We had a totally positive experience with Troys Tree Service. Troy and his whole crew were professional, hard working and prompt. We had them remove a large Fruitless Mulberry, an old dying Ash, two 60 ft Mexican palms and a clump of several house height California Palms. Every crew member was constantly working hard. My husband liked that Troy offered a senior discount AND a Military discount, usually you must ask and there is only one discount, not so with Troy. Plus we got a multi tree discount. We will definitely recommend Troy and his crew to our friends and neighbors.

I contacted Troy’s Tree Service, along with 3 other companies, to give an estimate on thinning a very large California Pepper Tree. It had not had a trimming in 3 years and was very much overgrown with considerable dead wood in it. I had estimates ranging from $ 400 to $ 800. Usually I will choose a company for a project whose estimate is in the middle of the road. As I had good vibes when I spoke with Troy, I decided to go with his company to do the job, even though his estimate was the lowest – and even got lower after Troy applied the Senior and Military discounts. Troy’s crew arrived at the appointed time and did a fantastic job with the tree. The tree looks entirely different now but great. The cleanup was as good as could be expected. Each of the 4 workers, Gary, Reds, Jerome, and Kevin, showed professionalism in their specialties. I highly recommend this company for any tree work one needs, and I will definitely call on them again for future tree work. Troy’s crew did a wonderful job, were a pleasure with whom to deal, and for the work that was done, I feel I got a great price. I’m one happy customer! Thank you

I live on Mt Charleston, & had an approximately 98′ tall Ponderosa pine between my house & garage that had to be removed for safety reasons. (Branches the size of trees were breaking off in heavy snow or wind). Troy came up to give me a quote immediately upon contact. His quote was far, far cheaper than the other tree removal companies. My biggest fear was damage, so insurance & experience were key to my decision making, & this company checked out on both counts. The day they cut the tree down, my heart was in my throat the whole time. The tree had developed a definite lean over my garage, the branches themselves were massive, & they had a very narrow area in which to fell the tree so there was no room for any type of error. These guys rocked it! They cut each branch off & lowered down by rope to prevent damage to the driveway or garage, & cut the branches into firewood size for me. When the tree came down, the ground literally shook. Amazingly, they missed everything & had a perfect drop. (They had to avoid garage patio cover, other trees, etc.). They used their chipper for all the smaller branches & pine needles, swept up everything, & took all the refuse with them when they left. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

We had Troy’s crew today for tree and shrub removal and what a wonderful job these guys did! They were efficient and did a great job cleaning up after the job was finished. We would highly recommend them again.

I had contacted Troy at Troy’s Tree Services for an estimate for palm tree trimming this past Wednesday. I had told him that I was in a bind and looking for someone to come out as soon as possible as I had been on a wait list with another company for about a month already. He fit in my job the next day and gave me a very reasonable price. Him and his team were very professional, timely, and efficient. Very happy with their services and will recommend to anyone looking for a tree services company. Thank you so much Troy and team, I am forever grateful!

I have one large out of control mesquite tree. I had called for a couple of quotes from different tree trimming services. All of which came out we’re just about priced the same. I had Troy come out to give me an estimate on what it would cost to trim this tree as well. Troy was right on time as far as the appointment for the estimate. However, he quickly was able to point out some other issues that none of the other tree trimming services had noticed. I had had some dead branches and limbs that where with in the center of the tree, at that point he pointed out to me that I must have a bug or two living in the tree and that’s what is causing that. He was actually able to find the Burrow spots and were the SAP was leaking where the bugs had attacked the tree. He suggested also at that point to debug the tree as well as trim the tree. He knew a lot about not just my mesquite tree but trees and landscape in general. Once again, his estimate what’s right at about what the others were going to charge for just a trim. Troy was able to trim the tree + treat the tree for the bugs, clean up and provide me with good future information to keep in mind when it comes to my landscape and tree. I highly recommend using Troy. Money well spent.
