The LINQ Hotel

{NOTE: Business listing title changed from Hotel to Promenade *after* my– as well as many other guests’– stay. Unilocal really ought to fix this.}
What was formerly Imperial Palace is now christened with a new identity and façade as LINQ Hotel resort and casino. Bones of the structure are still there like the insane maze to approach the drop-​off area, driving in. Monstrous parking structure forces to weave and wend all around before your ride can finally pull up at the vehicle entrance.
Lobby registration is a few yards from craps tables where gamblers are chimney puffing away their lungs. Quite irritating during the wait to check-​in. My eyes and sinuses dried out, leading to a migraine after a long day of airport dealings. To get to the rooms, head to the right from registration, veer left-​ish and pass the Purple Zebra counter. You’ll see a bank of four elevators, which can be slow.
Lucked out getting a decent double (two beds) room on the tenth floor. Everything is renovated with convenient electrical outlets where needed and Ikea style furnishings. Wall coverings resemble classic marquees and rustic signage to evoke Old Vegas. Jackpot mural on wall above bed is a tad industrial.
Bright, well set-​up bathroom had large rain shower head with good water pressure. Wall pumps dispense Gilchrist & Soames citrus lemon-​grass shampoo and soap– a very fresh pleasant fragrance. As for beds, Simmons Beauty-​rest Felicity pillow-​top mattress on simple platform felt sleek, stream-​lined and comfortable. Fluffy sufficiently firm pillows allowed for support and sound sleep. Heating and cooling unit leaves something to be desired; a bit loud when on. Note-​pad and ball-​point pen are made from recycled paper. Eco-​friendly theme continues with no liner bags in waste bins. With the garbage that typical
Vegas partiers toss out, all I can say is I feel for House-​keeping.
Good central Strip location, and room was fine. Daily resort fee includes Wi-​Fi, two mini water bottles. Tbqh I’d rather save on that, get my own water and don’t care about Wi-​Fi. At major resorts though, this being a Caesar’s property, fees are mostly un-​avoidable.

We would like to thank Judith for such a great experience on the high roller! She is such a wonderful bartender and provides such a wonderful vegas experience that our party of 8 would like to wish her the best of luck on her career and may she be gifted with everything that a bartender achieves! Thanks high roller and thanks judith!!!

The self check in/​check out was very cool. It helps you skip the line if you want speedier service and didn’t have any hotel question.
The rooms were kinda small for what you pay for. You get some towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A decent size LG flat screen. The conditioner in my bathroom was empty and the AC in my room was broken. On the third day, the AC was so bad, I had to get switched over to another room due to the heat. The place used to be called Imperial Palace until the Linq management took over. They basically put a fancy bathroom and lights in the room and called it a night. Room service was great, super friendly and understanding. There is a 28 $ resort fee per day, no instructions on how to get access to WiFi.
Noise wise, it wasn’t that bad. It was pretty quiet.

WON’T STAY AGAIN! — We had planned on checking in, grabbing a drink and heading to the pool. Surprisingly was able to ride the elevator up to the 17^th floor… that one time. I purchased a big drink in a cool leg, we headed to pool, where we were told «no outside drinks». I said we purchased them in the hotel, how is that outside drink… Then found out we needed to show ID’s to get into the pool area.? Really? Basically, it’s like a nightclub. So glad I hadn’t brought my underage daughter to stay there! Anyway, we headed back up to our room… after waiting 15 minutes for an elevator, which never came… we joined the MANY other guests AND hotel staff who climbed the stairs! I’ve never seen so much activity in a hotel stairwell! Ridiculous! Once in the room, I demanded we get moved to a lower floor, as I was not about to walk up stairs the whole trip! We got on 2^nd floor. I will say the rooms are cute and clean.
The elevators were a joke! They’ve had many complaints for a while so there should be no reason they aren’t working right!
Back to the pool… after getting our room switched, we finally headed to the pool, no drinks in hand, with ID’s …to find out it’s closed! WTF???
Next day we spent poolside, which was fun with people tossing a beach ball around. Even the thump thump of the constant dance mix music wasn’t as horrible as I expected.
We charged a lot of drinks and food.
We went to the bar to cash out. The bartender at that time was soooo rude! First, we walk up right in front of his cash register, so there’s no way he didn’t see us. He helped the person who was there before us. Then helped the next person who walked up. Then helped the NEXT person, I said «I guess we’re invisible…»…he never looked at us. finally, after helping the 5^th person who walked up, I’d had enough. I got a little loud and demanded he give me my credit card so I could leave. He actually had the nerve to tell me to «wait my turn». Are you kidding me??? He came to the register for each guest he put before us and never acknowledged we were there! My belief is he could tell we were leaving, knew he wasn’t our bartender beforehand, so wanted to wait on the new ones who would tip him.
I was livid.
So, there’s just NO WAY I would ever stay here again.
Vegas should be total fun, not stress, frustration and anger at your hotel!

