Let me update my review, as I am SOMEONE who ACTUALLY RETAINED Lani to represent me, as NONE of the other 3 DID!!!
Lani settled my case (which would have been a big FAT 0) for a hefty settlement. It was very QUICK!!! I got my checks VERY QUICK!!! I can speak for ACTUALLY HAVING HER REPRESENT ME!!!
I had a case that would have been a BIG FAT ZERO… and LANI turned it into a BIG FAT WIN!!! So these other OBVIOUSLY DID NOT listen to Lani, and DID NOT understand the LEGALITIES of LAW, especially WORK related law. Nevada is a RIGHT TO WORK STATE… if you do not like the way you are being treated. you have the right to leave! Age discrimination, sex, color ETC… in NEVADA you are totally SCREWED… I however am ONE WHO WAS NOT SCREWED!!!
