Needed the pool acid washed and was quoted for the job. I agreed to have it done with a month of service as well. When Splash was done with the job and my wallet lighter, the pool was still green. They also only came to service the pool in that month’s time, once which I was told prior to signing up they would come at least a couple to a few times. I ended up asking my kids to help get the pool back to a nice blue, which ended up happening. I wouldn’t recommend Splash for the simple fact that they are supposed to be pool cleaners and couldn’t do the job right, but a couple of inexperienced young adults were able to do it right.

Love this company. They are honest, and help you any way they can. My parents, my in laws, my boss, and others all use them! Even at the expense of sending us to someone else, they are honest to save the customer money! Like mechanics, you never know. But splash will tell you the best and most affordable way to go! Best company in town!!!

I have been using Splash since its beginning. They have cleaned the pool, repaired and replaced motors and sweeps and now service my pool weekly. I have known several of the employees and all have been courteous and consiencious.

We have an older pool that is starting to have a variety of issues. Unilocal was instrumental in helping us find Splash, a pool repair company that offers excellent customer service. We were able to get a next day appointment with Jace. He didn’t recommend replacing, and was able to diagnose and repair the problem. We will definitely be using them again and again and again… because our pool is old.

Worst pool service ever… the technician is to incompetent to come out and clean a basket and ad chemicals as needed. Instead these retards either dont empty the basket till it bursts or flip all the valves around so that the system is backflushing. Then have the nerve to turn my pump on for 12 hrs a day to fix the cloudiness issue. After calling the office several times with no response ive had to lock the gate and refuse payment. If your looking for pool service im sure theres a company that provides better service to more competent employees. I would be very hesitent to do business with people who run a company the way these individuals do.

We have been using Splash Pool Service for years and will never use anyone else. They are always fair and timely with service. They do an excellent job at a great price. We’ve had them drain and acid wash our pool twice over the last 6 years and both times the pool has looked practically brand new. We would recommend them to anybody who wants a fair and reasonably priced pool service.

Our spa heater was old and finally gave out. Splash gave us a good price compared to others and we loved their customer service from beginning to end and easy to work with. The quality of work was outstanding and didn’t leave any trash or mess behind.
We are glad we picked them and would recommend them to anyone.

Splash representative asked that I edit this review since the repair (or lack thereof) was apparently done by another company via the home warranty.
Whether or not another company did or did not make the repair, it does not excuse the fact that with a weekly maintenance service, a non working filter was NOT noticed. Even if the contract was for weekly cleaning only, concern should have been high why each week the pool was not getting/​staying clear. If it was outside of the contract to fix or repair anything, we should have been notified to address the problem. I had even placed a message on their voicemail if there was anything on my part that I could do to help clear up this issue. I wanted to work with them since I don’t have professional experience in the pool industry.
So this is my updated and edited review, weekly maintenance was not up to par if calls were almost made weekly, if not every other week, in regards to the pool’s questionable clarity and cleanliness.

Filter broke in February 2015.
Notified Splash. We were very patient and courteous and told our technician, please get it fixed by May 9^th as we knew we were having a party that day. That’s three months. A month goes by and no update on the ordered part. Told that it was coming soon. 2 months, no update. About 3 weeks prior, I get worried. He waits until the week prior and comes everyday the week prior to May 9^th to fix and clean a very green pool. He blames it on the delivery. I am calm and just happy it is ready for the party.
Within four weeks, the pool keeps getting cloudy and murky on a weekly basis. We called to let them know. He comes; he cleans. We ask about the filter; the technician notes the chlorine level to blame.
I don’t know anything about pools so assume the sound of the filter running means it’s working. I decide to «help» out by scooping out leaves and pollen daily. But I swear, it seemed odd that there was a buildup of dirt on the bottom of the pool. We would have to wait a week until he could come and clean it out. It would be clear for two days. The murkiness would come back.
Finally, I decide to read up on filters and call the local swimming pool supply stores for Q&A. I check the suction portion of the filter… IT WAS NOT WORKING!!!
We have been patient and worked with Splash and since February they have yet to fix the filter! !!!
AWFUL SERVICE.
by the way, in the summer, in Las Vegas, one would expect to use their pool. You would think your pool maintenance service would help you out on that.