Staying at the Linq for EDC week so I know it can’t be perfect.
Hotel is spacious and has different wings to stay in.
People seem to complain about noise but I had no issue with that.
Casino and my room smelled heavy of cigarettes smoke that was a bummer.
The ²⁴⁄₇ breakfast spot down stairs in the casino was amazing (Hash house a go-​go)
I was carded by security while I was playing slots in the casino which I found to be very rude and unpleasant!
Overall hotel staff was very helpful and kind.
Being in the middle of a mall for your hotel was also cool.

I was very apprehensive about staying at the LINQ during my visit to Las Vegas for my birthday because I have seen mixed reviews (mostly negative), but after much research and since the room was comped I decided to go for it. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The room is somewhat small, but very clean. The room comes with a small frig and a safe. No coffee pot so I brought my own. The check-​in process was a breeze and staff was very nice. As for the casino, they have plenty of slots but the payouts are terrible (and trust I know a good slot when I play one). I went during the week so the atmosphere was pretty quiet (just the way I like it). And, most important, it’s on the strip.

POOL– was by far the best thing about the hotel. DJ during the day with friendly crowd and games to keep you entertained. Only draw back is that it closes at 5:50pm, even in the summer when it’s 6:30pm and 97 degrees.
ROOM-​minus a booger on one of the towels when we arrived and a broken dresser drawer, the room was quaint. The biggest drawback is lack of table space (which doesn’t matter if you don’t eat in the room).
ROOM SERVICE-​the worst! I love room service and it’s part of the reason I go to Vegas. Why not get to feel like a queen for a night or two? At the Linq, you have to order your food on the tv from a restaurant within the hotel called «The Nook». Ordering on tv doesn’t allow you much flexibility (I.e. extra mayo or no cheese, catch my drift?), but what the hell, it’s 2016! We started with breakfast, which was delivered in a bag – no serving tray on wheels. Which wouldn’t be a big deal except there is not enough counter top space for two people to eat in the double room, so my husband and I had to eat the food on our bed. This can make putting sugar in your coffee challenging. On top of that, they did not deliver salt nor pepper and when I called back to ask for some, they said they could get it to us in 20mins. It NEVER came. I figure if I’m going to pay $ 60 for two breakfasts, I should get some salt and pepper. They also charged us for an orange juice we never got. Second experience with room service was later that night for dinner and was even worse, the food never came. Tried to call to speak with a manager of the restaurant and the hotel and was put on hold for over 30 minutes while my husband went to get us Panda Express. No manager or supervisor was ever available to speak with me until I checked out the next day. When we did speak to the guest services manager, she gave the lame excuse that the hotel is not affiliated with the restaurant (why does my HOTEL tv order food from them then?), but did comp us for the breakfast. Note: it took over an hour of my time to get this money back.
Basically, if you’re into room service, DO NOT stay at this hotel.

