Thresher Orthodontics

Worst orthodontist ever. This place lies to you constantly. They never keep their word and they treat you like you’re beneath them. Never believe a word they tell you. They’ll lie through their teeth if they think it’ll benefit them in some way. The level of service is appalling. They definitely should not be allowed to practice. Filing complaint with the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners for unethical behavior.

I was AMAZED at just how AWFUL this place was. I can honestly say this was the absolute WORST experience of my life as far as doctor visits go. They talk to you disrespectfully and lie, then act like they have completely no regard for any of your health concerns and have no desire whatsoever to make it right. THEY TRICKED ME INTO HAVING A PROCEDURE THAT I DID NOW WANT TO HAVE just so that I wouldn’t leave. Please whoever reads this spare yourself the trouble and AVOID this place because you WILL regret going here.

Nice clean office with an aviation theme, very pleasant and friendly staff. We have been going here since my daughter got her braces on earlier this year. Our appointment times are prompt and there is little to no waiting time, my daughter is called very quickly. I would highly recommend Dr. Thresher!

Two of my son’s went to see Dr Thresher for there bite and there braces. One was so terrified of Dr’s he would make himself sick before a Dr’s appointment, but when he went to Dr Threshers office the girls and Dr Thresher made him feel so relaxed that he enjoyed it every time he went. Now he has a beautiful smile that he shows off to everyone.
My other son went to see him because a Dentist pulled a tooth and didn’t put a space maintainer in so all his teeth shifted to the front and messed his bite up. He couldn’t close down on one side. The Dr set up plan and it went perfect. We are so happy with the way things turned out with both my boy’s we would highly recommend this office to anyone that wants a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! We love the girls and Dr Thresher!!!

Dr. Thresher has been great throughout my treatments for the past year.
His staff is friendly and knowledgable about their jobs. Dr thresher takes the time to explain what you need done, why you need it and how the treatments will be carried out.
I feel so old when I go there since most patients are in their teens.
The office is immaculate and there is always something to watch on their multiple flat screen televisions for the kids.
Plus there is Voicemail and email reminders for appointments.
Overall I highly recommend him as an orthodontist.

I used his free consultation to receive a second opinion for orthodontic work that I had done by a different doctor. I kind of expected it to be like a sales pitch, however not only he spent lots of his time to examine my braces, teeth, and my jaw, instead he did not even suggest me that I leave my current doctor and he even offered to talk to my current doctor to guide him what to do with my braces.
He answered all my questions and he genuinely cared about my situation. I wish I did my research and got braces from him.
His office is very clean and inviting and all the staff are very friendly, too.
I highly recommend him!!! I really wish I could have my braces done by him…

Not only is Dr. Thresher great with children but as an adult I’ve been extremely satisfied! I had some issues with my retainer but his staff went above and beyond to accommodate me to fix it since I live out of state. The office is very clean, modern and inviting… love the movies they play just wish the screens were on the ceiling :)) I would highly recommend Dr. Thresher… first class!

I found Dr. Thresher through my dentist and he is great. The staff is friendly and professional. The office décor is great for kids. They’re scheduling accommodates school schedules so your kid doesn’t have to miss school for an appointment. I would recommend them.

Dr. Thresher and his staff are fantastic — if you are looking for a great orthodontist near summerlin, he is the one. My daughter has had braces for 2 years and each appointment is smooth and accommodating.
