Best spa ever! Its much better than Encore one, and even when I stay at Encore I go here. Make you feel like a royalty:) they spray aromatic spray in the steam room which adds to the experience. There are few little things for your convenience in the shower /​locker area, and amazing tea at the reception. Very nice for a relaxation Sunday after full weekend in Vegas:)

If I can give 6 stars I would. This spa is the best and let me tell you I’ve been to every single spa in Vegas (no joke). I think its more personal than encores. I love everything about it. The details and just laying by the jacuzzi. However, I only go when theres less people. Usually I book it Mon-​Thursday. Its a smaller spa, but so cute and much classier than the others.

Terry was an amazing massage therapist. She was very kind and made me feel relaxed. The whole experience was top notch. We used the jacuzzi and cold dunk after our massages along with the sauna. All in all an amazing time!

I love resort spas! It’s one of the best part of any hotel stay. This time I stayed at encore but the pool there was closed so I figured I would spa at the Wynn to be closer to the pool. Also, this spa provides a coed lounge area with natural lighting and a calming fountain for you and your significant other to hang out. Unfortunately, this spa is smaller than the Encore spa with fewer jacuzzi (there’s only one actually) and two small cooling pools and two deluge. There is also a women only lounge area, steam room, and sauna. The facility is very private and cozy. I enjoyed the free fresh juice, tea, and fruits and dried nuts and banana chips. They also provide a comfy robe and slippers. There are also razors, shaving cream, vanity with hair dryer and free hair brushes among other amenities. Definitely a high standard spa experience.
Overall, it is a smaller scale spa but the amenities are on par with those offered at upscale resort spas. Just hope it doesn’t get too crowded!

I didn’t try the spa yet but came down to check it out. the ladies at front desk were lovely and welcoming and told me to feel free to look around. when I walked in, another employee came after me and had a really patronizing attitude. seriously?
Will give it a try anyway if I have time… hopefully will follow up with a better impression.

I liked this spa but I didn’t feel as relaxed as I would have liked.
The whole spa is extremely bright. I prefer spas where the lighting is lower, there is some nice music on and you can smell some aromatherapy. Maybe that is part of the charm of this place with all the bright lighting and natural light coming in, but it isn’t my preference.
The front desk already had four people being helped so I patiently waited before I was greeted and taken back. I was then greeted at a second desk in the women’s area and since it was my first time there she gave me a 60 second hurried tour. Granted, it was Valentine’s Day so I understand they were extremely busy, but as a new customer I felt the rush.
There are several rows of lockers, restrooms, a back area with a eucalyptus steam room, sauna, spa and shower with 10lbs of pressure for more of a massage, a waiting area and a back waiting area for couples.
The locker area I was put in was directly across from the check in desk so changing in privacy wasn’t an option. I felt uncomfortable and grabbed my robe to go change in the restroom.
I had not given myself enough time before my massage so after changing I waited in the waiting area for my masseuse.
The waiting area was very bright, but the couches were comfortable and they had a nice fireplace. I found it unnecessary that they had a large flat screen on the wall. They specifically request no cell phones because of the spa being clothing optional, and it’s nice to not be tied to a cell phone while you are trying to relax. I feel the same way about a tv in a spa showing the real housewives.
My masseuse was wonderful! She was the best part of my day! Her name was Sarah and she is very talented with her hands. She made me feel comfortable, asked about the pressure several times and made sure to give a little more attention to my problem areas. I was very happy with her.
After returning from my massage, I went to take a shower. All but one were full so I grabbed a towel and hopped in. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shaving cream and disposable razors are all provided. I loved the shampoo and my hair felt amazing afterward, however the water pressure was more like a bathroom sink. Perhaps it’s because all of the showers were in use, but there was not enough pressure.
After my shower, I dried my hair near my locker where there are hair dyers, brushes, hair spray and volume spray provided. I asked about a curling iron and they also have three different sizes for those which was great!
My next appointment was for a manicure, so I let a woman behind the desk know and she said she would walk me over. I appreciated that so she grabbed me a few minutes later and took me over. The salon is more towards the first front desk near the gym and I had not changed back into my clothes and was still in my robe when I walked over. I wouldn’t recommend this. No one else in the salon was in a spa robe and I felt a little out of place. The front desk had told me this wouldn’t be a problem, and it wasn’t I just wouldn’t do it again.
My manicurist was a nice gentleman named Tony I believe. He walked me over to pick a color and they had lots of quality polish to choose from including Butter, OPI and Essie. I picked a nice red and we walked over to his station. My manicure included a nice mask and the lotion had a really nice scent to it. He took great care and detail and my polish was perfect. You are offered your own tools to take home as well which I thought was a nice touch and showed the quality of the salon.
Overall, I would go back to specifically see Sarah, but paying such a high price for the overall experience I had felt like a gouge. The prices are all online but my day included a $ 170 for a 50 minute massage, and $ 70 for a basic manicure. With gratuity that’s a $ 330 day. Just something to keep in mind :)