Stayed for a Friday (5 pm arrival) & Saturday Night — Left Sunday morning at 11 am
Self Check in — great. The room adequate.
The air conditioner in the room made a very load whistling noise. Also the extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t appear to work (no noise or suction using a tissue in front of it). I called Guest Services. They said they would have someone check and fix the issues the next morning after 9 am when we would be out of the room.
We returned from our day/​night out at 4 am. The AC unit was still as loud as before and the bathroom fan was no different. I called Guest Services and asked why? I was told they had no record of me calling 24 hrs before. Ridiculous! I explained the issues, the woman said she would look into it. We went on to bed.
At 5.00 am there is a knock at the door that woke me up… it was the maintenance guy… at 5.00 am!
I said we are sleeping, but as he was there I said… listen to the AC, he said that doesn’t seem right, he also checked the fan with the tissue and saw no suction. I said he would have to return after 9.30 am. But this is now Sunday morning and we are leaving… so essentially I was the inspector for the Hotel, I didn’t get to benefit from any repairs, we just put up with the noise and lack of an extractor fan in the bathroom.
Fast forward to 11 am… we overslept… requested a late check out and that was approved… we requested bell hop services for our luggage… while we were waiting for them to arrive another maintenance guy turned up. I showed him the issues… He said the A/​C was bad and would need replaced… but the fan in the bathroom was just «quiet»…really??? He climbed up to the vent location and spread a tissue over the vent until it was just held in place by a small amount of suction that was present.
I asked if he thought that was adequate suction to remove the odor from a #2 bathroom use and he said that it was quiet, but working… No way would that remove any odor or steam from a shower. He left. We waited 1 hour for the bell hop to collect the luggage from our room, I also had to call and remind them. Not acceptable!!!
When we got to reception I complained to the Front Desk manger, Craig Weiner, he listened to the whole experience, took notes along with my email address and phone number. He said he would look into the issues and get back to me with an explanation. This was 12.45 pm by now on Sunday afternoon.
We had planned to sight see and get brunch at Harrahs with a free brunch offer we thought we had achieved through slot play using our Total Rewards Cards.
We went to the Total Rewards desk to redeem our 50 points for a free buffet comp, only to be told that we were not eligible. ???
We had found out about the offer from a flyer that was in our room when we arrived, it stated the following:
Play for a free Buffet… Sign up for a Total Rewards Card! Earn 50 Tier Credits in a day at any of our Total Rewards casinos in Las Vegas and get one free entry into a participating buffet.
Well Eduardo, the rep at the Total Rewards desk in the Linq informed me that because I had a TR card back in 2003 I was not a new TR Member and therefore the 50 points I had earned 8 hrs ago was worthless. He then checked my wife’s card and because she had earned her 50 points form Sturday 4 am to Sunday 4 am she did not earn the in 1 day??? I replied that is a 24 hour period, and was told that the «day of earning» expires at 6 am each day.
None of these restrictions were printed on the flyer we had in our room… there was not an * to check the fine print anywhere nor did it say see conditions in another location.
I asked Eduardo to please check my TR Card again… this was a new account that was merged with a previous account I didn’t realize I even had. Eduardo refused to check mine!!! — UNREAL!!!
Then the other team member, Domonique, got involved and was very curt and informed us both that we would not receive a comp for a buffet, even tho she agreed with me that the flyer did not state any of the restrictions mentioned.
It was now supervisor time, Gemma listened to the whole situation, requested th flyer from me, which I let her see but not keep. She said it was an error not to print the conditions on the flyer. But she was still not able to give us a comp for the buffet !!! — I felt like I was on Candid Camera or in the Twighlight Zone.
She did give us a comp each for $ 25 good at a few food venues, but not of the same value as a $ 39.99 buffet each would have been. All in all we lost 2−½ hours of our precious between waiting for bell hop, complaining and the TR mess for the buffet.
We did eat at Guy Fierri’s place in the Linq and it was excellent.
It is now 5 days since our return and I have NOT heard a word from Craig Weiner regarding my complaint… well I guess that was to be expected given the way everything was handled during our stay.
No Linq for us next time!!!

