The Auto Clinic

If there was an option to select no stars at all, I definitely would give this «auto shop» zero stars! My family and I went on a family trip to Vegas and our SUV started having problems. We called this «auto shop» for help and trusted their «services», which cost us $ 700. They returned our «fixed» vehicle the next day, which we did not use in Vegas at all as we stayed and walked around the strip only. As we were leaving Vegas to return home, our SUV began to shake and broke down again. This time we turned to Nissan for help and while there, they actually said, «Not only did Auto Clinic not fix anything, they actually made it worst and if you guys did not take it here to Nissan, the car would have blown up». I assure you all that this is not an exaggeration and of course Nissan would not lie to us, considering they’re pros at what they do and one of the top auto companies to rely on. We tried calling Auto Clinic back about the issue but the «mechanic» who «fixed» or vehicle hung up on us as soon as we informed him of what happened. Travellers BEWARE! Do not trust this so called auto shop because they are crooks and we do not want anyone else to have to go through something like this, especially families! We will be taking legal actions and we obviously have proof of the negligence.

I had long ass day after visiting this place. If you can try to avoid this place. I got ripped off by this business. My AC stopped working, he told me will be ready in 45 minutes $ 80/​hr rate, and it took them 4 hours and 20 minutes to fix the windshield fluid contained for which I had to call sick in my job and finally they charged me $ 179 didnot fix the container plus three people yeld at me inside the office for asking «why am paying for nothing hasbeen done». He kept it and told me to go back tomorrow. I will see what happens and update this review here.
