We haven’t been in a while since our last visit wasn’t as great as the prior visits, but yesterday our visit did not disappoint. Keep in mind I don’t have a review for the most recent visit before yesterday. My other great reviews were from a while ago. Last visit before yesterday wasn’t so great, but I didn’t leave a review as i thought maybe they were having an «off day.» Seems to be the case. Yesterday, service and food were both really good. The place was full, but we got lucky and were seated within 5 minutes. Even with a full house, our food orders came out pretty fast the first time around. Second order was a little slower as I think since we were doing AYCE and already ate quite a bit, they probably focus on the new customers’ first order. I’m ok with that, as it’s a smart service model. Sushi was fresh and tasty. Salmon didn’t come out with lemon wedges first time but did on second. I don’t mind it either way, just seemed odd it was different the second time around. We paid $ 16.95 for AYCE for our 6 year old since one roll from the kid’s menu doesn’t excite her. She prefers the Nigiri. It paid for itself since she had one roll plus several nigiri but it seemed high at first. They did seem short staffed and the girls were working hard. Service was good but we did have to flag them down a few times to get their attention. Overall though, a good experience. I’ll go back.

This is definitely my favorite sushi place. The service is consistently quick and friendly and the food never disappoints. I do the all you can eat and the fish is always fresh. I love that they do half rolls so you can taste a bit of everything. If you you’ve never been its a must try.

Went there last night with my roommate. Intentions where to have some sushi and grab a couple of drinks, little did I know… All of the sudden we are doing all you can eat sushi! Brian and the boys behind the sushi bar kept it coming in a timely fashion as well with some fantastic banter. Our server Jessika was on point as well. We never had to ask for anything and she was very friendly as well. Kudos to Chris though. I hadn’t been to the establishment in around a year(my apologies). He recognized me and came and said hello! Furthermore he refunded me money from my last stay, saying I was overcharged last time was there. Wowzers! I tip my hat to Chris and the entire Koma crew. Honesty and great service will keep me coming back!

This is my favorite sushi place EVER. The sushi is always fresh, SOO yummy. Lots of options and great service. You can also ask the sushi chefs to get creative and belive me you will be happy you did. I am from San Diego CA, and we always make sure we come here every time we visit Vegas. THANKYOU Chris and crew Koma for being AWESOME! Mario hopes to buy a Sushi Koma hat next time.

I just went here for the first time with three friends and the food was amazing! We all opted for AYCE and it was definitely worth it. I’ve been to several other AYCE places but this one had the best service by far! All of the servers were smiling and were quick to bring the food. I’ll definitely be returning.

Stopped in here for dinner, they have a great all-you-can-eat menu that is very reasonably priced. Everything was very fresh, excellent green mussels. Accommodating with the rolls on AYCE, we couldn’t decide between a fresh/deep fried version of the same roll, so the server recommended we get half of each and try both! Great selection of Sake as well, I would recommend trying the sake sampler. Our favorite was the strawberry.

This place is a small hole in the wall; probably no bigger than my living room, but the sushi is delicious. Lots of options, great service, and overall a good vibe. The only thing I didn’t like was the selection of rap/hip hop/r&b music they had blaring through the speakers. Oh and if you sit at one of the 2-seater tables, there’s not much space between you and the people next to you. Makes friends! Otherwise I will def return.

Time for an update considering how often I come here lol I try others but always keep coming back. Finally tried their tempura ice cream today. It is $ 5.95 extra per order /NOT included in the AYCE but so worth it! Huge portion and probably the most well made version I have ever tried! The tempura was so crisp and light not greasy and heavy like many places. My must order every time is always… Appetizers: Tuna Carpaccio, Seafood Tostada, and Sashimi Roll Nigri: Octupus and Salmon Roe Hand Roll: Spicy Tuna Special Rolls: Fish Paradise and Something Fire In addition, today I tried a few new things: Appetizer: Shrimp tempura was made well – crisp and flavorful, not too heavy. Fried Oysters were good too but small. Nigri: fresh eel is cooked so welland covered with a delicious brown sauce, squid looked super fresh but not my favorite. Special Roll: Kimmy was really good. The Jane was ok but I didn’t love it.

Great AYCE spot for nigiri. Chefs and staff are super friendly. Only down side the small venue, and limited choices for appetizers. Other than that, extremely fresh and I recommend the tuna carpaccio and sashimi roll.

STILL our #1…I don’t know how they do it. Quality? Consistency? Less rice and more fish? Anything made to your tastes? This place hits everything! I couldn’t go elsewhere even if I wanted to.

