So good! Boba is a little bit too sweet, but that’s my fault for not adjusting the sweetness which is an option. Fast and clean place. The only boba place close to me that is actually good. I live by Aliante.

It’s hot now so lots of cold drinks are in my future. Yesterday we were driving by and thirsty so we stopped. I got the thai milk tea with boba. It was so refreshing and the boba was good too. I have found my new boba spot. My girlfriend had a honey milk tea I think. I only had a sip but it tasted good. We decided on their yakisoba fries to accompany the drinks. They are a must try at least once. It has herbs and I think a mayo with a brown sauce and was super tasty. The staff were super friendly. The only downside is I can imagine it getting packed now that the heat has arrived. I will be back.

Not sure what all the hype is about. Boba tea came out quickly but is mediocre. Food was decent until I found egg shells in the rice. They must not check their food properly. Service was very slow for food.

Great Boba place in the Northwest. Service was efficient but a little slow because they were extremely busy must be all the good reviews on Unilocal LOL. If you want a nice drink with the casual atmosphere this is the place in the Northwest. As an update to my review sticking with four stars because they typically are out of flavors everything tastes great and they’re friendly but they run out too many times

Yum! So happy to finally give this place a try. The boba in my milk tea was perfectly cooked and the yakisoba fries were amazing! I can’t wait to try other things on the menu!

Located right on 95 & Ann, this cute little spot is one of my favorites to grab a drink & go! A good place to hang out with friends or to get some work done — has a nice ambiance as well as an extensive drink menu. I personally have not tried any of their food items (yet!), but everything we’ve tried has been great!
FOR HER: I always tell myself to try their teas, but I have only ordered from their fruit smoothie list thus far because they’re so good! I’ve tried the LYCHEE, HONEYDEW, & CANTOLOPE. All not excessively sweet & very refreshing. I always add extra boba too!
FOR HIM: He’s always ordered the same thing. He’s a man who sticks to what he knows and he swears by the BROWN SUGAR MILK TEA, with boba too. He loves that you can choose your sweetness level & even request splenda sweetener substitute!

I always past by the area but never knew this place exist until I Unilocal search «bakery». I normally drive all the way to Chinatown to get a boba drink but this is way closer to me. I love this place! The ube/​taro macaroons are delicious and my favorite!

I ordered Chai tea with boba, yakisoba fries, and takoyaki.
Chai tea was almost bland, however the tapioca pearls were soft and perfect.
Food took near 15 mins to wait on.
Yakisoba fries were so so good, until my second fry in was when I noticed there was a hair in my food. I returned it, and after 5 more mins of waiting, one of the employees did apologize, however they could not offer to remake another batch of yakisoba fries because they ran out of ingredients. They ended up refunding me with another apology.
The takoyaki was soggy and drowning in bulldog sauce, making the entire thing tok salty to eat.
I didn’t finish any of the items that I have ordered and waited so long for. I’m not even going to think of giving this place anymore of my business. First time, and last time.

Sigh. Henderson still doesn’t have good boba, but Centennial does? I’m happy for you guys, I guess…
Highly rated boba always intrigues me, but I wasn’t able to justify the super long drive from home until I was already in the area to visit a friend. On my way home, Tea Time Café was a convenient stop just off the highway, so I was eager to visit.
I stuck to one of my go-​to orders, a large jasmine milk tea ($ 4.25, 24 oz) with boba (usually +$ 0.35, but Unilocal check-​in = one free topping). It didn’t take too long for them to prepare the drink, and I was happy to see a bubbly froth on the surface indicating that they’d shaken it to create the namesake bubbles of the bubble tea.
The jasmine flavor wasn’t extremely strong, but it was noticeable in every sip. The boba tasted fine considering that it’s not honey boba. I overheard that it was freshly made, and it was actually was a little too al dente at the time. But it’s always better to err on the side of chewy tapioca pearls than mushy.
I didn’t make any adjustments, but on a warm day like today, it was better to err on the side of ice. As for sweetness, it was pretty balanced considering that I took on the default full sugar level instead of going for 75% or 50%
Instead of a stamp card, they use FiveStars. It’s a unified system that I often see in California, and you can check in for a reward via phone number, keychain card, wallet-​sized card, or even app. Ten drinks = one free large drink, and I’d be very content with that if I lived or worked anywhere remotely nearby.
As it is, I just don’t see myself coming back very often, but I will keep Tea TIme Café in my memory banks just in case I’m in the area. It’s an above average shop (at least in the Vegas scene) with tea and coffee (and some sweet and savory foods) that locals should be glad to have.

