Standard Starbucks. It was busy when I came here probably because it’s located on LV blvd and is one of the closest drive thrus to the strip. Or the most convenient if you’re leaving LV(sad face) and you’re headed to the 15fwy. There isn’t a massive amount of parking but I had no problem finding some. They were out of the strawberry acai refresher but it’s probably because of the high traffic and the summer approaching. the staff was real nice and they made me another drink super quick. Good to know where this is if you are driving in/out of Vegas. There are some located closer to the strip. These are inside the malls, shopping centers, grocery stores but these are not easy to get to or find. I’d def come here instead!

Starbucks is always my go to place for coffee when I am traveling. You know what you are going to get when you order. Their bathrooms are usually the cleanest, but not this one. The floors were dirty & paper towels on the floor. I understand that some people are slobs, but this restroom needs tending to. This place is close to where I am staying, so I will be back tomorrow. Let’s see if you can improve the cleanliness so I can edit my review!

Once again gave up as the drive thru line was 15 cars and coming from both directions(which needs to be fixed with a painted lane and arrow lest some road rage violence is bound to arise). I’d rather give my money to the local perk up where I’ve never waited more than one car ahead of me.

While the drive-thru line was pretty long(6 – 7 cars). It moved fairly quickly. I ordered my usual Venti Vanilla Latte. I swear I have to fight to not buy one of those lemon pound cakes. Pros — Great location, consistent drink Cons — Long lines(sometimes you are out in the parking lot and might be in the way of passing cars).

This is usually first stop on my way to work. Sometimes I go through the drive through and Becky is always on point. She’s very sweet, friendly and patient. Sometimes I order via the beta app and pickup inside. Mario and/or Zoey usually take care of me inside. Both are always amazing. They remember my name and always have my order ready when I walk in. I feel like they take that extra step to ensure they provide a quality experience. They make my morning caffeine run much easier. I used to sometimes stop at the Starbucks closer to work but because of these employees I’ve pretty much made this location my exclusive stop. Yay for good customer service! It has taken me a while to update this review because I wanted to make sure I had their names correct.

Dale was great in taking my order. He knew I was in a hurry yet the credit card machine wasn’t working well. He was very apologetic. Thanks Dale!

Can’t believe they’re remodeling the only Starbucks in the area. Annoying. Ill find coffee elsewhere

Summary: If you have the ability to go to a Starbucks location other than this one, do it. This Starbucks location was always hit and miss. Lately it has been miss and miss. The interior is beat up, small and there is usually at least one homeless person hanging out inside. With the new mobile order, you order your drink enroute, walk in and pick it up. Not here. Last time I walked in, the barista got my name and went back to making drinks. 10 minutes later I asked about my drink. The barista forgot to let them know I was here, so I was pissed and my drink was cold. I could have had them remake it, but they already wasted enough of my time. Today I decided to give them another chance, things happen. I go in at 6am, a nice quiet time. I mobile order 10 minutes before my arrival. I get there and the drink is not ready. Three baristas are hanging out in the back corner and forgot to mention to the one making drinks that my order came in, so I wait again. The drinks come out well, but the service here is deplorable.

Messed up on three orders three separate times. Twice was phone order, once drive thru. Check your orders before you leave. We placed our phone order 15mins before pick up and they weren’t even ready for us. Very disappointed with the service.

This location is very busy especially the drive thru. It is on LV off the freeway and has a definate diverse clientele. You have locals, tourists and I even saw a full fledged cowboy today, minus the laso and horse. My suggestion is if the drive thru is busy, step inside. Its faster and you can people watch while you wait.

This place is terrible. Stood at the counter but no one acknowledged my presence, not a hi, hello, or we’ll be with you shortly. I wish there was better things to say but nope. I would rate this 0 star if it was allowed. Also, bathroom was filthy dirty. I don’t know how management can tolerate this, but i hope they start reading reviews.

Quick, friendly service. Store is clean and coffee was made just as we ordered. Conveniently located near the timeshare where we’re staying.

I am very loyal to Starbucks but boy does this location blow. I’ve gone through the drive thru quite a few times before work and I’m a fool for having to get reminded every time why I shouldn’t return to this location. — If there is a line of 3 or more cars ahead of you, expect to be waiting 10 — 15 minutes at least — The workers aren’t customer service oriented. I wouldn’t exactly say they’re rude, but there have been two times with two different workers where I’ve gone up to the window to pay with no eye contact, no greeting, and the worker is frantically either looking at their register screen or talking to another coworker because they don’t know what they’re doing? At least say hello and thank me for my patience and possibly apologize for the wait. Or. Say. Something. I visited the drive through yesterday and Jennifer at the window avoided me for a good 3 awkward minutes. It was pouring out and I had my window down to hand over my Starbucks card but as she didn’t notice me I eventually rolled my window up to keep dry. After I paid and received my drink and was literally hitting the gas to drive away, she mumbled«sorry, our system was down.» Of course it was. Although this location is prime and on my way to work, I really need to start avoiding it because I get irritated every time I go.

