Horrible costumer service! Just left this store and I’m glad I did before I purchased anything! Pretty much I almost got tricked into paying for services I should not have been getting charged for. So glad they did not have the Samsung 64G Samsung in stock. Never doing business here. Don’t believe you have to pay $ 25 a month for the free Samsung tablet promotion starting tomorrow, it should be $ 10 a month.

This store is ran by a ridiculous so called«manager». I was being helped by one of the associates when he had to get an authorization from his boss so the store manager entered the convo and was completely rude by not acknowledging his customers or even being of any assistance towards my issue! I was highly displeased and wouldn’t recommend this place to any one I know. Do not come here!!!

Read all of your receipts and documents. They will try to add jump regardless of you asking for it or not. Why would I need jump on a $ 100 phone? Don’t try to increase your numbers by being sneaky with people, because I will remove it as soon as I get home… There goes your accessory purchases from me. Other than that my experience is pretty typical for a t-mobile store. Nothing special here.

First off, I would like to say that I am very displeased with this store. About three months ago me and my girlfriend switched over to t mobile. I was promised that after receiving my final bill from AT&T, I could start my reimbursement process. Never once did any worker in that store let me know that in order to start the reimbursement process, I would have to «trade in» my old AT&T phone. As a matter of fact, Chad told me that he did the reimbursement process and he got his Visa card within 8 weeks. NOTONCE did anyone working in the store mention that I had to give them my old phone. After about 2 months of the reimbursement being processed, I received the denial letter. Shortly after I gave the store a call and Brian, the manager, was extremely rude to me. He let me know that all of his workers should know that to start the reimbursement, they need to take the old phone. He said that what he can do now is give me the face value of the phone, and put it as a credit on my bill. Not only am I not receiving the $ 425 reimbursement, but I am only getting credited onto my account, which does not help with the other $ 300 I had to pay to AT&T for my payment plan that I had with them. I explained to them over and over again that I did not want this happening, and over and over again they reassured me that I would be reimbursed. Since I did not want to deal with their horrible customer service skills at this store, I decided to go to a different corporate store. I wanted to speak to a manager, and they told me there was no manager on duty so I explained to them what was going on. He told let me know that what I had explained didn’t sound like Brian because he had worked with him before. Then he proceeded to go to the assistant manager and say«can you trade me? They’re talking about Brian». I could not care less about who knows who and who is friends with who. All I want is my money reimbursed. We asked if she knew who is above Brian, and she could not let us know. «I can take down your information and give you a call back» was all she could say. I am very disappointed with t mobile, and to be honest, I wish I had never switched over to this phone company. The retail store we went to told us «corporate stores are like over paid babies. They don’t know much» and after this experience, I completely agree. They are rude, have poor customer service skills, and frankly they do not know what they are talking about. If I could give them half a star, then I would. Phone salesman are worse than used car salesmen.

Came back to this store with a new cell phone and broken screen. Less than 2 weeks old and no idea how it happend. Was really ticked about it and Brian and Troy took care of me right away. Switched out phone and downloaded everything right there quickly and had me running businesses right away. All I have to say is AWESOME service and super clean store.

We were so pleased with the service we received today at this location. Chad was the person who assisted us and we are OLDPEOPLEWHONEED A LOTOFHELP! He was very patient and answered all our questions while helping us upgrade my husband’s phone from the dark ages to one my granddaughter(3) will be happy to use. Thanks t-mobile and Chad!

We visited this T-Mobile store to return a test drive iPhone. As you park, you immediately notice the pink glow emanating from within. In talking to the employee, it turns out this is the newest T-Mobile store and it was created using the latest LED store design specification. It certainly looks clean and modern. We probably got lucky in that we were the only customers in the store. Chad(said employee) greeted us right away and processed the return. He was very helpful and friendly. Knew all the answers to our questions. No pushy sales tactics. We may end up joining T-Mobile because it’s tough to beat two unlimited lines for $ 100 without contract. The«Un-carrier» has definitely been changing the game of late.
