The staff are very friendly and accommodating to my schedule. They always make you feel like you are their only patient (they are never late or hurried). Dr. Truman is beyond the best! He takes pride in a job well done, including reapplying my daughter’s braces because he thought her teeth could look better, AT NO EXTRA COST TO ME! I would recommend this office to everyone. My daughter felt very comfortable every time she went. Dr. Truman also has a great sense of humor, the Christmas cards are great & we look forward every year to see what he & his staff come up with.

Dr. Truman is the best and his staff is friendly, welcoming and thorough, plus the office is clean. As much as I love seeing everyone at the office, I am even more excited to see my bright beautiful smile. :) thank you for all you do!

We had a great experience with everything at Dr. Truman’s office. The staff is amazing, the scheduling is great, always a quick and informative visit, payments and billing made very clear and easy to understand. One kid down, two to go and we’ll be going to Dr. Truman!

so far we have had 3 appointments, and after all 3 we have had to go back and get a wire poking her cheek fixed. one time her cheek was destroyed.
they are closed fridays, Saturdays and sundays, so every time we go here I have to take off work and pull her out of school.

What a great office. Everyone is friendly and they have all kinds of games for the kids while they wait. My daughter has the most amazing smile now that her braces are off. Great job Truman Orthodontics!

Dr Truman is so clean and thorough. I have watched this man wash his hands between every patient and he also wears a new pair of gloves for every patient. The office always seems to run so efficiently. This is my third kid who has on braces from Dr Truman… always professional and courteous.

Just got my braces at Truman Orthodontics and I am very happy. I am 13 years old and just starting high school so it was important for me to get braces. I would highly recommend Dr. Truman. His office has the latest technology and his staff is very friendly. Dr. Truman is awesome. He made me feel very comfortable and explained the whole process. They have video games and ice pops in the waiting room which is great. One of the best things about Truman Orthodontics is how little I had to wait. Checked in using my fingerprint (very cool), sat down and was called in 5 minutes. This was great because I hate waiting. They also have a reward system where you can gain points towards cool stuff like an iTunes gift card.

They honestly don’t come any better than Truman Orthodontics! I have had three children serviced by him over an eight year period. The experience has been excellent and unwavering.
I can’t say enough about the doctor, staff, cleanliness, warm environment, and client perks (e.g., coffee/​hot chocolate, entertainment center, comfortable waiting room, iced pops, raffles, etc.).
He has created an office environment that is comfortable and thoughtful. Some small examples: There are sinks with prepackaged toothbrushes and toothpaste should they come straight from school. The check-​in process is a computerized finger print impression that is quick and easy for teenagers. There is a incentive program (i.e., point system) established for the teens that can be used toward various prizes.

We are now 3 generations all with braces on. We are all very happy and satisfied to be working with Dr. Truman and his friendly and excellent staff.

This office is the Worst. The Orthodontist might be capable but the office has no common sense. We paid half the balance ($ 1890) 3 months ago and the other half was going to be paid by the other grandfather for the braces. They have called 7 different times regarding the other half of the payment. My wive speaks to 1 person in the office and tells them the other half (which is not even due) would be paid may 30. Then my daughter goes in for a tightening and they refuse to see (she’s crying at this point) her until we call the office. My wife works for a call center and cannot call out but they didn’t care. So finally my wife calls and tells Beverly the same thing she told the other lady that the rest of the $ will be paid by May 30. Beverly states that we must have gotten our communication crossed. They don’t apologize to my daughter or me or my wife. These braces will be in my daughter for at least another 18 months but instead of paying monthly we will have paid in full by May 30. Even though we just had them put on. a couple of months ago they hounded us like we were criminals. We chose them because of the dentist reputation but nothing worth what we have gone through with them. The office just cares about the $ not about the kids and the other patients. The first thing they say when u check in is do u have the payment. We tell them the same answer but a different person next time or on the phone states do u have the payment. Please do yourself a favor and stay away at all cost (pun). Unless u take a lot of anxiety meds.

Being the son of a DDS, I am extremely biased toward the dental industry.
Dr. Truman and his staff are very professional, patient, friendly, good listeners, offer practical advice, and punctual among a very clean kid conscious environment.
My son has almost finished 2 years w/​Dr. Truman and his staff. I highly recommend his office for orthodontic treatment.

I just had my braces removed on December 3, 2014 following upper jaw surgery in February 2014 and I couldn’t be happier. Throughout my arduous recovery, Dr. Truman and staff have been incredibly supportive, even sending me postcards encouraging me to keep my chin up and that I was looking great (even though I didn’t with my swollen face!).
My braces were initially removed in September 2014 but I had to have the braces partially reinstalled to correct my bite further. I also have had issues with retention post-​braces removal (issue with my lower retainer) but Dr. Truman has since resolved the problem by giving me new retainer (s), and he didn’t even charge me extra for them. Now that is tremendous customer service. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Truman and his staff highly enough.

Both my sons had braces from Truman Orthodontics. The entire process was wonderful from the initial consultation to the follow up with retainers etc. Everyone there is very pleasant it makes going to the orthodontist fun. Dr. Truman is extremely patient and kind. Once my son had a wire spring break on his braces, Dr. Truman was on his way to an event with his wife, but he took time out to meet us at his office and fix the spring so my son didn’t have to be uncomfortable with it broken. He really goes above and beyond for his patients. I would highly recommend Truman Orthodontics to everyone.

Both of my boys were treated by Dr. Truman and staff. My youngest just recently got his braces off; and what an amazing job Dr. Truman did to achieve the perfect smile (both times). Dr. Truman and his staff couldn’t be more kind and caring and they most definitely put the care of their patients second to no one! He knows exactly what he’s doing and doesn’t offer services that you don’t need or that are not beneficial (i.e., the braces in phases «trend»). I wouldn’t hestiate in the least referring Dr. Truman.

Dr. Truman’s office is the best! They’ve got arcade games and iPads in the office for kids to play on; movies and books for the little ones too. Even my kids who didn’t have an appointment wanted to go there! All of their assistants are friendly and helpful. Dr. Truman is super smart and pleasant to work with; he made sure my son’s teeth look amazing! I trust him and highly recommend Truman Orthodontics.

No wonder this place has all 5 stars! I have been to about 6 different invisalign consults and so far Debbie of Truman dental has been the best. She was one of the sweetest most welcoming treatment coordinators I have dealt with. Debbie made me feel welcome, took her time and explained all my financial options to me and was not at all pushy or pressuring. Dr. Truman himself is very knowledgable and took his time to really check out my teeth and explain my treatment options. This office has very flexible in house payment plans /​financing and also offers care credit. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and cannot begin to stress just how awesome Debbie is. Go see this place, especially if you’re interested in making payments as you go along.

My youngest daughter got her braces off today and they look spectacular. My family now has had 3 peeps go thru Truman Ortho and all three came out amazing. Dr. T is a great guy. Very personable and friendly and well, incredibly educated in his field. I would highly recommend any future patients to his office.

I got my braces off today and I would like to say that they did an amazing job! I am very grateful for the amazing results and of course Dr. Truman and his staff. His team are great with what they do and I’m glad that we chose their office. I would highly recommend going to this place.
