My Dad is a devoted follower of this brand and enjoys visiting this store when he’s in Las Vegas. We made a special trip over here so he could purchase a few items. I browsed around this upscale shaving establishment and checked out all their gadgets and gizmos.
Their products are out on display for you to look at and sample. We spent a good 30 minutes or so trying everything out. The staff was super professional and extremely knowledgeable about all of their products. They helped my Dad with his purchase and were extremely patient with us as we sampled our way through all of their store.
It was impressed with their great service. My Dad was smiling ear-​to-​ear and I couldn’t be happier. I’m sure AOS will be on our list of ‘must do’ on all future visits. I will be back to treat my hubs’ to a ‘good old day’ shave and visiting with my Dad.

I’m not sure why anyone would give this place less than five stars after the full facial royal shave and head shave I just got here. You may think it’s a little pricey but trust me… the hour of luxury pampering that just happened to my face and head by Master Barber Mike was AMAZING!!! Now I know why the ladies like going to the spa. This is just the guys version of it!!! Also I called them at 10 AM and they were able to get me in at 5 PM the same day so Bravo to that!

This place is a joke. I came here with my fiancé for his birthday and wanted to get him a nice shave to celebrate. When the woman behind the desk called she never specified which store it was and we went to the wrong one. Our fault. The person at the other art of shaving called ahead and they said we would be fine. We ran across Las Vegas boulevard (even though they said they would hold a spot for us) and even called again once we knew we would be 5 minutes late (they said it would be fine). After running through this shops and getting there 6 minutes late they told us they had bumped us even though we had called twice. This is a complete lack of customer service and the woman behind the desk couldn’t have been more rude. I just want her to know that her lack of compassion totally ruined my birthday surprise for my fiancée and the art of shaving brand will forever be ruined in my eyes.

Ron was absolutely amazing. They were able to work me in last minute for the perfect haircut and shave.
I will be back every time I’m in Vegas.

I got a Royal Shave and beard trim and sculpt from Carlos. First time here and the experience was awesome! Very relaxing and Carlos was genuinely concerned about what I wanted to do with my beard. I will definitely return and I will ask for Carlos.

I never even got into this particular Art of Shaving at the Palazzo. Walked in and the guy up front was texting… Never looked up at me, said hello or at least an «I’ll be right with you». I stood there for 4 minutes. I then said, «you know what?» «I’ll come back when your not busy». He said «ok». I promptly went to the one at Mandalay Bay where I was taken care of and had a great experience.

I haven’t had that many shaves in my life time, but I have had quite a few haircuts. Ron gave me one of the best haircuts I ever had.
I got so many compliments on it that I am thinking about flying to Las Vegas whenever I need one just to see him.
As for the shave, it was close and I didn’t get cut with a straight razor. What more would you want.
Ron gave me a play by play and let me know what he was doing each step of the way so I was relaxed when a man with a knife standing over me was about to shave me!
I really recommend this place as something a guy could do while his buddies are running around or his wife is at the spa, or just something to do to try.
It isn’t a cheap experience, but well worth it.

What a great experience. It’s takes at least an hour which is the way it should be. Not sure what all he did but my skin has never been smoother. Perfect solo or for a group of guys on a bachelor party. They have a few other stores close by but it’s wise to call for an appointment.

Every trip to Las Vegas it is a must to schedule a service with The Art of Shaving. I have come here a few times and have never had a more relaxing and fantastic experience. This time at the shoppes at the Venetian with Mr. Ron. The lemon oils hot towels, even rich lathers and lavender too. Love the sandalwood shaving cream too. Coming back asap

I had a wedding and needed my neck beard gone. Ingrown hairs and raw sensation didn’t occur until after the big day, so got lucky there. Service was excellent, price was reasonable.

Ron is my main man. He is a consummate professional in a world full of amateurs and wannabes. If you ever have the opportunity to visit this shop, make an appointment a few days in advance for a Royal Shave and from there sit back, relax and enjoy.
And this above all, a shave at a place like this can make a $ 60k man feel like a million bucks — and after all, isn’t that the point?

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent experience here. I received a royal Shave and haircut from Carlos. my son a haircut with Master barber Bob. Both of us were happy with the results. Everyone needs to be pampered once in awhile. carlos spent a solid hour with me. no rushing.and thankfully not a lot of conversation! His shave was among the best I’ve ever had. yes… you can get this done for app. ½ the price at your local barbershop back home… but there is something positive about taking time off while on vacation for some over the top grooming. It may not be a bargain. but in our opinion. it was money well spent.

I have never had my beard shaved by anyone else before, and honestly I was a little bit nervous, but Ron was so great, and explained every part of each step.
It was not only a «shave» but it was also a learning experience.
You might think you «know» your own face, but its interesting when someone else can educate you on your facial hair growth.
I am so glad that Ron was my Master Barber that day, and I will most definitely be back to see him again.

Mike is an amazing barber. I was his last appointment, so he took his time. He’s a talkative chap with a great life story. Hands down, this was the best haircut/​shave I’ve gotten.

My husband let me talk him into letting me book him an appointment for a little pampering, and really enjoyed their service. I got him the Royal Package, with includes numerous products, hot lather, and a straight-​edged razor shave.
He is in no way the type of guy to fuss about his appearance (unless he is in uniform), but for two days following, he kept touching his face and exclaiming how nice it felt! He is usually the type to have a five o’clock shadow by 1pm, but it lasted for a good two days.
All razor handles are designed to fit Gillette standard razor heads, so it won’t cost you a fortune to replace them. Finally, I have something to give him for birthday and holidays! I will definitely be sending him back.

I’m very picky about who cuts my hair and must admit that I walked away from The Art of Shaving at the Venetian highly impressed. Ask for Mike, he’s been in the business for 30+ years and can do a superb fade, traditional men’s haircut, et al. Best haircut in Las Vegas, don’t go off the strip.

The AOS product is great and a great way to pamper yourself daily. It makes shaving more than a mundane daily ritual.