Very pricey and I thought the service was sub par. We went as 2 couples and had mani-​pedis. the pedicure was a typical pedicure. lotions smelled nice, hot towels were wonderful, but my pedicure started wearing off the next day which I thought was awful as my pedicures typically will last several months when I have had them other places. Manicure was uncomfortable. the technicians had us all hold both our hands to the left side instead of sitting comfortably and after a few minutes my shoulders hurt (just an awkward position for a manicure). typically the technician moves to each arm in my past experiences. I upgraded to gel for $ 30 more. Very disappointed in the experience. I would say if you want a high end spa, go to the Bellagio (We have gone there 3 times and the experience was far far better and actually much less expensive)

So, I’m becoming quite the expert on resort spas having tried quite a few many of them in Vegas. I’m sorry to say that I will not be returning to Wynn. The staff is under qualified and has no idea how to pamper guests.
First thing, my credit card triggered a security alert and the spa staff, even the manager had no idea what to do. He didn’t even bother to read the screen just told me my card had been declined. I had to coax him to read the damn screen to tell me exactly what was wrong. OMG, had my identity been stolen. Not a great way to start your spa day. Needless to say my credit cards don’t get declined. Second, my standard sized carry-​on bag that fits in the lockers at every other spa I’ve been to in Vegas wouldn’t fit in the Wynn locker so the locker room attendant said he’d call the bell desk but that id have to wait until they came to pick it up. Really, you can’t handle that for me… I stormed off. He handled it for me but was quite put out. Next, the electronic lock on the locker he assigned me didn’t work. Also, the attendant didn’t give me a tour of the facility so I had to fend for myself to find everything. In short, the facility is nice but the staff is sub-​par. At these prices and at this resort, I expected more attentive and well trained staff who don’t give me attitude when they have to deal with the minutia. I have news for the spa staff who aren’t cosmetologists, massage therapists, or other highly trained personnel… your job is to deal with the minutia so that the folks who are paying a lot of money to relax can do just that!

There is no place, I know of, that is this special. I have been to spas my whole life, and the Wynn, Always IS the best, year after year. As a local for over twenty years, I can only wish them continued success. Thank you for making OUR Community, more enriched, with your Elegance, and never faltering Quality, and Best Service!

The Spa at the Wynn is super delightful and stunning. My massage was pure heaven. Four hands massage is insane. Staff are polite and very attentive. I will be back soon.

Great services. I have gotten a blow dry from them and I loved their work. Their thorough. My only issue is they take forever to answer their phones!
I also highly recommend a couples massage it’s n a romantic room with a fire place. It’s a good basic massage.

Absolutely stunning! The best experience in my spa treatments history.
Made reservation a day before. Arrived 10 minutes early. Welcomed by a happy receptionist who confirmed my appointment. She offered complimentary refreshments and very shortly she sent me to the room where I changed my clothes.
The robes are heavenly soft. (I couldn’t help myself, so I actually purchased two of their robes from their gift shop, one for my friend and one for myself, $ 150.-each). Soft sounds of music fills the area. Fresh scent in the air is so refreshing!
It’s not overwhelming at all, just perfect! Beautiful decorations all over.
I really felt refreshed after my spa treatments!
Definitely suggest this place to everyone who is seeking superior service and products!

Totally overpriced and not worth it. I had an 80 minute massage and the masseuse was soo bad, I requested a new one mid massage! Yea I’m crazy like that! I’m not paying you around $ 300 to lather me with lotion! You better put some muscle into it!

Today I tried Aria Spa for the first time and am now totally convinced that Wynn is by far better value for the money. Yes, Wynn is more expansive but people who chooses Wynn won’t stare at you for no reason. These people do not talk loudly or chit chat. Spa is suppose to be relaxing.
I also love how Wynn spa is never crowded. I get to enjoy the spa facility more when there are less people. They also provide juices which I did not receive at other spas.
Pay more and get better quality. It’s worth it.

