Tom’s Urban is Las Vegas’ NEWEST place to Meet, Eat and Drink, serving an eclectic blend of the world’s favorite street food. Don’t miss signature dishes like «The Slopper,» a signature burger piled high with Green Chile sauce, queso fresco, Monterey Jack cheese and pico de gallo. Saddle up at any of the indoor or outdoor bars to sip (or swig!) on a selection of handcrafted cocktails, craft beer, fine wines and signature «To Go» drinks. Small plates, large plates, buffalo wings, sandwiches and more mean there’s literally something for everyone.

No matter where you are, if you follow your nose and your curiosity away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets to the out-of-the-way places in any city in the world, you’ll find food that will make your eyes pop out of their sockets, your mouth water and your fingers messy.
For most of his adult life Tom has been traveling the world, tasting the many flavors each country has to offer while learning and understanding, how each culture eats and enjoys food. His career in the global food industry has taken him to every corner of the world, and in those corners he continually hears the stories, feels the pulse, smells the spice and tastes the culinary passion of the people. Tom’s deep-seated love for understanding local foods has inspired him to create a space for other culinary lovers to know the world one small plate at a time, only this time he’s added a deliciously urban twist.