Only two things I didn’t like about this hotel:
1. Very small pool so no room to even get into it comfortably + REALLY loud music playing.
2. Every time, and I mean EVERY TIME, you walk past their show booking stand (even if you try to slink to the edge because they fan out into the whole hall), you will be accosted by sales people trying to «give» you free show tickets to the point you want to scream at them, «Leave me freaking alone already as I’ve been asked already hundreds of times each day and I’ve only been here 2 days!» Write on your forehead, «NO THANKS! Will not be here tomorrow (even if a lie), I have all the show tickets I want or you already berated me enough and I bought some.»
Nice rooms, nice casino, great electronic check-​in, small fridge in the room and a safe, wonderful guest services.
Before buyting tickets to a show, check with them 1^st. They got us free tix for car show and instead of $ 36/​ea tix for High Roller, got us $ 20/​ea when we told them we had VIP tix for Matt Franco’s show.

Vegas used to be a fun place to come for great service and luxury. The Linq has virtually non existent customer service besides concierges trying to sell you show tickets. We came with a group for a work conference, we all reserved king deluxe non smoking rooms. Upon our arrival on a Tuesday night, we were told all the Kim rooms were sold out and were given queen and double beds.
My room had no soap or shampoo in the shower while my buddy’s had dispensers in their rooms. When I approached customer service about it the woman actually rolled her eyes! She said some rooms are different.
Also on arrival we were all charged a $ 99 «resort fee» that was mandatory and not part of our room rate.
Disappointed for sure

I made reservation back in March for 2 double beds during Memorial Day weekend. However, when I checked in, the front desk told me and my friend that they don’t have any room with 2 beds, only King bed. I asked the front desk, then what’s the point of making reservation if that is the case? His response was that it was in the terms and conditions that it only guarantee a room and nonsmoking or smoking preferences (whichever we booked), but not the beds. WTH?! He didn’t bother to give us any discounts or anything. He only give us the option to switch room the next day for 2 double beds between 11AM-​1PM. Obviously, we won’t be in our room at that time. He said they can move our bags for us while we are out. Umm… No, thank you. Who knows if things well get lost along the process? Therefore, we were stuck with a King bed throughout our entire stay for the weekend.
It was our first time staying at this hotel. We did asked housekeeping for more towels, which came quickly (within 30 mins). Other than the bed situation, everything else was OK. Not sure if I’ll ever come back to this hotel though… Still don’t understand what’s the point of making a reservation, if you can’t provide us with what we asked for and charging us for it!

Worst Hotel on the Strip!
I stayed here with some friends and have to say the hotel was terrible! It’s incredibly hard to navigate to the rooms and we were given the wrong directions twice, first from the lady who checked us in at the front desk and then again by an employee we asked along the way. The layout of the hotel is awkward and it took us about 20 minutes to finally find the room.
The elevators were crowded, slow and some were not even working. They tried updating this hotel but it’s like they got halfway done and figured…“eh, that’s good enough.” It feels like a cheap Motel 6 in the rooms, they’re super small and smell like stale cigarette smoke. Nice try on the remodel but just tear the building down and start again. Seriously, for a hotel on the Las Vegas Strip this place is an embarrassment.
We also tried to use the pool but it was closed. In the middle of the afternoon on a hot summer day. We were told the pool is only open from 9am to 5pm. Other hotel pools on the Strip are open until at least 8pm and some until 10pm. The service overall was not good. We’ve stayed at most of the hotels on the Strip and this is by far the worst. There are so many other nice hotels in the same price range, I would recommend staying at one of those. Anywhere but the Linq… it was a very bad experience!

This place is a joke. The customer service is one of the worst on the strip. I was there last weekend. I purchased a High Roller package. Only to arrive and find out they had overbooked. Finally, after waiting for a long time for them to come up with a resolution they placed me in a different less desirable room. They told me to go back down the next morning so they could place me in the right room. The next morning after so much confusion from the front desk and not to mention attitude because I inconvenienced them. They did not give me the right room. They allowed me to check out a day early since they couldn’t accommodate what I paid for but they kept all the hotel fees I had paid for upfront. Even though they told me I was going to get a refund. I’m now getting the run around for that money. It’s not much but it’s the principal. Vegas is supposed to be fun. That’s what they make their money on. They inconvenienced me and my guests. I will make sure not to go back to that hotel ever again.

