the office, you don’t even feel you are at a dental office because the office has luxurious décor without the smell of lidocaine. Wait until you open the bathroom, you feel you walked into an luxury home’s open house.
I have seen Dr. Huang and Laura for years and I absolutely love them two! Dr. H is honest and takes time to talk to his patients about their needs, there’s no feel of rush here. For my dental cleaning, Laura does the best job! Although I don’t enjoy the sound of my teeth getting cleaned, Laura makes it painless and she is funny so the time goes by so fast.
I can continue on and on about the Harmon office, but let me tell you, if you are looking for a luxury service and care that you deserve, come here. This is the Ferrari of all the dental offices.

The doctors here were the best specialists I have ever had the pleasure of being involved with. Every concern and every question I had was solved in a split second, to the point that there were barely any concerns during my time with these fine people. Dr. Huang and his staff are 5+ stars for sure! The office staff greets you professionally and personably from the get go. The office is clean and welcoming and I love all the incentives and interactive activities they have for kids. Dr. Huang is very professional and knowledgeable in a down to earth way. His gentle mannerisms make getting even the scariest procedures seem manageable. The office staff really works with you to get everything within your budget and works around even the most hectic schedules. I am so happy I was referred here to Dr. Haung and his amazing staff. Give them a try and you won’t ever have to look for another office again :)

I love this place! This dental place made me feel comfortable and at ease when I first got here. The receptionist and doctors are very understanding and friendly. I wasn’t able to afford braces for me and they worked with me on an affordable payment plan that worked with my budget. Thank you!

I love it over here! The staff and Doctor are great always making me feel welcome. Dr Victoria is my ortho and Nicole always works on my teeth too. Despite being busy they really accommodate their patient’s schedule and exceeds my expectations.

The service you get for orthodontic care is phenomenal.
Dr. Chen really cares about her patients and offers fun incentives, which is always nice. You are never just a number, and everyone in the office is just as friendly as she is and treats you like family. My two daughters are both in braces currently. I had braces two years ago before I even knew of this place, and wish I had come here for my orthodontic care. Very happy with the care my daughters are getting. I highly recommend Significance Dental Specialists.

I’m now an established patient of Dr Chen’s, so wanted to write an updated review. The standard of care is still top notch! I’m always greeted by name as soon as I walk in, and am always treated like a VIP. I honestly can’t say enough nice things about this office! I look forward to my appointments, and, don’t even mind paying my bill! I’d like to update that the nice receptionist was Jenny, and she’s been sweet every time I see her. My tech (hygienist?) is normally Veronica, and she’s a doll– quick, efficient, and gentle.

Went in for a root canal this week. The office staff is very professional and polite. Dr. Vinne Chen is the absolute best! She went out of her way to make me comfortable (I have a SCS implant in my back) and the procedure was done with my comfort as a priority. I have had root canals before, but THIS was by far the «best» experience, considering nobody thinks having a root canal is a good time. But Dr. Chen made it easy. And the office is spotless. I highly recommend Dr. Chen and her office/​staff for dental work. As an added bonus, Dr. Chen herself called me the next day and asked how I was doing and if there was anything I needed. This told me a lot about how much they care about their patients. They DO care!

BEST PLACE EVER! staff is amazing and Dr. Victoria is a sweet heart the atmosphere is always happy and positive. they have mini contests for their patients for them to have a chance to win mini prizes (gift cards, adventure dome tickets, etc.) If I don’t have time to make my appointments I call them and they quickly find something during the week. I definitely recommend this place.

Since Unilocal decided to delete the review I wasted a LONG time writing then I’m just going to make this simple:
Dr. Chen is a wonderful endodontist and I will refer everyone I know to go to her for root canals bc she is that good. And I went to multiple locations so I can post my reviews on multiple locations (screw you Unilocal).

Referred to this office by my denist. was charged 1240.00 for a root canal. was told my deductable would be 216.00 so i paid it, this was 11÷23÷11. In December i received a EOB from my dental company and i only owed 124.10, so i called significance dental for a refund, they told me they would have to wait for a payment from my dental company. In January i called and was told someone would call me back, a week later i received the call, yes you are due a refund, and was told the check was in the mail. three weeks later no check. so i called and again someone would return my call, no call, so i called again, again i was told the check was in the mail, the next week i called again and was told again the check was in the mail. again no check, so i called again and was told the check was in the mail. Now you really think i believe you that the check is in the mail. I finally received the check on 02÷24÷12 the check was dated 02÷14÷12 the post mark was 2÷23÷12. I will take my business elsewhere.

Was referred to this office by my dentist for a consultation for a possible root canal. Eddie was very blunt and rude, insisted they take an x-​ray even though they had a digital copy of one my dentist had taken five days before. He recommended a root canal, for which they charge almost $ 1,300! They also charged me $ 110 for the «exam» he performed. Basically this office has way to much overhead and grossly overcharges their patients as a result. You even get treated badly for the privilege. I’m sure the work they do is satisfactory, but with so many offices in town you can find someone nicer who does better work for less money.
