The Work Connection of Nevada

Got a call from this place out of the blue. I sent my resume out for one of their jobs but that one had been put on hold — so they called about another opportunity for a job that actually paid more and was more in my skill set. I had an interview the next day, and acceptance to a job the day after that. Wowza! While they do specialize in warehouse placement, I’m more in the administrative field and they work with that as well from time to time.
Appointment only if you’re seeking work, but the staff is great. I spoke with Ana and she was very pleasant and explained everything to me, answered all my questions, and made sure I had a number to contact her in case anything happened.
It’s a very personal, quiet experience. You don’t feel like you’re just getting shuffled to a job to up the numbers (like other staffing agencies) — you feel like they actually care and want to place you in something that you’d be comfortable doing. Definitely give this place a try if you’re in need of some employment! =)
