This place is really more of a three and a half star kinda place, but I was feeling generous and bumped it up to four stars. The place is easy to find, and very clean. They have a huge menu out front so you can see what they have to offer. They also have daily specials listed. Most dishes range between $ 8-$ 16. Also they serve breakfast all day long. The kid meals are a pretty decent size, and my kids thought they tasted good(rigatoni pasta and chicken tenders). My husband had breakfast and said the biscuits and gravy were really good. They were also a good portion size. I had the grilled chicken Caesar salad, it was just okay. The chicken tastes like boiled chicken, not grilled. Also there were no grill marks on the chicken, not a big deal just weird. And almost half of the lettuce tasted old and wilted. On the plus side the dressing was really good. I ate it because I was hungry, but I don’t think I’d order it again.

While the food was delicious and fast on service we have a kiddo with a peanut allergy and the server rolled her eyes at us when we told her he has a peanut allergy but she actually wrote it down on the note pad(thumbs up). However when it came to dessert we asked about anything that was peanut free and she said she was«pretty sure» everything was cross contaminated because they use the same serving utensils. First of all, Ewwww!!! You should be using different utensils to serve dessert. Second of all there has to be a peanut free dessert available… Well she«checked» and there was no dessert available for him. How disappointing to tell a 5 year old he can’t have anything to eat because there«might» be peanuts. We won’t be back there. The fact that they didn’t seem to care was very disappointing. Even when we paid the lady at the front desk asked how was our meal and I explained to her what happened and she didn’t seem to care either. We won’t be back here nor will recommend this place.

Located inside silverton casino. One of the nicest café in all the local casino, the décor is kinda like country rustic and very clean. The menu have change quite a bit, not for better! I eat here cuz I have coupons. They used to offer whole pizza for $ 10 but now it’s small flat bread for the same price and not even good. The menu is cut smaller and the price gone up, rather eat the other restaurants they have. The few items that we always order is chicken fried steak $ 16, is a large portion and tasty. I got surf n turf $ 16 flat iron and fried shrimp, the steak is too chewy, thin and small. Shrimp was very crispy and tasty just not the beef. Salmon grill with vegetables and mash potatoes is on the bland side. Skip! This café have a gelato counter in the front where you wait to be seated. They have changed four different vendors and the last one is by far the best. It’s cheap and they give you a lot!

Sundance Grill as far as restaurants go(food wise) is unremarkable. That’s not to say I’m disappointed with them. I’ve been in the food business so I’ve experienced it’s ups/downs. To be honest, I may be more critically firm when I sit down to write a serious review as opposed to making light/brief comments. All food service enterprises goof up now and then. Problem is, many in food service may mean well and will smile with you but have no clue what food service is all about. What, cook food then serve it? Hardly! With all that out of the way, I haven’t had all the items on Sundance menu and most likely never will. But what I have had, how it’s presented, quality, preparation and other pertinent points have told me what I need to know. This morning I had their breakfast burrito. Menu said sausage, bacon, eggs etc. Nice, ok. What turned me off? It looked like all the ingredients had been finely chopped & wrapped in a flour tortillia(sic). NOTGOOD. No time for cooking lessons here so just beware. You like your breakfast burrito mushy inside, cardboard taste with unrecognizable ingredients, well then, you’ll love it. Thanks.

If it could be no stars it would be. After many years coming here. It went from great to rock bottom. Poor food even poorer service. Manager does not give a shit about whether or not your a happy customer or not. Bad!!!

Came here the first night I was in town for dinner. They weren’t busy so we decided to come instead having to wait for a busier restaurant. Huge mistake! We were sat almost immediately, got our menus and everything seemed like it would be okay. It took 20 mins for our waitress to even come over and take our order. Mind you there was only about 4 other tables being occupied. Food wasn’t great just your average food. Step up the service and this place might be okay.

Ordered the roast beef special for lunch. The roast beef was spoiled. This was my third and last time having a bad experience there. Called over the waiter and told him. He went to get manager and manager never showed up. Zero stars here but forced to select at least one star on this app. That café isnt even 1 star worthy.

We are Locals and went to Silverton Casino for a play and decided to have lunch out as we was meeting family there, I and my Husband had a meal with Fries, he had the philly steak and I had the Fish N Chips, the fish was fine but My Fries looked like they had been cooked in dirty oil and tasted that way also, My Husbands fries was looking under cooked and could have done with a few more minutes, the service was okay and the price was good but would be nice to receive fries with our meal that is cooked properly and hot as they was not!

Food was good. The Cook really knows his way around the eggs! They also have some great late night specials after midnight. Try ’ em! Servers could use more cigarettes break because they are mostly mean, spiteful and crabby but, the food makes up for what these ugly gals lack in customer service skills. Two thumbs, wayyy up!

I’ve been here a few times with the family because my parents always have discounts, coupons, or comps. I don’t like this place very much, but I always hold out hope that I’ll find something decent on the menu. Some items I’ve tried: Buffalo Wings with Chipotle BBQ($ 10) Traditional Club Triple Decker($ 10) Flatbreads($ 8 – 9) with extra toppings($ 0.50−1/each). Fish & Chips($ 12) Chicken Fried Steak($ 16) Fresh Grilled Salmon($ 17) Chicken & Artichokes Pasta($ 14) House Salad The food is just okay. Sometimes less than okay. The items that were decent eats: Buffalo Wings, Club Sandwich, and Chicken Fried Steak. Service is fine. It’s usually not very busy.