Ordered up some Chai Tea and a spicy Musubi. Originally I thought this would be just like everywhere else I have been to, but I was wrong. They prepared the spicy Musubi in house. Damn, was it good! They prepped and cooked the Musubi with a Sriracha sauce that was allowed to caramelize around a delicious slice of Spam.
Everything was tasty besides the ambiance but that being said, I am willing to find time to give TTC another chance.

I’m giving this place 3 stars just because it’s the only boba tea spot in the area. I went in to get macarons and Thai tea with boba. They only has 3 macarons which was understandable since they get it from an outside company. But they ran out of boba. That was pretty upsetting. The guys behind me also left without anything for the same reason. However, customer service was pretty good. Hopefully next time I go they have boba.

Neat little place, they have a variety of teas (herbal, fruity), smoothies, and coffees for your liking. My very first time having any kind of boba tea (I had the boba milk tea — and it taste like milk and tea… go figure!!!) and a great first time at that. Cool spot to come in relax and sip some drank/​tea.

This place is a really great boba place! My favorite drink is the honey milk tea! It’s so sweet but doesn’t taste artificial. The boba is also a great texture! It’s a hidden gem if you’re looking for great boba!

I have been craving an almond milk tea & I’ve always loved tea time. The wait was not long at all. My tea tastes pretty good, however, I’ve had better. Overall, good place for a sweet treat.

What a great little spot for boba tea! Before I knew about this place I would drive all the way to Chinatown to get my boba tea fix, but now whenever I crave it I can just come here instead! The girl working was very sweet, and the place has plenty of tables if you want to sit in there and enjoy your boba. A little hidden gem in the northwest!

The drinks are amaza-​balls. Absolutely delicious. Prices are pretty good too.
The chicken though, its damn terrible. It tastes like deep fried plastic bag.
I may give their food another chance in the future, but not for a while

This place just gets better and better. I’ve been a regular customer here for over a year and I don’t plan on stopping. The food here is fantastic. I especially adore the Yakisoba fries and the Gyoza. Both are delicious and aren’t greasy at all.
And don’t even get me started on the drinks! From the Milk tea (yum peppermint white chocolate) to the new Cookie Butter Chai, there are no bad flavours!

I love this little secluded spot off the 95/​ann rd. For us folks out in the North/​Northwest to have a spot to grab a boba or no boba (because boba isn’t a name of a drink… just mochi like balls that are added as an option into your beverage) is GOLD I tell you! They serve your usual «boba» beverages such as milk tea, iced/​hot teas, smoothies, slushy, lattes, and more!
I used to frequent a boba shop back home in Hawaii and always ordered a Strawberry Iced Black Tea. Upon moving here (2004) I always longed for my drink and searched the valley but to no avail. I noticed Tea Time not long after they opened when it was just the two brothers working the whole thing themselves and was excited to see they offered flavors to be mixed in with their teas! So you knooow what I had to order – sigh, nostalgia. Ever since then that’s the only drink I’ve ordered. I used to stare at the menu as if I’m going to order something else, but no. Can’t help it… I like what like. I love that the strawberry isn’t some whack generic tasting syrup pump. This drink you will find bits of strawberries and the essence of strawberry is evident.
I can only give them 4 stars as much as I’d love to hit the 5… but in recent times has been the first time my drink has come out extreeeemely on the water tasting side. No strawberry flavor, not even a black tea hint. Almost as if they were running low of their black tea so they decided to dump more water. The power of dilution.
I bit my tongue a few times until this one time I had my husband return it, in which they gladly remade my drink. It turned out just the way it is supposed to be (thanks to Asia for fixing it for us… which she wasn’t the one who originally mixed my drink up by the way). I’m not really a boba kind of gal so I always get half a serving of boba. If I get the full scoop my mouth grows tired of chewing which deflects the enjoyment of my beverage.
Anyway, enough about those chewy balls. They also offer food to accompany your drinks, or food to just munch on as you chill. Yakisoba fries are definitely deelish if you are acquainted to such flavor or is interested in tasting something new. I wasn’t too impressed with their bulgogi banh mi simply because I didn’t enjoy the way the meat was cooked. I thought the veggies were pretty skim too. The philly cheese steak was ahhhh-​ite. However, it isn’t a dedicated food joint as their business is about their drinks. They certainly won’t disappoint you on that note. The new cookie butter smoothie, yes you read cookie butter smoothie, is addictive! Oh, and the cookies and cream smoothie… drool. I think I have gained some pounds from those smoothies. Well deserved and satisying pounds gained for that matter! You know it’s good when someone completely dedicated to one drink all these years goes out her realm, goes to her weekly spot to betray her fave iced tea.
Try it out, enjoy, the staff are great, and when you walk out… you’ll be thankful you Unilocaled it.
Also note… you can mix your flavors.