If you’re looking for a nigiri place, you’ve found it. Their fish to rice portions are the best; the rice is minimal compared to the big cut of fish on top of it. One thing that I would recommend is to go during lunch time to get your money’s worth, as the dinner price comes with only a few additional choices. As for the service, it’s above average compared to other sushi places. The servers are friendly. It can get packed, specially during dinner time. It can slow down the rate at which the food comes, but it’s to be expected. Unfortunately, I can’t give this place a five because everything else in their menu is mediocre. Their specialty rolls and their appetizers weren’t that special. It’s a big set back to being a «perfect sushi restaurant» if not everything is up to par with the best selections in the menu. But, like I said, if you’re looking for a nigiri place, you’ve found it.

I have become a Sushi Koma regular. It is my boyfriend and I’s favorite AYCE Sushi restaurant. The fish is always very fresh, and they have a wide variety of rolls to choose from. The restaurant itself is pretty small, so if you go during dinner time, you can expect to wait awhile. But it is well worth the wait! The staff is also very friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend this place!

I’ve been here twice now and both times I’ve been very happy with the food and service. We came in here on MLK day last week for dinner and it was PACKED. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table. I was worried the service was going to suck, but we were very pleasantly surprised that it did not. We did AYCE, which is $ 25.95 for dinner. It includes a shit-ton of stuff and I can’t even begin to describe all that we ate because we went to town. I will say though, that the items that they allow only 1 order per person are bomb. I can understand why those are limited. We got a ton of nigiri, and the fish to rice ratio is perfect. The fish tastes fresh and is cut nicely, unlike some other AYCE where the fish is completely butchered by some amateur chef with a butter knife in the back. A lot of their items, including nigiri, come with sauce, which seems to be a Vegas thing and I hate it!, but we requested no sauce and it was fine. Overall a great experience and will be one of our go-tos for AYCE sushi.

Always great service and great food here. We were seated immediately no lunch rush. Seafood tostada is the best, but only one order per person, as in one only… lol. Seaweed salad is always on point. Great dressing that makes it different from other seaweed salads I’ve tried before. Spider hand roll is a must. Love coming here!

Like another poster said, the best thing on the menu is the Seared Tuna Carpaccio. You only get one per person for the AYCE but it is heavenly and so delicious! We had several yummy rolls and its the best AYCE place in Vegas. I give it 4 stars only because this time the salmon was not perfectly to my liking — a bit slimy, and every time we go just a little some thing is a bit off. Last year, the service was a bit slow. The service this time was quick and friendly. If you’re in the area and looking for good sushi or AYCE, visit this place. You won’t be disappointed!

I used to love this place, but as time went on their service got worse which made this place unappealing. This is the closest sushi place to where I live and I used to always want to come here, but the last trip I had here was awful. For such a small location and for as many servers as they had, I could not get anyones attention to initially order. We got AYCE and throughout the night we only received about ¾ of what we ordered. There was a point where no servers were out on the floor and every table was filled, but no food had come out for 10 minutes. I assumed a mix up happened in the back, and when the food finally came out, we received the wrong rolls and had to wait for our rolls to be remade because they were given to another table and had already been eaten from. I ordered shrimp tempura about 3 times until I received it, after we ordered dessert. Lol. I hadn’t gone back since. The taste and quality is pretty good, but since my last visit I realized there are better sushi places worth trying.

Was recommended this place by a local business. But boy, did it not meet my expectations! First and last time I’ll ever dine here. Service was terribly slow and unresponsive. I ordered miso soup 3 times until I finally got it. We were probably waiting 20 – 30 min in between each order which half of them were actually delivered. The fish was not fresh, tasted like it came straight from the freezer and was thawed out. Their selection was boring and simple. The only good thing about this place was the fish to rice ratio. Definitely would drive the extra miles and go down spring mountain for better ayce sushi.

Came here when we were visiting family in Vegas and everyone wanted all you can eat sushi. Our relatives that live in Vegas recommended this spot so we all went. They were able to accommodate our large party and took our orders efficiently! We ordered tons of different sushi and appetizers to share which definitely hit the spot! All of the fish was very fresh and the servers were very attentive and helpful! My favorites were the uni, yellowtail, and albacore! The baked mussel appetizer was also one of my faves. Each person also got dessert, which comes with the all you can eat menu! They have ice cream and mochi! Yummy!

Really love sushi, literrally never leave unsatisfied. The service is ukbeat, very cool enviroment with mixture of music genres cycling through. Only thing is I have seen rolls presented tighter and neater. Very good experience makr sure to get half rolls. They put a lot of rice on their nori for the AYCE. Our server Hannah was very attentive and always had a smile. Keep up the good work.

