The associate that helped me was INCREDIBLE. I had an issue with a return at another store and called and spoke to the manager at this store I believe his name was Daniel he informed me that they would be able to process the return. I went in to just do the return but he not only got me to exchange the pair but also get a second pair for my dad for Father’s Day! By far the best customer service I have received at any sunglass hut I will definitely be back!!!

Customer service is terrible and the new manager Daniel does not even know the basics of his job(90 day policy) I went in last night and he said I couldn’t exchange my glasses since they were scratched that wasn’t in the 90 day policy. I believed him since you would think an associate that works there would know what they are talking about… So with that said I left and looked it up online. 90 day policy constitutes that no questions asked guaranteed exchange even if they are BROKEN. Mind you mine was only scratched. Just to make sure the internet wasn’t lying I called another store the next morning and she said the same as the website. I go back in and Daniel proceeds to try and tell me that I didn’t let him know I was within the 90 days…(Absolute lie) then goes on saying that he was told wrong. OWNUPANDTAKERESPONSIBILITY! He then finds out that they can in fact exchange them and blames it on the fact that he is new. Sorry but I do not feel bad for you. Tries to tell me my glasses were scratched because I wipe them off with a tshirt… No Daniel they are scratched because they fell on the floor but thank you for trying to tell me that. It gets better… I ask for a business card to write an email and complain about my experience and he lets me know he’s the store manager! I don’t know how he got hired, but warning do not go there and expect any customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could