I have to give this place 5 stars, why? Because I’m almost always there! Some of the people who work there know my name and know what I want to order already. They are very friendly people and I enjoy the fact they remember their loyal customers.
I’m addicted to their Milk tea with boba. I order all the time, and they are consistent with their drinks. I never go away disappointed with anything I order. I used to get their taro milk tea with boba and their thai tea as well, but when I discovered the milk tea. I was hooked, literally! They are so fast with getting your drink when they aren’t busy. When they are busy they make the effort of perfecting your drink to make sure it came out right. I appreciate that.
I also like their reward program, when you buy 9 drinks. you get your 10^th on free! I never have my card on me, so I put in my cell phone number in the pin pad and my points go directly to my account. I also receive text messages on certain promotions. It’s nice because they don’t obnoxiously text you a bunch of times so you can go in and get a drink, but when you do see them pop on your phone, you just want to get their boba. Ha.
I recently tried their new Banh Mi sandwich, it was tasty! The bread was delicious and warm. It was pretty big sandwich for the price as well. I’m surprised with how much meat they put into the sandwich. They have separate prices for the sandwich or if you go there during lunch time, they have lunch specials. You get a medium drink with the sandwich for a certain price!

Finally a boba place that does it right in my neighborhood. I have literally been driving all the way to china town or suffering through badly cooked boba.
No more I have found my boba home!

Finally got to check this place out! Ordered the taro smoothie with boba and a couple of there macaroons, everything was delicious. nice fast and friendly service. Will definitely come back if I’m in the area!

Best boba in the NW! I always go there for a boba milk tea. Super refreshing in this psycho Vegas heat. I’ve never purchased (although been meaning to) the cute French Macarons, but they look delicious. Both the variety of the smoothies/​teas and Macarons are plenty.
My only gripes are that it’s a bit more expensive than tea places in Chinatown, and I’ve had a small number of drinks with soggy, over-​soaked boba. All-​in-​all, can’t complain and I will definitely be back.

Went on 9−13−15 around 12:30 hoping to get some grub. I’d been craving ramen all week and I saw the pictures on Unilocal of their ramen and fried chicken.
Alas, they no longer have the ramen or the fried chicken. And they were out of macarons on the day I went. Boo!
So we went and ate at the cracked egg and then came back over here for a slush. I got a small pineapple slush with boba for $ 3.78. I checked in on Unilocal and there was an offer for 1 free topping and I had no problem redeeming it.

So coming back here at a different time, I enjoyed the food and was very satisfied! I order the Thai tea, mango slushy and yaki-​soba fries. There boba comes in a large size for such a reasonable price. I realized that the worst time to come for food and macaroons are past 3. I highly recommended this place solely for boba. The yaki-​soba fries are pretty good but this isn’t the best place for studying/​socializing because it can get pretty noisy with the blender.
They have some pretty interesting new subs and they change their macaroon flavors daily. Other than that, the service is pretty friendly like always.

The peppermint milk green tea here is the best drink on their menu. It’s not too sweet or bitter. It has the perfect balance of peppermint and green tea. What I love about this place is the alternative milk options they also have. If you’re lactose intolerant, you also have the choice of almond or soy milk. They also sell really unique flavors of French macaroons such has Horchata and Strawberry yan yan, which are baked to perfection.

