I went in needed to finish the second part of a 2step TB test for a new employer. The first part had already been completed and I just needed the second on in my other arm.
To begin with there was tons of billing issues (not the facilities fault) but they had me calling their boss and then calling my boss and a lot of communication got lost in translation. Everyone was getting confused and frustrated.
On top of that, I arrived at about 11:30, and because of the billing confusion I was waiting for quite awhile. So once everything got sorted out, they asked me to come back in an hour because they were going to lunch! I couldn’t believe it because a TB test is very quick. I told them that I would prefer to just do the test and go so they agreed.
What I noticed immediately is that the gentleman who administered my test didn’t wash his hands. He simply put on gloves and began removing the equipment. And to make matters worse was digging in his pocket to find his glasses, which also had a bunch of dirty pens.
Then they administered it into my right arm, which had already had been done. I told them I already had that arm done but they insisted that they have to start the process over. Which were the exact opposite instructions from the ones my employer had given me and them. Also, when the test was given the serum was put too deep into the skin, because no bubble appeared at all, which makes the test ineffective.
And then to top it off, after I have left, I get a call saying I need to come back because they didn’t get all of the documentation they needed.
It was such a frustrating waste of time. I will never return, and I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I get my blood read for thickness and I usuall y go to Quest but Lab Xpress is cheaper and now I know why. The needle to draw blood for my PT INR is huge.
My arm swelled up with blood below the surface for a week after… This is crazy!

Not quite a week ago my entire family was sent into a tailspin thanks to a certain individual who assaulted my sister in law to the point she needed a blood transfusion. When the police arrested him, he lashed out and filed a complaint with Child Protective Services against everyone living in our house. As part of that investigation my entire family was asked to complete a drug test. Lab Express is the facility I chose. Thanks to their speedy work, I was totally exonerated of all charges. My family passed all tests, all checks.
I wanted to update my review to thank Lab Express for their accurate and ultra fast work which helped me to get my life back and remove the threat hanging over my family. My wife and especially my little boy are my everything and the threat of losing my son brought my life to a full halt. I also had some help from a couple of Unilocalers… I won’t name names, but THANK YOU for your help and advice. My case starts the closure process on 9÷18÷12. But it wouldn’t be closed if it wasn’t for the staff at Lab Express!
