Starbucks

My coffee was pretty good. The store is dirty. Travis is rude and walks away while you are speaking to him. He throws your straw on the counter next to your drink. I will not be returning to this location.

It’s really hard to review Starbucks based on the coffee but instead I rate the branch by staff and cleanliness of the facility. And this branch meets all the requirements I look for in a good location. The staff are nice and there is plenty of room to sit and study/​work/​chat.

This Starbucks can often be a cluster in the mornings. It is situated in a very busy commercial center surrounded by not only UMC, but a lot of other medical facilities. It is also just down the road from the fancy pants Rancho Circle area of town where there’s a lot of $$$ homes. So you really get an interesting mix of people here.
Luckily the staff are equipped to handle the mornings. I’ve only ever waited maybe 5 – 6 minutes for a drink after placing the order, even when it’s slammed.
Parking is a bitch though. If you don’t want to deal with that, there’s another Stabucks further North down Rancho that has a drive-​thru, but in my opinion has much slower service.

The manager is the rudest I have ever dealt with… he acts as if it’s an inconvenience to do a pourover… reminder Starbucks sells coffee moron

The only Starbucks I’ll visit locally, and only because it is located directly opposite my office.
Good for a Double Espresso over Ice on those long days where the standard brew at work won’t do, but often so crowded and inefficient that wait times are nearly ten minutes for an order that should take no more than two.
Pike’s Place is still awful, as is Blonde Roast.

There we go again. First Americano came out flat like drip coffee and returned. The second not much better with the baristas not so pleasant attitude. More often than not there is a problem with this location. I should call central

This is the place to go if you want to see the movers and shakers of Las Vegas, and Nevada Politics. Commissioners, Councilmen, hell maybe even the Mayor. This location is located near the Medical district and also classic Las Vegas neighborhoods like the Rancho Estates, Scotch 80’s, and Naked City. The coffee at this location is always hot and fresh.
I recommend grabbing a book or your IPAD and grab a seat to see who you can rub elbows with while enjoying a power cup of coffee session.

This location is usually busy but the staff is always pleasant. Whenever I go in I make different transactions because I make coffee runs for the office, the staff is always gracious about this. They have made mistakes here and there but they’re usually pretty good.

Super busy but they move quick. Ordered three drinks and two of the double bacon smoked cheddar egg sandwiches and got all of my order with in a few minutes. With the hospital right here and all the doctors offices it’s always packed.

Always love this location but i also just live starbucks. The employees always seem happy or even if they look unhappy from afar… once they see you they look automatically happy ahahha
Good amount of space in this location & it always seems to be filled with officers & medical people. I usually come here around 2 or 3ish & sometimes it is PACKED… but even though there is a line to the door… somehow I am in & out within 5 – 10 min tops they just mass take orders & then they just mass produce everything.
My favorite thing to get right now is the passion tea lemonade for the hot weather. There is just the right amount of sweet & tart in that drink along with the refreshing coldness of the tea & ice… plus I just LOVE the color of the drink ahahhaa
Overall the space is big… the staff is charasmatic… the drinks are perfect & consistent EVERY single time!

The place is wonderful, yes I know you asking why 1 star. its because i am trying to save your life. this Starbucks is very close to UMC … been here several times
Do yourself a favor as most nurses for some reason love this place and most of them have very rare strains of flu, coughing, and sneezing its something that will make your head turn. because its not something you hear every day …
Again unless you wanna get sick and skip a few days at work please for the love of God stay away :)
Again the baristas working there are wonderful and the place have plenty of seats… and theres a lot of cute girls coming in
Last time I was there I saw Andrew Dice Clay making some fancy order :) obviously he likes his coffee on steroids

first time here. i ordered the Americano w/​one shot of the hazelnut and added a little crème (pretty good not sweet). i wanted in a «white mug» and promised to return it. the «male barrista» went in and got me a nice one… i like it that way…

this is «kinda slow» though compared to other Google Starbucks Wifi at 50 mpbs/​50 mpbs however, this is much higher than normal Starbucks at 2mpbs/​1mpbs
so now it is 4 star rating
moreover, the female barristas are kinda nice but they are kinda «fat» as in the word «obese», otherwise, i give a 4 stars, literally.

waita minute, there is one guy came over here when i was using the large table and he just came over here to use a mop and wipe the table completely clean for me, don’t know why he does that since i never asked! that is very nice and a personal touch…
i add one xtra star so that is four star in my book.

Poor service asked for heated pastry when I touched it .it was cold I took it back told that since I touched it. They are uns n let to heat it… Duh how else would I know it was cold worst crappy service when you know you screwed up an order…

Friendly service even at 4:30a when my jet lag was still in full effect. They made me a custom drink in request and nailed it. Thanks guys!

Closest Starbucks to my house.
No drive thru, always packed and this place has the worst parking lot in the whole world.
But!!! always friendly and fast service. They keep the counters clean and straws restocked.
Lots of seating. I always see people camping out with laptops and having lunch meetings or meeting up with others at this location. This is the closest SB’s to UMC and its here in the Medical District.
Not sure what else to say about SB’s… I get black coffee either a Venti dark roast pour over or a black Trenta iced.
This location is in the Smith’s strip mall next to NY Bagel.

If I could give this starbucks, — star, I would worst I have ever been too, not only do they mess up your order they have the worst customer service in vegas, I order a white chocolate mocha, this morning, the order was really screwed, so I made a trip back and explained the issue, well they were rude, I didn’t get a new drink, I got my coffee refunded, and will chose not go here from now on.
If u have a choice of another starbucks I suggest going to that one, as you will be disappointed at this starbucks.

Chi Tea… Yumm!
First time at this location. The seating area could use a bit more attention. All of the garbage cans were full. Staff was very friendly and quick to get me my order.

This is the closest Starbucks to both of my jobs so I come here all the time. The baristas are friendly and fast even when there’s a line or crowd in the mornings. I have never waited too long on my drink and it’s always made correctly. The seating area is spacious and there are no shortage of outlets to plug in your laptop or other device. This is probably the location I’ve been to with the most seating and outlets which makes it a great place to hang out or conduct a casual business meeting. It’s located in a busy Smith’s parking lot with a lot of other restaurants and businesses, so the parking lot sucks. You may have to park further back if you come during the lunch hour.

When the office wants coffee, I believe that it is not my place to rant about my perceived evils of the «mom and pop coffee shop slaying mega corporation.»
When in Rome, I don’t mind this particular location. They actually have comfy chairs reminiscent of the old places I would visit. Being comfortable helps assist with conversation and people watching (lot’s to do at this location).
