Purchased a new Fusion SE on 1÷23÷16 and got great help from salesman Brandon. Very patient and helpful. Even though I was disappointed that Ford Motor Credit did not offer 0% financing on the two cars I looked at first (Focus ST, Mustang) It was suggested that I take a look at the Fusion SE and I fell in love with the roomy interior. According to
, I should have been able to buy this vehicle for $ 27,625 plus tax and additional features (Lojack, etc) that would have been around $ 30,000. I got it for about $ 24,000 O.T.D. Plus, I was given $ 3000 trade allowance for my 98 Chevy S-​10 that was falling apart (should have given me $ 1000 according to KBB) which took the actual price to $ 22,000. Great job and a good deal.

MY first review– ME — snakes! sold me a car saying I got a 3K discount with my two car trades. When in fact the car was overpriced. took my two cars which did not make a difference in my car payment or my total debt owed. I had a 668 credit score and they gave 9% interest rate. The salesperson AL coerced me and lied, he would not let me leave. He even gave me a personal number to his loan connection. Later I tried to negotiate for another car with management, but they would only give me another car on top of what I had. I went back later and made a scene and still they could not help me because the car was under water by 10K. Then the management was even more of a snake by telling me to refinance the car at my credit union. Just so they could get out of the situation. Boy I was dumb the first time but not again. Triple snakes team ford is.
TFOwner — Marie, You seemed to have left some facts out of your review. The car was not $ 6,000 overpriced. It’s exactly what Kelley blue book said what retail value was, no more, no less. I showed you the wholesale sheet when you were here. It was also a CPO vehicle that increases the value by $ 1,000. We sell our cars at the same market price as every other dealer. The lender sets the interest rates, not the dealer. We have no control over that whatsoever. That rate is strictly based on your credit. What was explained to you in detail is the car is currently under a recall with no part to fix it. So the dealer has to base the value on what the car may be worth when the dealership can repair and sell the vehicle. Another dealer you went to only validated that claim for us. There is no way to exchange a car after 8 months, you can only trade it in. I know your upset with the situation you’re in, but Team Ford Lincoln did not do what you claim happened. We want to keep you as a happy customer, but what you’re asking us to do just can be done. I think that you really should revise your review on Unilocal since what you are claiming is a lie and is not what we discussed. I mentioned you should try to refinance the vehicle to help SAVE YOU MONEY, so I’m not really sure how that makes me a snake.
TFowner — Marie, I can understand your frustration. But you are always free to leave. We never keep someone here against there will. He may have asked you to stay or wait while we try something else. But you are always free to leave. Every business is entitled to earn a profit on a product. That’s how business works, if not, then we would have to close our doors. Again, my apologies for the situation, but there was never and attempt to deceive you.
Me — so you are going to tell me 8 months ago a 2013 v6 mustang was 23k and Ford discounted it to 19k. I saw the window sticker… Oh by the way where is that window sticker? I never got it, how convenient that AL threw it away. I was not looking for a car I just want to see how much my civic and 2004 Mach1 mustang was worth. I had no idea car values.
Me — I’m not revising it, because team ford have lousy sales tactics.
My third review– Me — AL told me three times to cancel my insurance first thing. WRONG! now I can not get Mr registration renewed and if I ever wanted to use my personal plate agian I have to pay a fee for up to the day I want to use it. snakes, I lost two cars and a cool personal licence plate. plus I may have to pay a year fee for the personal license plate. snakes,…no star for this’
TFOowner– It’s Nevada state law that you have to have insurance on a vehicle that is driven on public roads. Our Product Specialists are trained not to tell you how to handle registration or insurance, for this reason, this is your responsibility as a customer and driver. All personal plates automatically have a an extra fee attached from the DMV and state, it’s always been that way. It’s $ 44 for the first time and $ 20 every year thereafter. All the info is on the Nevada DMV website, dmvnv. com/​plates personal… What your stating is complete hearsay and is of your own opinion. You can see all the other 5 star reviews we have on Unilocal and how much people like us and how they are treated fairly and with respect.
No duh about the license plate fees, and it is not my opinion or hearsay. Team Ford can’t admit that they are and they had done me wrong. Al DID tell me to cancel my insurance right away. I was confused on that so I asked him again the next day. but I have never traded cars in before to a dealer, I always had money for a down payment. so I was thinking dealerships did things a different way. If dealership are not supposed to advice the customer, which I was not treated like one. Why did Al tell me that, instead of saying he can not advise me on registrations and insurances? But this is what I get for trusting your so called «specialist» who answers questions with «I don’t know»

