The Pick-Up Artist Junk Removal

I am correcting my wrong for the Pickup Artist Junk removal guys.
I erroneously accused them of taking my cash I had stored during my move. They did not.
I had placed the cash in a box earlier before my move with a few other important items. Later I saw them with the box. They returned the box to me when I went down to where they were loading my items.
The day of the move my dad had a stroke then passed the day after. With this and a large move, two very major events, I did not realize I had moved the cash and still don’t remember. I found the cash in an unexpected place two weeks later after returning from my dad’s services.
I hope this posting will at the least help their loss of their reputation made by me in error. This company did as they were asked and did it well. My sincere apologies!

I messaged through Unilocal to get a price for hauling a sofa bed and box springs away ASAP. I received an answer within an hour or so, and we messaged back and forth and set up a time. They arrived a few minutes early with a friendly handshake and polite conversation. Then they trucked away both pieces for a very reasonable sum. I was in a bind and had to get rid of some televisions and a washer and dryer that I couldn’t even give away. I called Dennis at almost 5 p.m. the day before and told him I need everything gone by 10 a.m. the next morning. He gave me a quote over the phone and I met him on time the next day. By then I had accumulated more junk to remove but Dennis took everything and didn’t change the rate. Very personable and professional. It’s easy to make money in this town folks… answer the phone, be on time, and be professional. Many businesses seem to fail at that. Highly recommended!

Great company. Had them pick up junk that the people who lived here left (an old kitchen island and spider infested chairs). They completed the job in about 30 minutes and even took our garbage in the trash with them! Very friendly and didn’t give off a creep vibe.

I used this company to remove a large piece of exercise equipment based on the other reviews and am so glad I did. They were very professional — on time, courteous, careful when removing the equipment out of the house, and very reasonably priced. Fantastic service and great price! The guys showed up right on time, they were very friendly and went above and beyond to complete my request. The price was more than reasonable, I highly recommend this business for your junk removal needs! I had a inflatable 15 foot pool that I bought from biglots removed, there was wet drywall underneath and it was a mess. They removed it all and even swept my concrete afterwards! When the renter of our property recently moved out, they left an absolute mess, junk all over. I wasn’t even sure where to begin. I had contacted at least 3 other companies for estimates on the clean up, and basically got the same results. Then I found «The Pick-​Up Artist» through a friend. When Dennis came for an estimate, he was not only professional, but very kind and trustworthy and he gave me a quote that was much more affordable than the others, and I do mean much more affordable. Dennis gave us a very reasonable quote on cleaning up a huge job on a very neglected Bank owned 5 acre property. He and his team showed up clean, professional and prepared for that big job. They even did clean up work that was not included in the quote. Great job only this crew for any clean up large or small for us.

All I did was text a pic of the trash and I got a quote back within 3 minutes! He was out there bright and early the next morning but I didn’t have key access to the property. He cleaned up the outside mess before I even arrived and was very flexible to come back that evening to clean out the inside. i contacted Dan a couple days ago and emailed him at (
) the pictures on what to pick up. i got the quote in less than 7 mintues and was offer a deal.
i decided to pre-​pay for the work (scheduled in advance) which comes to $ 220. a day later, to my surprise, my new tenant had someone took care of it and i dont’ need his service any more. I requested $ 200.00 refund instead of $ 220. paid, because of his lost time and credit card debit charge.
I told him just «$ 200» is fine and I am happy. Instead he refunded entire FULL AMOUNT of $ 220.00
All i can say is he is a good honest local citizen of Las Vegas… operating with high integrity and providing a service you can call on… next time when in need…