Sushi Koma is a cute AYCE sushi place, and they were packed the night we ate here. Because there’s not a whole lot of floor space, I feel as though this is a restaurant better suited to smaller parties. If you must bring a lot of people, do yourself a favor and make a reservation so the staff has time to accommodate your party(and so you’re not waiting forever). Sushi quality was fresh but nothing really stood out for me. Just your typical AYCE fare. I was really sad that they limit you to one type of dessert! I guess it’s a way to keep costs down. But seriously, can’t a girl eat her weight in mochi ice cream once in a while? Anyway. The food is good here, so I’ll try it with a smaller group next time.

Delish! Ordered different rolls and we were very happy with how everything tasted. The service was exceptional. Order the Big B roll… seared beef on top with shrimp tempura. Yum! Chefs were attentive and so was the wait staff. We will be back!

I was invited to lunch at Sushi Koma. Over the years I have tried several all you can eat Sushi restaurants in Las Vegas. Service at Sushi Koma was outstanding. Our server was friendly. Service was prompt and she kept an eye on us, making such that refills were provided and ensuring that additional orders were filled. We had a variety of seafood and each was fresh and beautifully presented. For a non seafood entrée, I recommend the Chicken Cutlet Special which includes miso soup, salad and rice. The breaded fried chicken was all white meat and was very juicy and tasty. After eating at Sushi Koma, I now have a new best favorite.

AYCE sushi for only $ 25.99 such a great deal –the price of about 2 rolls at most places. This is not a buffet you can order anything you want from the menu and they make it order. Includes little sides like seaweed salad, edamame, and even 1 dessert per person. I was afraid they would take forever to bring out rolls so that you’d be too full to order anymore but they were on it bringing us our rolls and the service was so friendly. Love coming to Vegas and finding awesome little off the strip spots like this.

I went here with a party of 8 people back in January of 2015. I’m not sure If food got better since but the AYCE sushi dinner was alright. You got the usual nigiri which were okay. Yellowtail was meh, salmon was alright. Nothing stood out as extraordinary with the rolls or the appetizers. The place is quite small, and you’ll have to wait if you’re with a bigger party due to room and table space. I doubt that I would go back as I prefer other places. But I’m tempted to go back after seeing Cathey’s review that the spicy tuna is better than Nobu. That’d be worth a second visit!

Almost a year later and nothing has changed. They are still slow with bringing out the orders. The sushi is decent and isn’t paper thin. I came in last night around 1 and it was not busy at all. Maybe two other tables. We made our order of a variety of nigiri and a roll. All the employees seem like they are everywhere. You would ask them one thing and then they would go do another. Our waitress even dropped food in my boyfriends water and just walked away. OKAYEVERYTHINGCAMEOUTSOSLOW. The waitress would bring out our one order of salmon. And then we would have to wait another 10 minutes for the next nigiri to come out. I don’t understand. They had two chefs working at the same time. We decided for a couple more sushi and a roll. Of course. They somehow forgot the roll. We were over it and just got full because how slow the food was coming out. I’m happy the chefs brought us out uni at the end I think to make up for forgetting. Even though they told us they ran out of uni when we tried to order it.

Always eat AYCE here. This sushi place is bomb, so just order whatever your heart desires and trust that it will taste delicious. The restaurant isn’t that big — they have a sushi bar seating around 8 ppl and a handful of 2 – 4 seater tables. Despite the restaurant being small, I’ve never really had to wait for a table. One important note, this place is chilled like an icebox all year round so I always have to bring a long sleeve and closed toe shoes to keep from freezing throughout the meal.

One of my top AYCE sushi joints. Went for lunch which was about $ 21 and ends at 3pm. And dinner is about $ 26. But honestly the lunch menu is still amazing. This place is very small and cute. It could easily fill up if I came on a busy day but gladly I came just in time. Was seated just before 3pm so still got the lunch AYCE price. The menu is great and items that I thought would be Dinner only ended up being lunch as well. Like my favorite, Sashimi Roll! To die for! I can’t believe you can order this during lunch. It’s 1 per person though but that’s understandable. Also got the seafood Tostada which I would assume with be dinner only but it’s not. Delicious. The fish were all fresh. The white tuna nigiri just melted in my mouth. Fish/rice ratio was just right. Some specialty rolls had a lil bit more rice than I wanted but it didn’t over power the fish ratio. Glad I was able to order half rolls. The service was alright. I think the rolls were coming out a little too slow. There was a lot of time when we were just sitting there waiting for our food but other than that the staff was attentive. I would definitely come here again. Prolly stands up there with Goyemon but doesn’t surpass it quite yet…