Tea Time Café popped my Boba cherry. Everyone is always «Boba this» and «Boba that». I was curious on what all the fuss was about. The verdict: Plain ol’ boba doesn’t have any flavor, but mainly serves to add texture to your drink — I’m not really a fan because I want to slurp down my delicious tea without impediments. Basically, I don’t want my ferocious pace of slurping interrupted by chewy Boba balls that I would probably choke on lol. I don’t have time to chew!
On my first visit, I asked the cashier for a recommendation on something sweet. I went with an Iced Chai Milk Tea. This drink is divine! If I could drink it everyday, I could. Meanwhile, I just daydream over this drink and fantasize about my next trip to Tea Time to get another Chai Milk Tea. There’s a million drinks on the menu but I just can’t get enough of the Chai Tea. What if I order something else and it’s not as good? I’m addicted.
My husband gets something new every time. To each his own! We both love the macaroons here, but if you want some, come early because they get wiped out quickly. The fruity pebbles flavor is great!
VIBE: There’s boardgames on hand and the tables accommodate groups of people, so it’s a great hang out spot. Top 40 music plays in the background.

Worth a Return Visit?
That would be a definitive YES. The employees are friendly and the drinks are amazing.
Unilocal 100 CHALLENGE 2015: #80

Boba? On this side of town? Yup! Located just off the highway in a hidden shopping center, Tea Time Café has a surprisingly large menu of beverages, simple sushi rolls, and snacks. Service is polite, space is decorated like a teenagers bedroom (not necessarily in a bad way), and the snacks are pretty decent.
ICED PEPPERMINT GREEN TEA w/​BOBA: I could drink this stuff daily. I will likely come back specifically for this beverage and try to order it as my regular drink at other boba places. The mint is artificial tasting but it’s very refreshing, boba was decent.
RICE BALLS: Your choice of salmon or tuna, in a rice ball, lightly fried exterior drizzled with furikake and eel sauce. I paid the upcharge for salmon and what I received smelled like tuna and was fairly tasteless. Maybe this just isn’t for me.
SUSHI ROLLS: The rolls available here all seem to be simple variations of the California roll. The roll I selected had «crispy onion and tuna» but was crab and avocado, topped with those fried bits that really aren’t onions at all, along with a ton of spicy mayo. Tasted decent, portion was good for the $ 7 price.
If I was in the area more often, I’d probably hit this place up regularly but it’s not worth going out of the way for. I’m glad I didn’t encounter any of the service issues cited in other reviews, but found it odd that two out of three items seemed to be somewhat incorrect compared to the description provided on the menu.

Came in here with my sister about a month ago, it’s not a place that stuck to my memory as horrible, but nothing that I would want to return to here.
The cashier was snappy and impatient with us when we ordered. (We were the only people in the store, what’s the rush?) It was my first time at the café, and the cashier had no recommendations or offered no help in selecting anything off the menu, so it was sort of a quick pick-​whatever-​sounds-​cool off the menu game for me.
We waited about 15 minutes for two blended drinks, all the meanwhile two other customers came in and received their order before ours. They had food and had ordered and paid at the cashier, so I’m assuming this wasn’t a pre-​order of some sort that was called in before time. What gives with that?
I got a rose milk drink that was blended. It tasted alright, but it was mostly ice and it wasn’t long before all the milk and flavor was gone and I was left with half a cup of mushy ice. Bleh.
Not the worst place I’ve been too, but the lackluster service and mediocre drink will prevent my return here.

I was disappointed that they ran out of macarons. The lady in the counter said the best time to get macarons was in the morning because they ALWAYS run out in the afternoon. How about they order enough macarons everyday so they DON’T run out by the afternoon?
I like the location of this place. I think this is the only boba place located in the northwest side of town and not in Chinatown.
Nice, open, clean place with plenty of seating. They also have board games. I played some Jenga while I was there.
I had their rose milk tea and the chocolate banana with peanut butter smoothie. They were okay. I probably should’ve asked for less sugar. I also had their yakosiba fries, which is an acquired taste.

Finally tried this place out on Saturday after driving by for years! It’s nice to have a boba option close to home so that I’m not always having to drive to Chinatown! The staff is quick and my drink was out about a minute after I ordered and paid for it.
I had a large coffee milk tea w/​boba. The drink had a great balance of milk and coffee and actually tasted like real coffee vs artificial flavoring. It also wasn’t overly sweet as I have heard from other Unilocalers. The boba was soft and chewy and not undercooked like most other boba spots. If anything their boba might have been a little on the overcooked side but not by much. They also serve sushi, macarons, and other snacks but I didn’t try any because we had just eaten next door. Will be back for some more drinks here!