This place is AMAZING!!! The décor is great, I has such a nice relaxing massage. Kudos to Laura with her healing touch, she has magic hands… Just GREAT!
It’s clothing optional so there’s a side for men and one for women. Also a coed waiting area where both men and women can wait. Both the Jacuzzi and sauna are a must!

This review only pertains to the salon services .I did not get a chance to try out the spa. I was so excited that I booked my hair appointment at The Wynn for NYE. Any girl wants to treat herself, right. I have had my hair styled many times on cruises, for friends weddings, etc. I was sadly disappointed in the outcome of my NYE hair and wish I would of spoken up about the situation. Booking the actual appointment over the phone was easy and I was sent a confirmation.
My appointment was at 4:15 with Marianne. She was very nice but I think we clashed on not having an end vision of what my hair should of turned out like. I did look at inspiration from a hair magazine/​book but I think that vision was taken too literal. I have very thin fine hair so volume is important. My hair was not washed before styling which I found odd as well. Marianne tried to work with me but our visions didn’t seem to meet. I wanted a twist with cascading curls down the shoulder. I am very flexible with stylists about what they want to do and give most free reign. In retrospect, I should of just asked for a volunminous blowout. I paid close to $ 95 and left the salon disappointed. The curls fell shortly after a couple of hours and I didn’t feel anything special about my hair that night. I do like the salon’s feel, look, and free unlimited champagne but was greatly disappointed in the end result. I did speak up a bit after the final reveal but should of help my ground and talked to a manager. The salon was crazy busy and although Marianne offered to re-​do parts of my hair I felt like it would of been a selfish move on my part. This is the only disappointing experience at The Wynn I have ever encountered. Maybe it was just the wrong time and wrong day.

The spa at The Wynn is comfortable, luxurious and quiet. They have a very classic, old money vibe that blends well with a contemporary feel. They are definitely catering to the high end clientele here and for a spa it should.
Spas are our gift to ourselves. A time to heal and to spoil. Even if you don’t make a shit ton of money, you should treat yourself to this kind of experience.
Thick, pillowy towels. Silky robes. Warm steam baths. Citrus water. Chaise lounge chairs. Whirlpool baths. These are the things that inspire tranquility and a higher quality of life.
Not to mention perfect for your expensive hangover.
I prefer the spa at the Encore over the one at the Wynn but the Wynn is the one I have been to most recently and I’ve just starting ‘Yelping’ on the regular over the past year.
The bonus to the spa at the ‘Encore’ is that they have Roman size hot bathes that are bonkers. These are swimming pools of warm, muscle relaxing love. They also have ‘waterfall’ showers.
You can only imagine what that feels like. Also, The Encore has heated lounge chairs… pretty money.
The thing about The Wynn spa though is because is just has the stylish basics, it is less in demand and not as crowded so if you have to go on a peek hour you are assured the privacy and solitude that one expects with a spa.
The Encore being the pimped out version and more popular there will be some folks.
So the choice is yours.

I got my nails done, it was a great experience. Also, the technicians were nice. Unfortunately, the nail polish chipped off the same evening. By next morning, six of my nails looked horrible, it looks like I got my nails done about a week ago.
I also added the photo of how my nails looked the day after.

My review for the Spa and Salon is so long overdue…2 years to be exact. My hands were super dry due to the harsh Vegas weather and it being the month of change «October.» So, I decided last minute to get a mani and called to make a same day appointment from my room (I was staying at Encore). I easily got an appointment, and apparently I got to enjoy the perk of the spa too being a customer of the salon, however I was pressed for time so unfortunately I didn’t get to enjoy this. The mani I decided to get was called a custom manicure ($ 60). In the brochure it listed it as an intensive treatment for dry hands with an exfoliation with dead sea minerals and a hydrating hand mask in addition to the regular manicure procedure.
The salon is so beautiful and my nail tech was so friendly and thorough. I was offered a mimosa and refills as well. She even packed up some of the tools for me to take home, as they just discard it after a single use. The only reason why I’m giving it a 3 star rating was because though my manicure looked beautiful and my hands were soft when I left, but by the end of the next night they were starting to feel dry. Still dry, that I got a paraffin hand treatment at a salon near my job a couple days after. Maybe, I would have been better off getting the regular mani with a paraffin treatment added on instead (would have totaled out to the same $ 60 price).
The spa & salons at Wynn & Encore are great places to pamper yourself, even if they are a little on the pricey side. Especially when your on vacation, you deserve to pamper yourself every once in awhile. I’ just wouldn’t recommend the custom manicure if you have very dry hands.
