Jorge was an awesome sales rep. He educated and advised us on all the different e-​juice options offered. it was a great experience. we were visiting from out of town but were treated as locals who would be frequent return customers.

Nice chill place. Very comfortable for a newbie. I came in to buy new flavors. I am very new to vaping and always hoping for a friendly experience. Wally took the time to suggest flavors and was patient and friendly. I asked him to explain a little more about the technical aspects of vaping. He gave me an honest opinion on what I am currently using and opened my eyes to future possibilities when I eventually upgrade. Typically, at other places it’s too busy when I have tried to get the help I needed. This was a good experience and I will be back!

My husband and I use to smoke cigarettes decided one day that it was time to lay off the cigarettes didn’t know much about vaping never even owned a vape until a friend of mine told me to come check out truvape ! Everything he said about them being awesome with explaining how everything works and they even let you try out their juices to make sure that you like them. Awesome crew ! Chill lounge area & they make you really feel welcomed. I recommend my friends here all the time.

What the heck happened to this place?
I started vaping 2 years ago, about the time this shop opened. Back then the people were so friendly and willing to teach the inexperienced. I recently bought a vape again and needed some juice. I usually go to other vape shops but decided that I should come visit this place again. As soon as I walk in I’m greeted by a guy. Don’t know his name but he was a dark skin Asian guy. I told him I’m looking to try some juices. As I’m looking through the list I start asking questions. I really like cereal juices. So I wanted to try almost all of them. The guy has the nerve to have an attitude with me when all I wanted to do is try juices. He got annoyed and interrupted me asking «what kind of flavor do you like?!» At that point I just said «hey I’m good man, have a nice day!»
What happened to this place? I’m taking my business somewhere else… If you like crappy service and juice that’s never instock, sure come here.

Look no further, this spot has it all. As soon I came in, Jorge (hor-​hay) greeted me with open arms. Providing me excellent customer service and recommended me the top juices and current vape mods they have in stock. They even have juices testers if you want to try and taste each juice.
Top 3 of choices of juices: Super Nova, Turtoise Blood, and Honey Dew Me (two thumbs up) can’t go wrong with those selections. Recently, they just released Mango Pound cake which tasted good. One of the best flavorful ones I picked up was Strawberry coconut. Soooo good when it hits your lips. The inhale of strawberry and the exhale of coconut combination just mind blowing.
Tip for thought: Check-​In on Unilocal and receive 25% off on juices that are 10−30ml to save you some $$ in your pocket. Parking maybe a challenge but worth he trip!

Super good customer service. Super dope shop. They also do free rebuilds and their juice selection is on point. The way they have you test the liquids is pretty cool also. When you get the chance go ahead and spin the wheel!

Came in during Black Friday to buy a charger for my batteries. Customer service was excellent, very nice people who are welcoming. Will definitely come back next time! Highly recommending doing business with the workers here.

I don’t vape on the regular, but I have lots of friends who vape so I’m quite familiar with this place and the products offered in the vaping community. When I started dating my boyfriend a little over three months ago, he was a heavy smoker. He was able to transition from smoking cigarettes to vaping, thanks to the personal help for Adam at TruVape. My boyfriend said to me, «where can we go, where I can just tell the person exactly what I want, and it’ll give me the big clouds I’m looking for?» I knew instantly to take us to TruVape. All my friends who vape rave on about the place, so I had to trust them.
Adam was extremely helpful, very personable and knowledgable about all the million juices they have available and all the different modes, boxes, and all the extra gadgets to make your vape just how you want it. My boyfriend was looking for something new, tank, something you don’t have to dip constantly, but will provide some thick clouds. Adam was able to get us a really good package deal for a Snow Wolf 200W Box Mod, a 120ml thing of juice at 3% nicotine, and some other stuff for the vape (I don’t know the exact name but it’s the heads where the coils are?) all for a little under $ 200.
The juice flavor was awesome, and even better than it comes in such a large bottle and not the little ones. Adam set the whole thing up for my boyfriend and we were able to walk out of there, cigarettes free.
The atmosphere of the place is very chill and laid back, they have hip hop music playing, occasionally a movie will be playing in the background on the large screen tvs. They have big comfy couches for people to chill and hang on, or for people like to who have no idea whats going on and are just waiting lol to just sit, relax, and wait. Very clean establishment, which is really good cause they are in Chinatown and we all know how Chinatown can get. They even have a mod building station so people can buy their stuff and build the things themselves. Presentation of all the stock is always well kept and organized, which makes everything even more presentable. And what I did notice, is that every associate working there really takes their time with each customer. Every time we’ve been there, I’ve never felt rushed, even if there were other people waiting to be assisted. Each associate really listens to the customers wants and provides as many sample tries of the juices until the right one is found. I can always appreciate an establishment that takes their time with the customer. It provides for more loyal customers and a great customer relationship with each person that walks in their door.

My go-​to place to get juices. It’s basically the only place I ever get my juice! Their selection is amazing and they offer so many flavors. It’s the only place (that I’ve been to so far) that has OMG.
The staff is great as well and super helpful! They will give you input about anything and they also recommend great flavors.

I’ve been to a handful of vape shops throughout the valley and this one is by far the most unique. As you walk in there’s an actual coil building station. I dont know much about building coils for atomizers but it looked cool watching the guy building one right in front of you. They do have a large variety of juices to try out just like any other vape shop. Thanks to Ray, behind the counter, who helped me understand a little more about build kits and box mods. Ill be sure to come back when im ready to start building drip mods.