It seems the pool industry is quite unreliable and even, if you’re not careful, a rip-​off.
However, I’ve discovered one exception to this Las Vegas rule — Splash Pool Service.
The people at Splash Pool have been awesome from the moment I contacted them; they’re very courteous, responsive, and get the job done right the first time — at a very reasonable price. The service technician who serviced our pool today was very knowledgeable and adept at what he does, and a bonus — he’s extraordinarily friendly.
A real treasure to find. If you need pool work, definitely give these good people a call; you’ll be very happy you did.

My spa wasn’t heating up when I’d run my spa… Jason made a good process of elimination when it came to fixing the heater… What could have been diagnosed a possible 1,800 problem was eliminated with mindful thinking for 100.00… Their staff is capable and intelligent.

Obtaining services in Las Vegas is a hit and miss affair. Every homeowner has stories of unreturned phone calls, missed appointments and incompetent work.
After several such experiences trying to have our pool repaired, we called Splash. I explained that we would only be at our vacation home for a few days and needed someone as soon as possible. Instead of acting like the request was an imposition, the lady said «how about tomorrow afternoon?»
The next day the technician arrived on time and fixed our problem for a very reasonable fee. As a bonus, he was friendly, knowledgable and helpful.
The experience was actually faith-​restoring.

I bought my first home in Las Vegas in July of 2009. The day after i closed, the pool went green on me. Luckily, I found Splash Pool Service. I was traveling for work a lot at the time and Scott took care of everything and kept me in the loop even though I wasn’t home… and I was a new pool owner, so I’m sure I had way too many questions. :-)
Since then I’ve added a rental home with a pool and have updated all of my equipment. Scott and Jas took the time to explain exactly how all the bells and whistles work.
One of my homes is a vacation rental and last week my guests got very deep into software of my new pool and «jacked it all up!» Scott logged in remotely and fixed most of it and then had Jas stop by today just to make sure it was all running.

I have been using Splash Pool Service for about 3 years after my old pool service company was bought out and the water turned green with a bunch of excuses from the new owner. Splash is awesome! Quick call backs, quick visits if necessary for repairs or estimates. Kudos to Moe for keeping my system clean and adding chemicals every other week. My pool has never looked better. On Sunday night, our pool equipment sprung a leak from the hose valve. I immediately reached out to this fine company, and was assured that we would be placed as their first service call in the morning. Monday morning came, and I was provided a call to notify me they were in route to my home. They arrived in a professional uniform and discussed the necessary repair before completing the work.
Overall we had a tremendous experience, the customer service was above and beyond. We will continue to recommend Splash Pools to everyone.

I have used several pool companies and they were deadbeats! They didn’t know or care who I was, and they would not do anything «extra» like having any pool equipment repaired or replaced. When I had a pump break, my old pool guy told me to call Scott from Splash! Scott and his team had the pump replaced the next day with no hassles or issues. I also had an issue when the top of my filter exploded, it was again fixed the next day.
If you need a pool company, I highly recommend Splash!

We had gone through a few different pool service companies before we found Splash. We have now used them for about 3 years and STILL could not be happier. Our pool is always crystal-​clear and blue. They take care of the filter which I hate to do. Great service every week from Splash!
Just recently, our pool pump went out. Since it is covered by our home warranty (AHS), I filed the claim and ordered service from their approved service company (not Splash). It turns out that on Monday’s regular maintenance visit, the Splash tech could tell something wasn’t right from the sounds coming from the pool pump motor. Unbeknownst to me, he had already ordered a service call to check it out. For the same price as the deductible from AHS, our pool pump is fixed.
100% great service! I had to give them some love on Unilocal for the awesome service that they consistently provide.
