History
Established in 2015.
On the success of Chef John Lee’s restaurant Soho, Chef John decided to create a fun new concept out of his two favorite cuisines, Japanese and Mexican, which he named SOHO SushiBurrito. A Sushi Burrito restaurant specializing in Fresh Fish raw or cooked, Chicken, Beef, Shrimp Tempura, Soft Shell Crab, 15 to 20 Fresh Vegetables, and more than 10 Japanese Mexican infused sauces. Business Owner
With more than 20 years of experience, Chef John Chien Lee has worked his way up from the bottom to becoming Executive Chef and Owner of his very own restaurant. He began his professional journey at age 16 helping out his uncle. After years of hard work and lessons learned, he decided to venture to Las Vegas, which ended up being very bountiful for him and his family. John has worked every position in a kitchen since starting his journey. Eventually, all the hard work paid off in becoming Executive Chef at Social House in the Crystals Mall. After two years of being Executive Chef, he felt that it was time to do what he really dreamed of, which was opening a restaurant that he can call his own. The restaurant Chef opened was Soho Japanese Restaurant. Soho has one multiple awards from being the best new Japanese Restaurant 2014 in Las Vegas, to #3 out of the Top 100 Restaurant in the United States on Yelp.
