The drinks here are great. Very good indeed. The place is in a great location and the staff seem to be very nice. So why the negative review? Because they have wifi & cellular blocking technology that makes your devices useless inside. As a coffee shop, to do that in this day and age, is like taking away your customer’s books when they come inside because you’re afraid their reading will make them stay longer. While I think this place deserves at least 4 stars in terms of food quality, I just can’t recommend it to others until it removes its cellular stranglehold over its patrons.

Love The Coffee Bean, but not this one. I frequently order a large soy latte with an extra shot. This Coffee Bean location consistently makes the weakest flattest soy latte drink in town. I asked them to make it a second time and the second time is no better. At $ 7, my usual drink at this location is slightly pricier, and here it’s literally like a weak cup of coffee. My assumption is that they’re using a cheaper soymilk than«The Coffee Bean» standard. Whatever the reason, if you’re craving Coffee Bean, I’d skip this location.

9AM visit, all the tables inside are full and the patio seating is chilly. Lady at the cashier, blonde hair and black rimmed eye glasses, is likely the best café I’ve met in a long time. She was pleasant, prompt, and warm. I ordered a bear claw and got adventurous to try the chai with almond coconut milk. She immediately asked if I’d like the bear claw warmed up and notified me there’s a non-fat dairy component to the Chai if I was OK with it. I’ve ordered the soy chai at Coffee Bean for years, no one has ever mentioned the dairy bit or offered to warm up my pastry. She has gone above and beyond to make my day start right. For that, she has earned this Coffee Bean 5 stars. Kudos!

I’m already a Coffee Bean fan, but the staff here really are the nicest with the best customer service. Thanks for making my morning :)

The servers are nice, the place is clean, and the drink was good. I got to the front of the line with the 33 oz smart water, but I did not know the price of it beforehand. The line behind me was pretty long, so I bought the $ 7 water anyways. I’m mad about the price though.

Matcha Latte was delicious. Lots of seating for a small location. Staff is friendly. Glad to see something other than a Starbucks.

Very friendly staff! Meet up with a former coworker for a coffee date and we ended up closing up the shop! We have not seen each other for over a month and needed some good catching up! The staff made sure we were fine and we didn’t feel rushed to leave at all. Although the coffee is great sometimes having a place to catch up really matters! Thank you! Ill be back :)

First I want to say, I love Coffee Bean! I rate there Black Forest ice blended as a 5 stars, highly recommend substituting with white chocolate powder so it’s not so rich, but delicious either way. Also 4 stars for there ice tea sweetened. I rate this place 3 stars because of the service, it’s a hit or miss, good friendly service or whatever’s service. I get it for most it’s probably a part time job, but it’s a service industry and I’m old school, just simple friendly and eye contact, I’ll tip you, not automatic and I’m sure there are people who do not tip, but why risk not getting some tips by being friendly for a minute, especially since the drinks are not cheap to start.

Been before and had much better experience before. They stopped offering«for here» mugs even though all their signage shows them. The clerk said they kept being stolen. And, she didn’t miss them. Then ordered a large almond milk iced latte… she should have warned me it was 32 oz size. Good Lord. Never thought the drink would be so crazy huge. Yuk

I’m not a coffee aficionado, so my review can’t advise on that regard. Plus, it’s the Coffee Bean, so you should already know what you’re getting in to. What you must know about this location is that you may find some of the friendliest customer service around. Maybe it’s just that my bar standard for customer service is set to non-existent being from NYC, but everyone employee in the entire Town Square mall strikes me as beyond the minimum necessary friendly. Some are even extraordinary in their friendliness. Ashley was such a person when I visited yesterday morning before catching a movie. She easily put up with my waffling indecision over the menu and offered a sample as necessary to help decide. Then she graciously accommodated my request for a cup of ice on the side of my hot coffee order, jumping on board to offer more ice whenever I might need it. All with fantastic cheer and attitude. The crème brûlée flavored coffee was great! And my seasonal strawberry scone was delicious warmed up, and lasted longer than expected. But the experience was christened simply by Ashley’s happy demeanor. Do they bottle that kind of good cheer? Because I’ll glad take a shot or two myself!

While not my first choice, the Coffee Bean seems to be one of the places I end up meeting friends at, more than any other coffee shop. At Town Square, it seems to be the only coffee shop option. With multiple locations around the valley, consistently friendly staff and good coffee, CBTL makes a decent venue to gather, with one exception: this location at Town Square. While the staff is just as friendly as ever and the coffee and tea are tasty, this shop is odd and feels like it was an afterthought in terms of location. Every other location I’ve visited is fairly roomy an open. This one isn’t that great for meeting more than a person or two. While it’s better than nothing, seating is limited and the store is often warm inside. The WiFi is also unreliable, and either doesn’t work at all, or works until you screen lock your phone. Then it disconnects and rarely seems to want to automatically reconnect when you use the phone again. For this reason I marked«no» on the review question asking about WiFi. I would have rated this location with two stars, but gave it three because the coffee and service are A-OK. But be warned if you intend to use it as a gathering spot or as a quiet place to take a break or get some work done on the Internet.

6.99 for a freaking smart water that is normally 2 dollars elsewhere?! It wasn’t even clearly marked where it was located. That level of price gouging is completely ludicrous. How on earth is it the same if not more as a specialty drink.

I love this place. I can’t get enough coffee and this place sells extra larges. the coffee tastes amazing, never burnt, and they are always extremely polite and happy to serve. The wait time is nil compared to other coffee places.

Not a fan. Never my first choice. When I’m in the area though it serves a purpose: hot caffeinated drink! Not keen on their pricing. The same drink I order at «S» is $ 2 more here. I don’t get that one. And it tastes different here. Like powdery, too watery, & too strong. Strange after taste. I dunno how a soy vanilla latte is so remarkably different but it does. *shrug* which is why I seldom come here. Their tumblers though are much better than those I bought from«S,» so that’s a plus. I buy a lot of stainless steel tumblers. $ 11.95 for their powder mix is kinda steep. Now that I think of it… I think they use this to add vanilla flavoring to my lattes. I use this at home to make my coffee creamier… it tastes the same as the lattes I order. Once this tin is empty I’ll not buy again. Their iced teas are nice. Much better than Teavana I think. Meh. Overall, I’m not impressed. My impression is more expensive, not as flavorful, and the coffee tastes funny. Like its burnt. I prefer Starbucks. To me, it’s just ok. You might like it though so give them a try.

Today we walked in and there was no one in line! It’s usually busy when we go. They finished preparing our drink in like a minute… They are quick! It was great because we were on our way to catch a movie. The staff was nice too!

Good place to stop while wandering around Town Square for a quick drink. Normal coffee house prices for their drinks and I like that they have a flavored coffee as one of the daily brews. Sometimes I want a little mix up with my regular dark roast but hate syrups so a flavored variety is just the ticket. I picked up a flour-less chocolate cookie on this trip and my advice is to skip those. Dry and tasteless is the best description for those suckers. Bleah!
