No idea why the bad reviews. Expensive well made furniture at a great discount. The store is messy because customer do it not the staff. I am in the business of staging homes. I visit TJ and home goods at least 4 times a week. This particular location is minutes from my house and it is one of the best ones in town.

They wanted to close the store early so they can go home. They won’t even help you. Please Don’t advertise inaccurate store hours. I’m talking about night shift crew

This TJMaxx also includes HomeGoods, so it’s petty big place to shop. Maybe they are trying to do too much, therefore it’s always messy on the HomeGoods side. Merchandise scattered everywhere. Some aisles have stuff thrown on the floor or pulled off the shelves by shoppers that you can’t even walk through. The worst thing about this place is that they have 11 check out windows set up, but often there will only be 3 or less cashiers taking care of customers. The others are doing other things I suppose. To me, this is just poor management which impacts custom service level.

I’m sure TJ Max is hit or miss like Ross and Marshalls. It was a big miss for me.

So disappointed that such a large store has only 2 swimsuits for a young girl, size 7. Also, the suits I saw at Marshall’s(same co) are SO gaudy with these huge sparkly neon ruffles! Stop sexing up little girls. Eww! Other than this issue, it is a pretty store and I’ll definitely return.

Very clean and the staff here is really friendly. This location has quite a nice selection of home goods, gift baskets for the season, and a bunch of random little things for the house.
