Poor customer service and ability to speak English clearly, service is sub-​par much like the other complaints on Google Business Reviews as stated.
Company spams Las Vegas Craigslist Computers for Sale section with service repair ads which is a direct violation of Craigslist TOS.
Can’t even spell Virus right in their ads.
Barely speaks English when you try a voice your complaint to them on the phone.

I’m so glad I found this place! This is the only place we go to whenever we have problems with our iPhones or laptops. (I’ve sent in four laptops to be fixed already). AJ always charges us a very fair price and is extremely friendly. They always do an impeccable job whenever we pick up our devices the next day. I highly, highly recommend this establishment. 10⁄10

I found the location a bit difficult to find (probably because there are so many small businesses on Spring Mountain – they are just west of 15), but nice clean shop. They quickly identified my laptop keyboard problem and fixed it on the spot for a very good price. I was out in less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend.

I had very bad experience with this shop. Very bad. The staff can print you a receipt and ask you to sigh but when you went bake to the shop to get your laptop back then their are hand writing with extra charger on the invoice. Then tell me that is their rule. Please tell the customer for any extra charge before we agree to fix the laptop. Adding extras are totally wrong. Totally wrong

These guys really helped me out, on two separate occasions. A few years back, my iPod with 30-​something gigs of space went kaput on me. And we’re talking thousands of hours of music that I had stored (including some music that I had even composed) was lost, with my backup computer having gone down the drain. Sigh. Then I heard about these guys, and they saved 99% of the material– managed to temporarily use a battery they had on hand to boot up the device and rip the files off of it. Glorious.
A few years later; yup– in the same boat. So I go and see these guys again– different staff, but helped me out just as well. They had to order in a battery this time, but I was happy to wait. Got most everything back again, what a huge help.
Oh, and by the way– I’ve learned my lesson– I have everything now backed up on multiple devices. Whew.

Sometimes things just happen in Vegas and you need to get your phone fixed before life can go on. I woke up with a panic when I saw that my whole iphone 6 screen had cracked and it was terrible. I almost thought that there was something internally wrong with the phone itself.
I am so thankful for AJ who helped me fixed my phone so quickly and smoothly. He knew what he was doing and was even able to do it on the spot with some wait time. First off, I want to tell you how great the service was. I appreciate AJ for not trying to rip me off even when I needed it done right then and there. Secondly, he was able to assure me that he has been doing this for quite some time now and knew that it was just the screen that was broken and not the internal software.
Unilocalers, if your phone screen gets cracked, definitely check this place out. Great service and AJ is quite the professional! Thank you Smart Fix for saving my iphone 6!

Before you have anything fixed here — you should know that the 30 day warranty from the website is a lie! I wish I could give them zero stars.
Less than 2 weeks ago, we had my son’s iphone 6 screen fixed. It was shattered then and obvious that he had dropped it. A week after the $ 200 repair, a random crack began from that little slit near the top of the phone, obvious that it was something from the installation of the new screen.
When I called to ask about the warranty, they told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do. Apparently, a warranty to them means charging $ 150 the second time for something you didn’t do right the first time. I don’t think so.

I took my galaxy note 3 in after dropping it in the spa it was completely submerged. I was told by several other repair places including wireless toys that the repair was too much trouble that I should just get a new phone, I only had this one a year! Took it in at 5pm and was told it would be ready at 2 pm the next day. 75.00 if they fix it 35.00 if they can’t, more then one thing could be wrong. When I picked it up it was fixed and the gentleman was very nice. I will go back to this place and I recommend it to anyone!

How can I give this place no stars. The most unprofessional and rip off place I know in Las Vegas area. I don’t even know how do they stay in business
My story is this December 2014 after my son dropped an iPhone 5s on the floor I took it for repair to the store. Phone has been booked in around mid day. Soon after I receive the call saying that is nothing to do to the phone is completely not functional. I told the worker I am ok with his opinion and I’m going to pick up the phone soon to take it somewhere else for a second opinion. Unfortunately the second day we had a bad news about the member of our family who lives outside the country. I left the country then came back up in the January to pick up my phone. Is when the reality hit me, apparently my brand spanking new iphone 5 has disappeared. I have asked to talk to the worker who booked in the phone. Surprise surprise the worker has be fired. hmmm, talk to the manager they told me the manager is going to tell me the same story then I asked to talk to the owner and apparently thru text message told his worker that there is nothing they can do about it
End of the story a 600 dollar phone with a small damage from dropping it to the floor has completely disappeared. I haven’t been reimbursed neither receive an apology for it. All I received was a” you should have come earlier because we throw the uclaimed items to the trash”. Yeah right go tell that to your mama she might believe you I don’t eat dog s***
Again stay away from this business if you care about your laptop or phone I’ve learned that the hard way

I took my Galaxy Note 3 there to have the glass replaced, they said my phone has been repaired before (that was a lie, phone was purchased brand new a month ago and had zero repairs done) and because of that the glue was different. They said since the glue was different they couldn’t change the glass without breaking the screen, so instead of costing me $ 100 to fix it, it would cost $ 240. I knew they were lying so I took the phone to Genius Lab at the kiosk in the Sunset Mall. The guy there fixed it perfectly for $ 90. He even threw in a free screen protector. Do not trust Smart Fix!!! They are overpriced and either they lie or they don’t know what they’re doing. Either way they can’t be trusted.

I repair and unlock phones since 2004, back when it was just all nokias, motorolas where iphones doesnt exist yet, for one of the biggest cellphone store in las vegas.
I came in there to replace the lcd we bought from them and the guy discriminated me. to make my story short. he basically said i should know the business first coz for him i dont it at all.

Not so Smart!? Fixer they are.
I came in with bad Hard Drive. I have specifically said HD (IMPORTANT!!) may be bad or I could have a virus. It supposedly had a virus and they removed and put a new window due to the virus. Ok, fine. that was almost 200 because they charged for new window installation as well.
Came home and it started having a problem. Brought it back. They claimed it is virus again while my husband was downloading their recommended anti-​virus software. But they claimed they fixed it free since it was just a day after.
When I brought the laptop home, it just would not even work this time — I wish I turned it on to check when I picked it up… I called and explained the situation. They claimed I mistreated my laptop and If I brought it back, I would have to pay again to fix it.
By then, I was doubting their abilities. It was missing bunch of files as it was staring windows. Obviously, laptop was no longer working now. Laptop stopped loading any software.
In the end, I brought it else where and I found out it WAS HARD DRIVE (!!!) after all.
What it could have been just 200 dollars-​max fix, now I have wasted so much time and money. Don’t make the same mistakes I’ve made. Now I wish I can get my money back.
