Top Shelf Wine & Spirits

Love coming here, I always feel like this is my Disneyland for beer, meaning I want to try them all! They usually carry things that I don’t see anywhere else, we’ve gotten lots of pretty good craft beers here and the people who work here usually recommend other good beers to get based on your purchases. We follow them on instagram, and see they have food trucks outside and do raffles some of their top shelf items. See photos for some of our purchases :)

Convenient yes but a little clostaphobic up in there! I wish it was more spacious where I can shop n search w/​no pressure or problem. The hours are convenient as well as parking. And if u where glasses, make sure you where them because I didn’t that’s why couldn’t find everything.

There seemed to be a good selection of liquors, wine and beer in this store, but it was just not well organized. There was not enough space in the store to properly display the alcohol, though if you asked or looked hard enough you would probably find most of what you are looking for. The prices seemed higher than Lee’s or Total, but this palce could work if you are in the area. I recommend going to Total Wine’s as there selection is much better and prices better. But if this is your local bottle shop, then you could definitely do worse.

Do you need to do a quick in and out for some craft beers, hard liquor or premium whiskey?
You can walk into Total Wine and get stuck for 30 minutes getting lost, distracted, and stuck in cashier lines. Or just go to Top Shelf.
The exterior doesn’t do this place much justice, as it almost looks closed and mehhhhh. But you walk in, and right in front of your face, you’ve got floor to ceiling display of liquor all easily viewable.
The prices are competitive to other stores, and they will consider a price match if you find the same product elsewhere for less. I guess it depends on the gap, as they don’t want to lose too much money.
The dude at the cashier who’s almost there 80% of the time has transformed from small talk to no talk over a period of time. And neutral expression, to rather disgruntled. I hope he’s alright, but he seems potentially depressed. I’m just sayin… but I could be wrong.
I like their selection of craft beers, and for the generic stuff, you’re possibly better off going to CVS or Walgreens for better price. All in all, it’s a cool spot.

This is a rare find honey hole. I love that I can come to your store and look around and you have some of the hardest bourbons to find and some exclusive wines and you haven’t jacked the price through the roof. Thanks guys I literally drive from Centennial Hills 95 and Durango just to take a glance around to. see what I can add toy collection

I believe in supporting the locally owned small businesses! That plus the fact that I LOVE MY WINE. I love this store. This place is farther away from my place than other stores BUT they always have what I want, always help me find it, they are always open when I get there, easy parking and I’m in and out quicker than if I went to the closer stores. I’m just doing my part to help LV’s economy bounce back.

I won’t lie; I used to keep this place a secret to my beer friends so there wasn’t a mad dash for any rare offerings that came out! But now I know that it’s better to share the goodness with the world! This place is awesome and ranks in my favorite bottle shops in the country. They have an awesome selection of quality beer and their prices are in line with the market. They also seem to have an awesome selection of wine & spirits, if you drink that stuff. Overall, five stars all the way!

Went in last night with a friend to pick something saw cute little peach drinks decided to get those also. Only to get home and the peach drinks were not in the bag. I went back the next day it was a different clerk she apologized and replaced all four peach drinks A+

This place was MUCH smaller than I expected, considering the large selection of stuff they have!
It’s a locally owned business and they have EVERYTHING you could ever want (alcohol wise). If you are a fan of craft beer, this is the place for you as well.
The owner is fantastic and really helpful. They also run daily promotions called «Beer for a Penny,» if you follow them on Instagram or Facebook. They post a craft beer and choose a winner from those who follow them and «like» the picture. If you are chosen, you get to buy that beer for only a PENNY! And we’re not talking about Bud Light… we’re talking REAL beers.
This place is really far from me, but luckily it’s near my friend’s house, so we like to stop in there when we need to restock her bar. Although, it’s definitely worth going out of the way for!

Great shop! I live nowhere near it, and I make the trip. Customer service is on point. Great cold beer selection.

Love this frickin place. Right down the street from my house and they remember me and what I like to drink. They even tell me when my favorites are on sale. These guys are great!

Vegas needs more spots like this. I absolutely love microbrews. They support all of my favorite microbreweries so I want to keep coming here lol. The only issue is that it’s far from me :(This place has it all though! I feel like a kid in a candy store when I’m there. I never know what to choose because they constantly get ones that I’ve never seen anywhere else. If you’re looking for a good variety to choose from, go there!

Great change from the chain stores. Personal attention and knowledge from staff/​management is top notch.
I’m not much of a liquor drinker, but their selection and presentation is quite impressive.
As a beer drinker, and a lover of craft beers, Top Shelf has the best selection of unique and hard to find beers in town. Along with that, their beer prices are comparable if not better than the big box stores.

Great shop. Decent wine selection and they keep select bottles of liquor chilled if that’s what you’re into — including Jameson. Details man.

I had them hold me two bottles bourbon county stout I got a call from a manager to let me know it was in, I work in Texas so I was away and they wouldn’t let my wife picked them they said they would hold them for me. So today I go to pick them up and they sold the bottles to someone else. Not the best way to conduct business and I will not be going there anymore!

Top Shelf hands down has the best beer selection in the deep Southwest side. They leave a bit to be desired when it comes to bubbles variety. Location and selection keep my home refrigerator a delightful oasis from the sweltering desert. They have a nice variety of Dogfishead, including many of the Ancient Ales, as well as many Bruery, Unibroue selections. I noted some (new to me) sours that I plan to buy one day when I’m feeling indulgent.
Prices are decent, could they be better, well yes, but they are very convenient to those who don’t have the good fortune of living close to Khoury’s in Hendo.

This place really reminded me of an old school, back East liquor store! Now, before you get too excited, that’s not necessarily a good thing. I have definitely been spoiled by the large, serve-​yourself liquor stores (ie Lee’s Liquors, Total Wine and More) rather than ones like Top Shelf where the counter person has to get your booze for you.
This place is packed, floor to ceiling, with liquors, beers, and everything else you can imagine. While visually impressive (the counter person has to climb a ladder to retrieve some of the higher items), this is not very useful when you aren’t 100% sure what you want and just want to browse, compare, read labels, and then make a decision. I’m not a big beer/​craft beer person; perhaps if I were, I’d be a bit more impressed.
Prices seemed a bit more expensive than Lee’s or Total Wine (where I’d usually shop for alcohol), but service was friendly and fun. It is on my way home, so if I really needed to get something to take the edge off, I would pay it a visit.

This is a neighborhood liquor store, but it is not stocked like your usual neighborhood liquor stop.
When you walk in the massive liquor is impressive and daunting. It makes it a bit hard to see what youre looking for since youre distracted by the whole shelf while scanning but everything is done by liquor type and all are priced labeled clearly. They have a small rack of wines but well edited and a solid craft beer selection.
Price wise, some things are maybe a few bucks more than a chain, but shockingly some items are priced at or below (like a certain craft beer the BF found was $ 3under TW&M price) if you know your liquor pricing like I do.
If you live in the area, go support your local shop! There isn’t a respectable selection like this anywhere nearby. If I’m in the area visiting friends, I will be adding this into my rotation of stores I habitually visit for spirit and craft beer hunting. It’s not a go-​to, but I might just be surprised and find a item to make the pit stop worth it.