I bought a car here last Christmas. Thank god for Carl, the only car salesman I’ve ever met that wasn’t a pesky vulture! He was very patient and searched all over Vegas for the car I wanted. Once we found it, my only complaint is the games they play. Especially being female it was the classic price changing from the management side of the house that had me ready to walk out the door. Once I purchased the car I needed to have something fixed by their service team. I reported it, had pictures taken, and then waited… and waited… for a follow up phone call. Six weeks later I called them and was told they had no record of my request. So I started over. Luckily it worked out but I definitely have a bad taste in my mouth from this dealership, except for Carl :)

YOU MUST BUY YOUR CAR HERE! GO SEE ED GREENE! This was the most awesome sales experience I have ever had! No one was pushy, ed got me a great deal and he was so patient. He tried everything for me to get my payment to a price my boyfriend and I could afford. He was so personable! Just fabulous. My finance person was Mario Who was also great! He bent over backward to set everything up for us, get our car warranty and get us out the door with just a couple of signatures. Definitely great I will be coming back here for my next car! If your looking at new or used and trade in go see team ford Lincoln for a great customer oriented experience.

My experience with the staff at Team Ford Lincoln was excellent!
My car had a recall that needed to be taken care of, as well as an extended warranty that would cover an additional issue. I spoke to Gregory in the service department, and then brought my 2012 Ford Focus in a few days later. The Service department was expedient and friendly. My car now runs great!
While my car was being serviced, I needed a rental. Lakesha and Vanessa at Team Ford Lincoln’s Enterprise Rent-​A-​Car were absolutely great. They are both so friendly and knowledgeable, and they also were very flexible when it came to extending my rental. They are the true MVPs :)
I would highly recommend this place to all of my friends and family that own fords!

I’ve never been inclined to take the time and write a review but this has been the best car buying experience ever! A friend referred us and I am so thankful! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car.

Very low Pressure. My Sales person; Jeremy Zito, let me look around at a bunch of cars. I made my decision on which I wanted he never pushed me into a car or lost patients with me as I wondered. I was hoping for an Excellent experience buying a new car; so few people have them, I definitely had an excellent one. Jeremy is so knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. These are qualities you do not find in most car salesmen, nor do you find in many people in this town. I was so lucky to meet him on the lot. Everyone at Team ford has been so helpful.

Took my Edge in for service and was expecting it to take a few hours. Barely made it home to start breakfast, when I was called saying it was completed. Fast and great service, thanks Team Ford!

Words cannot even begin to describe the amount of gratitude I have for Team Ford Las Vegas.
The service I’ve received from them is beyond outstanding. A little about my situation — I recently moved from Las Vegas to New Jersey. After only being here little over 3 months, I was rear ended. Twice by a construction driver. My poor 2014 Ford Fiesta hatchback, no longer had a hatchback. Not even a year old. Poor Fiona. She was claimed a total loss via my insurance company. I was out 3k because it did not cover the rest of Fiona’s well, funeral. I was devastated.
I contacted team ford, and told them about my unfortunate loss and that I’d like to purchase a new car thru them again because I’d rather make a deal thru family (and have to pay shipping costs) over strangers in a new place. Because, if you’ve ever bought a car thru them, then you know. They treat you like family.
This team, this family, came together like a family gathering for a holiday dinner to get me a car. And I’m talking, 4 – 5 different contacts. I mean wow. Overnighting papers to sign. They were willing to fly me to Vegas to pick up my new car, they also offered to ship it at no cost. I will not even begin to explain the deal, Costs, interest etc they gave me. I am absolutely speechless. As I finished going over my warranty options with mike, I said to him. «Mike, I want to fly back to Vegas JUST give you all the biggest hugs, and you know. Just hang out at team ford. Because you all have been so great!»
This company is truly the epitome of great customer service.