This is one of the worst Starbucks I’ve have been to. I walked in at 7am on a Monday, so I was expecting a line. The line was going so slow I felt bad for the workers running around all crazy trying to stay caught up! They need more workers to help during busier times. They’re running around so much that they forget to complete orders the way customers ask them to! The lady in front of me ordered an un sweetened green tea and a NON heated coffee cake. She received a sweetened green tea and requested an un sweetened one. The barista then said to the lady taking orders right in front of me and a few other customers, «you need to write un sweetened on the cup when they don’t want it sweetened.» How rude and unprofessional! The customer then reminded them about her coffee cake because she didn’t have it yet! They got the coffee cake out of the case and heated it up for her… *face palm* I asked & paid for a drip coffee with classic & extra caramel syrup and I got neither of those in my black coffee. This location could use more workers on busy mornings and betting training!

They are the nicest batista ever. They get the order Right no matter how customized it is. They are always busy but fast and the coffee is always fresh and delicious because it’s one of the busiest Starbucks in the area.

I’ve been, tried this location more than twice. SO, this morn walked in with my espresso Starbucks I made at time share cross street. Needed ½ & ½. Container was empty. I walk up with container say good morning, can I get more half n half. He looks at me goes back to making drinks. I wait a minute, repeat nicely. He gives drinks to others, ignores then says here. He takes container. He gives 4 more drinks while I wait as he makes drinks. He then gives me the container. I pour some into my home made drink. He then says, can you put the container over at the table. I said. really after I was nice, waited, you ignored me. No, and no… this is why I make my own Starbucks espresso at home and vacation for 20+ years. All good:)

This is THE worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I am not exaggerating. No matter what time it is, they’re always slow! Sometimes I’m in the drive thru line for 15+ minutes even though there’s only about 4 cars ahead of me! And sometimes it makes no difference if you actually go inside and order your drink. They’re still slow!!! Do you guys need to hire more baristas? Do baristas need to be re-trained?! I won’t call out anyone in specific but some employees are rude or they have such sour attitudes. Too bad this is the closest Starbucks to where I live. It’s just convenient for me but damn… with that dreadful long wait, it makes me sometimes NOT want a Starbucks anymore! And check your drinks to make sure they make it correct for you before you leave. One time I ordered a simple tall iced caramel macchiato with nonfat milk and I see the symbol BM written on the cup. I told the barista, «uhhhh…what is BM? I wanted nonfat milk.»(For a second, I could not for the life of me decipher what the heck BM stands for??? I sure as hell hope it doesn’t stand for breast milk!!! So how in the hell did the word NONFATMILK became HALFANDHALF to the barista? Where’s the disconnect here? Should I EE-NUN-CEE-ATE my words from now on?! Another time, they put soy milk when I requested nonfat milk. Uh no, I’m allergic to soy milk. WTF is wrong with you guys!?!

The employees at this location have the worst attitudes I have ever seen at any Starbucks location. I usually frequent this location because it’s on the way to work, but after today never again. I ordered my usual grande iced hazelnut latte and a ham and cheese square. My latte came out fairly quickly and looked like it was missing a shot of espresso. It looked and tasted more like hazelnut milk with a splash of espresso. I told the barista my drink didn’t taste right and his response was I’ll make it again and it’s going to taste the same. Unbelievable.

I have lived in Las Vegas for about two weeks and can honestly say I have visited this Starbucks location 11 times already. Service is pleasant and for the most part, fast. I will say avoid this location like the plague on Saturday mornings though. I had a free reward and left to pay for my coffee elsewhere because there was a line of 12 cars at the drive-thru that was barely budging. I backed up and decided to try to go inside(even though my pjs didn’t match) only to find around 30 people inside. Too overwhelming for me to deal with pre-caffeine! My second to last visit was probably the most pleasant I have had at any Starbucks, and being a gold member I’ve been to my share of locations. I pulled my car forward and had my application ready to pay for my coffee when the barista informed me the car in front of me had taken care of it. I am not the type of person to break a nice trend like that so I went ahead and purchased the coffee for the car behind me. Sometimes it is the little things that can truly make your day :).