I stayed at the Linq twice. The hotel is okay. Good points: located in the middle of the strip, rooms were quiet, clean and free bottle water. Now lets get to the bad. The trip was booked as a vacation package and was told I would receive a $ 50.00 food and drink credit in which we never received. The person who checked us in did not have any idea what I was talking about even through we had an email that showed we should receive the $ 50. credit. The resort fee is way to high because it’s for use of the gym & pool in which we never used. What we wanted to use is a computer with a printer and they did not have a printer for us to use to print out our boarding passes. Another issues are the elevators, we were never told you have to scan your door card next to the elevator key pad and then press your floor number. Each time we were on the elevator there was someone who keep pushing their floor number and said this does not work. At check-​in, the person who checks you in should advise the guest how to use the card on the elevators. Overall The Linq is a okay hotel but not sure if I would stay there on my next visit to Vegas. Oh before I forget, there was a guy who worked in the sports book who was very rude. I had around 20 betting slips from the Kentucky Derby race and I asked him if he could run them through the machine to see if any were winners. He mad a rude comment «This is too much work to run all these slips» so he just starting looking at them and said none were winners. I decided to asked another worker a few feet from him to run them in the machines and he did with no negative comments and I did win $ 85.00… I could have lost out of $ 85.00 because the other worker was too lazy to run my tickets in the machine.

As a pilot I get to stay in a lot of hotels and this one is very low on my list. Small rooms, very complicated hotel design. It took me a while to even find my room. The Wifi fee is $ 22 for premium internet, that’s a little crazy. I’ve stayed in most of the hotels on the strip and this is by far the lowest quality.

We just arrived to Vegas yesterday and ended up deciding on staying at the Linq. I would not recommend staying or gambling here. The dealers are rude and the hotel is sub par for what they are charging. My wife and I are both highly disappointed so far.

This hotel is in an excellent location with some good restaurants (Guy Fieri, Chaya, Off The Strip) and also easy access to many others at the Linq Promenade. But be warned depending on where your room is you will hear LOTS of party noise coming from Harrah’s Carnival Court Bar and the top floor outdoor night club at the Cromwell till the wee hours (it did not bother us too much). The Linq seems to cater to the very young and they crowd the place (especially by the Zebra Bar) taking up the seats throughout the casino floor without gambling which can be quite annoying if you like to gamble but nothing comes out of the machines anyway so I guess it doesn’t matter too much!

Stayed here for New Years Eve 2016! The rooms are very nice, the gaming areas are smaller however, this is the place to party and have fun with friends. O’Shea’s was loud, crowded and fun! If you are hungry, Guy’s Burger Joint was DELICIOUS! When I arrived on Wednesday before the new year, I had NO reason to leave the hotel. The slots were giving me enough money to continue to play, there were nice looking people all around and although they call it Sin City, it felt like Hell had frozen over in Las Vegas because it was sooooooo COLD! I really enjoyed myself until after the firework display I went to Harrah’s for a latte and it gave me the s@*&#s for 24 hours! (see the Harrah’s review)
I didn’t get an opportunity to get on the Ferris Wheel so that means I will need to go back and enjoy.

