The A/C Company NV

At work, we had a different A/​C company come out and do a routine maintenance check-​up and they ended up quoting us thousands of dollars claiming we had a leak that had never caused us an issue before them showing up. So, I called the next company I searched — The A/​C Company. They came out the very next morning (I told them we were in no rush, otherwise they said they would have come that day). Larry was a pleasure to talk on the phone and Phil was equally as friendly and informative when he arrived to check on the systems. After his check he let us know that a «plug» of some sort was unplugged on the unit (intentional! — done by the other guys, apparently) and they plugged it back in and left. System works fine. They charged us nothing. Will be calling them for maintenance/​issues when they arise.

STOP!!! YOU DON’T NEED TO WORRY IF YOU HAVE CHOSEN AN HONEST AND HIGHLY CAPABLE COMPANY!!! If you have chosen The AC Company, you can have the peace of mind that I had knowing I am not getting screwed. There is nothing more stressful than having your AC stop working when you live in Vegas. Especially, if you have kids and animals. Even more stressful is the anticipation of how much it is going to cost to repair the problem when we live paycheck to paycheck. We can not withstand even a minor catastrophe. In addition to all that, having that sinking feeling I am not sure if I am getting screwed. And I was getting screwed by the first company I called. The YES! Company came out. The guy Jerome was a nice guy. Seemed to know his stuff. Long story short the company recommended I need a new system and it would cost drum roll please…$ 9,400.00!!! What! I can’t breathe, my head is spinning. WHA WHA WHA WHA! I told Jerome. I don’t have $ 9,400. Oh but wait they offer financing at 6.99%. Oh good, I can get screwed even more. Odds are we will not get approved. He had me considering to call my poor grandmother, who is not wealthy but may have better credit to have her co-​sign. If done that way then I have to go thru Home Depot and after first year the interest will be 17−22%. Dig the knife a little deeper please. I have no wealthy family or long distance relatives. I avoid the company calling later in the day to ask if I called the bank. Im in trouble, we can’t live without AC. Meanwhile, I am misting the poor guinea pig every 10 mins, buying all the fans I can afford and literally praying because I need a miracle. I told my best friend of my nightmare. Maybe just sharing my misery may help just a little. She told me to call the company she uses so I did. I call Phil, one of the owners. Next day Larry, his partner comes out. Another long story short… Larry and Phil are able to fix the problem for THOUSANDS less. And I mean THOUSANDS less. Larry and Phil are princes in my book. Professional, reliable, knowledgeable with integrity are the words to best describe The A/​C Company. I just want the rest of Las Vegas, even the world to know how outstanding this company is! I am happy to say I am sitting in a nice cold house. Heck, I could use a hoodie I am so cold. I LOVE THE A/​C COMPANY!!! Use them you will not be disappointed and even more important, you won’t be getting screwed.

My air stopped working yesterday and I was practically in tears anticipating the repair bill. I called several companies around town and no one could make it before Monday. A friend referred me to the AC company. Phil showed up to my house within two hours as promised. He went out of his way to explain everything thoroughly, his pricing was very fair and he gave me some good advice to help me keep my system running strong in the future. If the unfortunate situation arises in the future where need to call an AC technician I will definitely be using them again.

Talk about integrity, this company has it. Somebody who actually won’t rip you off. They know there stuff and stand behind their work. Even in the heavy summer months they are worth waiting for. TW, Henderson, NV

There are plenty of HVAC service companies in Las Vegas, but The A/​C Company NV is one of the absolute best.
I recently came home to find my system blowing stale, lukewarm air even though I could clearly hear the condenser running. After making a few unsuccessful calls for quick emergency service, I got ahold of Larry Liang with The A/​C Company and he agreed to come right out. He was on my roof in less than 30 minutes! Granted, I probably got lucky with him somewhere in the area, but I’m incredibly grateful nonetheless.
Larry was able to diagnose the problem in less than 20 minutes, confirm my condenser was under warranty, and recommend a solution that met my needs and my budget.