Clean with contemporary and open feel, friendly service, typical american coffee shop with burgers, sandwiches, plates around $ 10 – 20 per person. i tried the chicken noodle soup, turkey club sandwich, and burger, which were all decent and tasty but not memorable. the fries are thin shoestrings, which are tasty and a generous portion is provided, and they do accept silverton points as payment, which is how we ended up here. 2.5 stars

I’ll follow the others and say, «typical casino café.» There was nothing special about it other than the fact that they were open late and served pizza(or flatbread). We ordered two and both were decent. Our daughter ordered a banana split and it was huge! She loved it! The service was quick and friendly. The wine was cheap and«cheap». Stop in if you’re staying at the Silverton and looking for a quick bite to eat.

Since we are constantly looking for good breakfast place, we just found Sundance recently! After a rocky start, learning their menu … and of course servers had to learn about us too, finally we are comfortable eating at Sundance. Items ordered: Steak and eggs; Sweet potato hash and eggs; Classic eggs Benedict; Grilled Vegetables Panini; Philly cheese steak sandwich; Prime Rib French Dip; Prime Rib dinner. Everything we ate was good, tasty, well presented. All of our food were freshly prepared in a timely manner. Prices are moderate, averaging $ 10-$ 12 for sandwiches with sides, $ 10-$ 15 for lunch items, $ 10-$ 18 for dinner entrees with soup or salad. Non alcoholic beverages are $ 3 each. Everything is available to order 24⁄7 . They’ve a late night specials from Midnight through 5am, Ham steak and eggs $ 3.99; Sliders .99 cents each … Sundance is a nicely decorated, clean, well maintained restaurant. We noticed the servers are very friendly to the customers! We also had nice conversation with the restaurant manager. Their priorities are serving good food and provide excellent customer service! We’ll be happy to return to try other items from their menu!

We had stopped here to check out the aquarium and decided to have some dinner here too. We were on a budget and trying to eat at decent places. Most of the restaurants in this casino were rather expensive but Sundance Grill was reasonably priced. I ordered the Rigatoni Bolognese which looked to be a small portion for the price but it was rather filling. I couldn’t even finish it. It came with Garlic Bread which was hard as a rock. I couldn’t eat that at all. The atmosphere was pleasant to dine in and the service was exceptional.

I was impressed with our 2 servers. Everything went so fast and they kept an eye on us every 4 minutes. I don’t know why we had two servers attending at us but it felt good knowing they’re up to their par. Even though they were busy but they were able to manage each patron. This is the kind of service that I wanted most. Food was great also. I am loving the décor of this place. Very neat and decent. I am definitely going to come back to this place next time.

Ok. just arrived at The Silverton for our Rush weekend. Came down to Sundance Grill for a bite to eat. We have never had a bad experience here, but tonight we had waiter Brian. He gave us GREAT service. He is very friendly and accomodating. He shouts out customer service! Thank you very much!

Highly recommend the Joe’s Shuffle, Moco Loco & Huevos Rancheros. The gelato bar selection and quality is just 3 stars but hits the spot if you have a craving and don’t want to leave the casino.

Came here for the breakfast, had Joe’s shuffle. It was lacking flavor but it was fulfilling. The orange juice was good though.

I have been here twice… The first time was with family and loved it, the service was just ok. We asked for certain condiments and never recieved them. The second time I went in after a wedding around 1am for the 99 cent sliders. I sat at the high tops expecting fast service. I at for 27 minutes with out even getting a water. I stated that it was ridiculous and why I waited that long.“we have a convention in town we are busy” I looked around and counted 9 full tables and 3 servers, there was no need for that oing of a wait. Displeased by the service but love the late night menu

My family and I CRUSHEDIT at the gym this morning, so much so, we deserved to have someone make lunch for us. We found ourselves at this place and I don’t regret it. I am a TURKEYCLUB junkie! Before trying anything else on any menu I HAVE to try the turkey club first. So that, my Unilocal friends, is what I had. First know, the last time I had one of these sandwiches was when I dined at FARM. Now know this, Sundance Grill’s TC was SO much better. Is it just me who thinks the bacon is always overly crispy for these sandwiches? This one, the bacon was cooked beautifully… friggin’ delicious actually. Dessert…I’m usually, and by usually I mean ALWAYS, too full for it. But today I purposely packed half my meal to go so I could enjoy a sweet treat… I did earn it after all, went up in weights this morning at the gym woot woot! $ 3.00 for a strawberry tall cake with vanilla bean ice cream… YES! It was very satisfying and if I’m being honest(I always am) it tasted VERY similar to strawberry short cake, only a little more fancy because of the ice cream. My only regret was I shared it with my fiancé, he didn’t even order a dessert I should have let him watch me enjoy it by myself. It was outstanding for 3 bucks. You know what, I always order turkey clubs but I never bother to look at the price. Is $ 9.50 an expensive club… I kind of felt like it was. Oh and, I had no idea you are suppose to take your check to the register at the exit. We sat there for about 10 – 15 minutes before we figured it out. Would have been nice if our server had mentioned it when he gave us the check haha.
