There is only one employee there who is nice. All the others are rude. I drive out of my way to go to any other Starbucks but this one.
And yes your order is always wrong lol it’s a joke they are still open.

It’s so convenient having a Starbucks inside the store. Either you get your favorite drink while shopping or on your way .
If you want to sit at peace and enjoy your drink you can go into the lounge, that by the way is beautiful and elegant and feels so relaxing.
The staff was so nice as usual in all Starbucks locations. If you have a kid or dog don’t forget to ask for a little treat (small cup full of whip cream) yumm! My son was so happy he got one.

This is an «alright» location. And by alright I mean not really but I’m being nice.
I ordered through my app because it was a Saturday & everyone goes to Starbucks on Saturday. When my app told me «my order should be ready» my husband went in & waited by the «mobile pick up» sign. We waited an extra 10 minutes. For what you ask? Absolutely nothing. One of the baristas moved our order away from the mobile pick up line & it sat there. For 10 minutes. So my iced macchiato was watered down & my husbands whip cream was… mush.
Let’s just say we’ll stick to the Starbucks in Smith’s.

This location is always very eager to make any homemade fraps that I discover online… They’ve never messed it up either.
A huge plus for me is how they are with my dobermans… So awesome and I really appreciate the «pupachino» for my canine babies.

This starbucks is always busy, and the product they sell shows it. Its a hit and miss with simple drinks like cold brew coffee with coconut milk and vanilla. Almost every visit, ive had to ask for my simple drink to be made again because it was to bitter to even handle. On the other hand, rarely there is someone there that actually makes it fantastic but its happened. Thats usually around noon time frame.

I have been through so many Starbucks and this by far is my favorite. I come here every day and they are always on point. The staff is amazing. Clean location. I literally drive extra miles just to come to this location.

This is the worst sbux in the area. I’ve used sbux inside grocery stores before and none have ever been this bad. They are unbelievably slow and 3 out of 4 times I’ve been there my drink has been made completely wrong. Unless you are desperate don’t waste your time.

Some advice, stay the hell away from Starbucks on Christmas Day. Took my two daughters there so they could use their gift cards, 30 minutes after the order, still no drinks. Asked when we might get them, basically told to re-​order. Another 10 minutes and we receive the worst looking drinks I’ve ever seen, so after all that we left the horrible beverages behind, leave empty handed and paying for the privilege of getting screwed. I spent over $ 200 on Starbucks gift cards this year, never doing that shit again.

Worst service of my life! I go to Starbucks damn near every single day. The drive thru line was wrapped around the corner, so I go inside. There was one person in line. I order my drink and breakfast. I get my drink within a minute which was great! I’m standing there 10 mins go by people come and go I ask excuse me I ordered food she goes oh it’s coming without even checking! 5 mins go by after that I see the person I would have been in front of in the drive through go by then I ask again she goes oh they are just backed up I’m like this is ridiculous. Then another 5 mins later someone comes and just throws my food down and walks away.

This location is so painfully slow compared to the one up Durango on Farm. Went here yesterday and ordered a tall frappaccino. There appeared to be no one else waiting for their drink at that time inside. There were four cars in the drive thru. I saw 4 team members there working. I waited 10 minutes (looked at my phone checking the time) and just left. 10 minutes for a small drink, come on. Didn’t bother asking for my $ 4.81 back. My mistake for choosing this location.

The barista who helped me was slow and backed up with drink orders. I’ve worked at starbucks before so I know how it is but try working with a sense of urgency. Got my drink order wrong and had to wait longer then I should have. Save yourself time and go to the Starbucks by Chipotle.

Slow service, expensive, and small area to maneuver your vehicle. Typical Starbucks within Las Vegas. I have yet to be impressed with a Starbucks in this city. Although, my drink did taste good when it finally came out… it better have.

This is my main Starbucks every time I hit up Centennial area. I usually do drive thru and I always have a pleasant experience from them. I just wish there was more space for the parking lot because it’s a huge pain to get out of.

I came in for lunch & bought cookies & hot chocolate & everyone was so sweet to me. They wrote my name correctly, (they really care :’)) & delivered amazing customer service!
I’ll always come back for the cookies & great service I’m always giving.
No matter how awful people are to them, they still smile & go about their day.
They don’t deserve to get the insults & harsh words that they do.
There was a time this lady came in. Set them up for failure. She got some drink with ice & demanded a remake because there wasn’t enough.
It was perfectly fine. She was just a catty girl. But of course they remade it & she still wasn’t happy & they offered her again until she was alright with it.
I’m so proud of them. They handle rude customers so well.
You guys have a great team here. Keep up the good work!

I think this is the most laid back location I’ve ever been to, and I love it. The baristas are very chill, its always quiet, and the inside is never crowded. Also, the drinks and eats are always perfectly made. I come here two to three times per week to study and take advantage of the WiFi. Overall, one of the better Starbucks in Vegas.
