Summerlin Pediatric Dentistry

I have been bringing my 4 ½ year old here since she was 2, she is always scared and Jeanette and Dr. Hoban are so amazing and do everything to calm her down. Everyone in this office is so friendly and they really cater to the kids. I would never take my daughter anywhere else.

Dr. Hoban is amazing! She made us feel safe and taken care of with our 18 month old who needs some extensive work done. Thank you thank you thank you Dr Hoban!!! Her staff is gracious, attentive and friendly. Great office, great doctor!!!

Dr H saw my little boy who had just turned 4 at the time. Poor kid has soft teeth and his mouth was a mess. She made us feel so comfy as I wasn’t sure what to do because I was scared about putting such a little kid under or dealing with a procedure especially since it was mostly a cosmetic problem.
Dr H never had to give him anything more than some gas and was so good with him everything was smooth and painless. I just can’t see taking a child anywhere else and feeling as safe and comfortable. Thank you again Dr H!!!

I can’t even explain the way that Dr. Ashley Hoban and her staff have improved the lives of kiddos in my life. Nothing is more astonishing than being able to take your special needs child somewhere and feel zero judgment. Coupled with the fact that Dr. Hoban is caring, compassionate and treats kiddos as if they are her own. It’s just an overall pleasant atmosphere. She completely obliterated the kids’ fear of the dentist… almost to a fault. Now, nearly weekly, I field requests to go to the dentist. LOL! She and her staff definitely go above and beyond what is required of a dental professional. Thanks for being awesomeness wrapped in fabulous!

My children have been seeing Dr. Hoban for several years. Her office has never been close to either of the places we’ve lived (Henderson and NLV) but it’s always been worth the trip. She’s wonderful with my kids and is always willing to answer any concerns I have. Even my kiddo on the autism spectrum loves going! I can’t imagine ever taking them anywhere else!

We were referred here by several friends who bragged about how great their kids dentist was. We are SO GRATEFUL to have found this dentist for our sons. We had several failed attempts at another pediatric dentist office in which my sons cavities were left untreated. Thankfully we found this office where the dentist practically saved my child’s mouth, performed an excellent surgery with compassionate aftercare including a phone call from the dentist herself. The dentist and her staff are always very thorough with excellent bedside manner. My boys used to be scared of the dentist, since finding this dentist they no longer are scared and instead get excited to see her!!! Thank you for the excellent work you do for our kids!!!

I have been coming to this dentist office for five years now. I just had a very bad situation. The staff that works up front are nice coming in and very rude and unpleasant on the way out. I paid the copay amount that was requested at time of service for my daughter and then they sent me a $ 850+ bill four months later and I have been trying to pay this balance down. Ive paid more than half of this balance. They allowed me to bring the children in for their exams and preventive care because it was covered by my insurance plan and that they can bill them for services. My son needs dental work done as in PAIN and I requested his medical records to get him treatment right away and THEY will not release them to me until I pay the balance in full. My son is in pain and all they want is the money. Its really not about the child its really about the money. I have pulled my three children from this office and so have my four friends. This behavior is unacceptable.

Amazing staff! Dr Hoban and her staff take such great care of my little ones. I have one special needs and he has never had a fear of going. Dr Hoban takes her time and explains everything to both my kids and me. At this point, my kids beg to go to the dentist and cry if only one gets to go (for anything emergent or cleanings). Dr. Hoban has been taking care of my kids since they were in preschool. Kimberly has always gotten us in quickly for appointments and greets us with such a warm smile at every visit. We will never go anywhere else!!!

Best pediatric dentist in Las Vegas. My son is autistic and has gone from being afraid of the dentist to asking if he can go. The staff is professional and courteous. If you have kids, they should be going here! Xoxo!

We were recommended to have our infant evaluated for a posterior tongue tie revision. Honestly, we were very wary of the recommendation. Our lactation consultant made it seem like she needed the revision in order to eat solids later on and suggested it might cause a speech impediment. I am glad that Dr. Hoban gives her honest opinion and does not go ahead and offer laser revisions unnecessarily! We had our daughter evaluated and she said she has a high palate causing her not to suck/​latch well. She indicated she may need a palate expander later on in life if orthodontia work is needed. She put my mind at ease regarding the tongue tie issue. I’ll still be bottle feeding my daughter breastmilk, but at least I did not end up doing a procedure that was not going to benefit us for breastfeeding! Definitely come to Dr. Hoban for an honest opinion and don’t let the lactation consultants scare you unnecessarily!

Both my six year Olds have ASD/ADHD…this is the only dental office that my six year old would allow exrays and teeth cleaning… very patient sweet hygienist that magically convinced my daughter that it wouldn’t be scary or hurt amazing a big milestone achieved finally!!! Thankyou Dr. Hoban and staff!!!

Wish I could give this place ten stars! I highly recommend this place to anyone that has kids, especially if you’re in the summerlin area. The waiting room is adorable, but more importantly the doctor is beyond amazing. The kids love her — she is so patient and kind. You won’t regret bringing your kids here.

Dr Hoban was recommended to us by our lactation consultant and she performed my newborn’s lip and tongue tie revision. I couldn’t have found a better pediatric dentist! She is very gentle and compassionate. She gave us her cell phone number to call if we had any issues when she was away at a conference. She checked in with us later that night. Her office’s décor is so fun and perfect for children! The staff are friendly and professional. All of the instructions for before and after the procedure were very detailed and they left no stone unturned. My only wish is the office were closer to my home, but with how infrequently we’ll (hopefully) have to visit the dentist, I plan on going to Dr. Hoban for all of my son’s dental needs!

Dr Hoban is the nicest and most down to earth dentist I have ever met. Her staff are so sweet to the kids. Can’t say enough about her.

Dr. Hoban is amazing. My kids will be coming here for as long as we live in Vegas. She is so knowledgeable and knows a lot more then just dentistry. She made my family feel so comfortable. I wish she was a family DR too

Saw that there seemed to be great reviews for this place. Decided to take my 5 year old daughter to her 1^st check up there. You get such a great feeling when you enter their office. So much for the children to do while you wait. The staff, and Dr. Hoban were very friendly and great with my daughter. They explained everything to her to put her at ease, and she loved it there. At the end they let her get a gift out of a treasure box, which she thought was the greatest thing. :) What a great place with sweet people.

Dr Hoban and staff are kind and very patient. I have personally seen her tend to a patient in the ER on a Sunday evening. That really says something when you come in on a Sunday evening to check on your patient who called you about a concern. I can’t say enough good things about her and the office. The waiting room is very cool too!

I love this dentist. So do my kids. It was my sons first time. They were very helpful with him. And my daughter loved it from the moment she walked in. The décor is very cute. And the staff is beyond helpful and sweet. Dr Hoban was very informative and I highly recommend her office.