*Smaller hotel with lack of amenities*
Booked here 5 months in advance for one night on new years eve (cheapest price with Caesars chain of hotels). Gotta say that the experience went downhill ever since we checked-​in.
Service: somewhay friendly but deceiving! We booked a room specifically for deluxe king size bed but got checked into a room with double beds. Went back down to front desk and they gave me a super hard time saying that the booked king bed is not guaranteed and it’s NYE so they’re out. SeRIOUSLY? I do not see anything in the fine print that the type of room I booked is not guaranteed! After some resistance, the gal finally spoke to the manager and gave us our king size room. She tried to sugar coat it saying that the double bed room is more spacious… lies. The double bed rooms are more cramped (cause it has an extra bed) compared to the king size room.
Hotel layout: cramped and not spacious. All of the tables and slot machines are very close to each other and the walking pathways are narrow compared to other casinos, but it’s not unbearable.
Elevators: you will hate the elevator with passion!!! It’s cool how you can’t use it without scanning your room keys, BUT the elevators are supppeerrrrrr s-​l-​o-​w! There’s ~20 floors and 4 main elevators. Once we had to wait ~14 minutes just for it hit our floor. Even if the elevator stops on your floor, there’s a chance that you can’t enter cause it’s already full –hence the long wait.
Room: not spacious, but we expected that. Just the main necessities: king size bed, 2 side tables with lamps, mounted tv, bathroom (shower only), and a small closet.
–linens and bathroom are not spotless clean. You see some marks here and there.
–quality of furniture is ikea-​like quality. Don’t expect anything luxurious
lack of amenities! No toothbrush/​toothpaste, no lotion, qtips, cup, combs. Make sure you pack your own if you’re staying here!
–only thing they provide are towels and bathwash, shampoo &conditioner and hair dryer for use.
–closet has mini iron+mini ironing boards with hangers. Small safe and refrigerator as well.
We’ll at least there’s free WiFi with the paid resort fee

I got a free comped room to the Linq this last weekend so I took my wife out to celebrate a well deserved vacation. The location of the casino is perfect! The rooms are newly updated with a beautiful modern touch. The casino floor is live with a fun place called O’sheas. There was a live band playing while the bartenders were mixing drinks and the dice were rolling! Only took breaks from the tables to try out Chayo Mexican Grill which was phenomenal. I ordered the Mahi Mahi tacos and they were A1. Such a great time throughout the whole weekend.
I definitely recommend this to anyone under the age of 30 who enjoys a loud ambiance and good company. I will definitely bring the Mrs. back next time we stay in Vegas.

I’ve stayed at a few places in Vegas and I like the LinQ for a few reasons. Their rooms are way superior to the Flamingo– I would say comparable to a W Hotel or Ace Hotel. The rooms are trendy and nice. I would highly suggest younger crowd looking for affordable accommodations who don’t want to skip on the luxury to stay here.
Reservations are great– and when on-​site they work quickly and politely to get you checked in (big plus). They have a vmail greeting for you on the phone when you arrive and don’t inundate you with updates you don’t want. Most importantly they make sure you understand their key process and they have an email version of check in and check out. You still need to present your card and your ID but I’m sure it speeds up the process a check in. At checkout you get your bill and email to you which is way convenient.
The casino is big enough and they have a fair priced food. I was upset during my trip I could never get anything delivered but maybe bad timing— I’d love to see more room deliveries here. When you call guest services though you will get a friendly person on the line who really does care about what you want.
The massage spa is great but doesn’t have a sauna. Richard, my therapist was excellent and really helped me out with my bad back. I’m not so certain how successful the tattoo parlor will be– but I’m looking forward to the men’s salon that they’re putting in for my next trip.
My favorite slot which paid good return was fire house hounds located near the entrance that leads to the courtyard of shops– maybe I wore it out though so please don’t hate me of you lose. It’s a gamble! Speaking of the courtyard that tequila lounge that’s located just outside to the left has excellent food and as an asset to the hotel.
I would stay here again– beware of the pool music at night if your sound sensitive. It helped me sleep but as an accommodations manager I feel it’s important to point out.
Ps– don’t forget to go to the note and get one of the refillable cups. This came in handy every morning for me at breakfast when I was trying to rehydrate.