I bought a car and extended all the warranties. The car is great but sadly the onboard navigation is not covered for updates as I was led to believe when I extended the warranty on the system and all the rest of the vehicle. $ 100 and possibly $ 125 per hour for labor. Not a team player business. Wondering if all the extra cash was worth it.

First, I want to thank Mr. Claude Chiles for reaching out to me about my post. After meeting with Mr. Chiles we came to an understanding about what has happened with my passenger side dash panel. We found out that Ford has stopped making my dash panel, so I have to buy a used dash panel. He was very apologetic about how I was treated and reassured me that it was not Team Ford’s policy. He and I discussed working closely together in the near future to resolve this problem. I thank him again for his understanding. So I am satisfied to take my car to Team Ford.

I LOVED my experience at Team Ford Lincoln. It was awesome! I never thought buying a car would be so painless.
I went to Team Ford Lincoln yesterday to look at a used car that I had saw on the website. I was greeted by Jeremy Zito who showed me the car I had been looking at and he asked me all about what I wanted in a car. I told him I was looking for a used car as the most important thing because I was a first time car buyer and a college student, and there would be no way I could find a new car that would fit my budget. Jeremy explained that with a new car I would probably be able to get better financing and it would be cheaper in the long run. He had me test drive a 2015 Ford Fiesta SE hatchback. It was love at first drive. He showed me all the features, explained everything about the car and then we talked about what car payments on both cars might look like. The new car was better than the used! He was even able to get me the best financing possible through a student financing option. Jeremy was everything a car salesman should be: laid-​back, honest and patient! He answered my 5,000 questions and never once seemed annoyed and I also never felt pressured into the sale.
The financing guy I worked with was named James Vidal and he was just as amazing as Jeremy. I complimented James on how friendly and helpful they were and James explained that he was from Hawaii and he was raised to treat everyone like family and he definitely did just that. James was so kind and he explained all my options with gap insurance, a maintenance plan, and Ford roadside assistance. It was great!
I also met Kimberly from HR and she was also so kind and helpful. Thank you Kimberly!
I loved this place so much that I am making sure my sister comes here when she starts college in Fall so she can use the student financing too! I will definitely refer all of my friends and family to Jeremy and the people at Team Ford Lincoln. Best car buying experience ever!

I was recently told by a fourth party that Ford is demanding I remove my negative review, or they will be forced to take action, whatever that means.
This review is a factual summation of the horrible buying experience I had and I will not be bullied into deleting it. It happened and in my opinion my experience was awful. In my opinion, as I stated in the first review, buyer beware, which applies to almost any purchase completed in Las Vegas.
The following is the conclusion of my experience: So come to find out the service manager who promised me the car no later than Monday failed to tell me he was vacationing at Disney that week and would not be ensuring my car was picked up from Honda as he initially stated, hence the confusion and unreturned phone calls I experienced on Monday. Once I called someone else at Ford and let them know Honda had finished the car on Friday and was still waiting for it to be picked up they had someone go and get it. We picked the car up Monday afternoon. My son loves the car and Honda did a nice job ensuring it is safe for him to drive. Ordeal gladly over.

I can’t say thank you enough to the awesome team of Team Ford Lincoln consisted by Chuck Colinares, James Vidal and Bill Jenkins. These guys made my car buying experience nothing short of amazing! Chuck was absolutely the best person to work with when it’s time to get a car. James Vidal and Bill Jenkins made the most dreaded part of the car buying experience instead to an informative, logical and transparent event.
My situation makes for a very challenging case, but these never once flinched. Instead they looked for all the ways that is possible and the outcome is getting to ride in my dream car at the best deal package possible.
I didn’t dare dream or expect that I can actually get to have such a beautiful car. But these guys made sure that my dream became a reality.
