Massage is one of the oldest forms of healing and is vital for maintaining health and longevity. We specialize in massage for Post-​Mastectomy and Breast Augmentation Surgeries and offer treatments for Post-​Liposuction too. Skinny Wraps can be added to any session. History

Established in 2007.

Opened in 2007 to specialize in massage for with athletes with spinal cord injuries, Therapie transitioned to specializing in massage for post-​mastectomy and breast reconstruction surgeries after the Director, Sally Spurgeon, was diagnosed with breast cancer and experienced first-​hand the effects of these surgeries. She was joined at Therapie by Jennifer (Shulte) Denman, previously the Director of the massage program at the Academy of Healing Arts. Together they have created a haven for women who have undergone breast surgery and are looking for a respite from pain and discomfort. Their technique can reduce pain and swelling and increase range of motion with just one session. It works perfectly to relieve discomfort following breast augmentation too. They are fortunate to receive referrals from many plastic surgeons in Las Vegas who also refer patients for post-​liposuction treatments.

Therapie now offers a wide range of treatments for all ages, from infants to geriatrics.

Meet the Manager

Jennifer D.

Manager

Jennifer graduated from the Nevada Career Institute for Massage Therapy in 1998. Prior to which she worked as a medical assistant.

In her career as a massage therapist she has had the pleasure of working with private clients and also in a Chiropractic setting. She now specializes in breast massage for post-​surgical conditions.

Before joining Therapie, Jennifer was the Director of Massage at the Academy of Healing Arts in Las Vegas. She is very passionate about teaching and sharing her knowledge of massage. In her 10 years at the Academy she taught in the classroom for 7.5 years.

Throughout her time at the school she worked with various charities and non profit organizations teaching her students how important it is to give back through the gift of touch.

While Jennifer has studied and taught many techniques, she is most passionate about Reiki, Chakra balancing, bodywork with essential oils, and helping her clients heal themselves by reconnecting mind, body and spirit.