The LINQ has lived up to its bad reviews. Too many issues to list. Here are the main issues:
1. Small rooms. Remodeled yes, but once you look out the window be ready to be shocked. The LINQ is the old, very old, Imperial Palace. The building is warn out, and you can see it everywhere.
You can put lipstick on a pig, but, it’s still a pig.
2. Horrible check in. Slow with long lines.
3. Get ready, they authorize 75.00 for each day you stay for incidentals. If you deposit cash with them, it’s 100.00 per day.
4. Old casino. It’s the Imperial Palace with a paint job.
5. Hard to access by car. This place is hidden, so be ready to deal with traffic.

The Linq was NOT that bad in my experience. After reading the reviews, it was decent Maybe because we arrived on Wednesday morning. The earliest Check-​In was Noon and they said with FREE of charge, so we waited until then. The line at the front desk was pretty slow though. If you look on their wall at the front lobby, you can do a self check-​in through TEXT. Just go on their website at

Received our confirmation and was emailed right at 12:07pm saying our room was ready. The only downfall about this hotel is the Bell Hop Service. Was on hold for a good 20 Minutes to be redirected to the front desk and was put on hold for another 5 minutes until the lady had told us, it’s probably best you just have someone come down and grab your bags. I mean literally was on hold for that long to just get our bags delivered to our room. Had my boyfriend went down, and only took 5 minutes to get them. So, keep in mind when checking in, DO NOT wait on the bell hop to deliverer your bags, when you just go downstairs and take less than 5 minutes out of your time.
They say the elevator is pretty slow, but luckily we got a room on the 5^th floor, so it wasn’t as bad, plus we had the pool view, which was awesome!
Pool was nice, had a live DJ from (9am– to I believe 6pm? Closing) Not quit bad for a hotel pool. Plus, they have a great big bar to order drinks from or you can also order from the Cabana (if you reserved one). Cool Huge Beer Bong to play too for the adult size, which I thought was pretty fun.
The beds are pretty much standard size. We got 2 full bed size and yes, they were FULL size lol.
Couldn’t complain, because you’re in Vegas… your hardly going to be in the room anyways.
Overall, I like this Hotel. It’s right in the middle of everything. Walking distant to Drais, Ceasar Palace, Harrahs, Hash a go go, MargaritaVille, and The Promendade (love this mall). Don’t forget to hit up «Sprinkles» and get their Red velvet Ice Cream. =P** on hot days!!! Trust, you won’t regret it… (maybe only when you’re bout to hit up the pool party and trying to lose 5 pounds) haha.
What do you expect paying $ 45-​$ 55 a night. Not too shabby at all.

The room remodel is super cute and trendy as well as the hotel’s overall décor. This is the ONLY reason for the 2 stars.
My Mom and I stayed here while she was visiting me this past weekend. I’m basically just going to run down a list for you here:
— Check in clerk was not really friendly. She seemed kind of over her job. I mean, she worked with my Mom about the SURPRISE EXTRA FEES!
— Speaking of extra fees, the WIFI NEVER WORKED. Ever. That was supposed to be included in our resort package but we could never access it and from the front desk to the concierge to the VIP services, no one could help us. Forget using your phones in the rooms, they’reas good as dead.
— The elevator was almost always BROKEN. I felt exceptionally bad for those with strollers and the disabled folks who were unable to use the stairs. Luckily, my Mom’s joints weren’t bothering her and she could take the stairs sometimes. So, pro tip: book a low level floor.
— That stairwell was gross.
— Parking sucks. Flat out.
— There may as well not have been a window in the room we got. They’re still doing some construction, so that was our view. Guess who was up every AM at 7 sharp? So much for sleeping in when you’ve got an unorganized STOMP show going on outside your window.
— The free water was nice. They had two free bottles of water in the room and working fridge that wasn’t stuffed with bar items.
— The pool area is super cute as well — though, it closes at 5:30p :/​
Overall, I don’t see this being a place that I ever return to, for a paid stay. I feel like they kind of ripped us off with the resort fee when the primary amenity that we needed to use, was unavailable. The service was not really that great either. The only person who was nice to us was the concierge that my mother asked to print off her boarding ticket. Go figure.
