Fairly standard United Club offerings, but in a nice, spacious venue atop the gate area that lets in lots of natural light. There’s lots of seating options, whether a standard lounge area, some tables for dining, or a counter along the windows that comes with power ports. Given the fact that the gate areas are usually crowded full of tourists and punctuated by noisy slot machines, this is a nice respite from it all.

Looks like your typical United Lounge with a bar, business area where you can set up your laptop and a large lounging area. The food area was a little bit lacking but I managed to get a light lunch of hummus and peppers, olives, fruit, vegetable soup and some tea. Just enough to settle the tummy before my return flight back to SFO. They are constantly cleaning the area so that is really nice. The bathrooms are spotless which is a big plus compared to the public restrooms on the main concourses.

Small club. It has the basics of what you need. When I was here the food consisted of oatmeal, muffins, bagel sticks and yogurt. It was not replenished frequently.

Good place to kill some time before your flight — however this is my first United Club experience and I’m not sure I would pay a membership fee for this. The staff was friendly and nice — no complaints. The food/snacks however is very limited. Some cheese and crackers, snack mix, bananas, mushy apples, and stale cookies. House shelf drinks were free — premium liquors are an extra charge. The space was clean and the view was nice — you can see the LV strip in the distance. Overall though the club was smaller than I thought. The chairs by the bar were hard and uncomfortable. The couches were comfy though. Also plenty of outlets to charge your laptop/phones and the wifi was good. Again if you have a free pass to use from your credit card — not a bad place to kill time. But if I had to pay hundreds on a yearly membership fee — not worth it in my opinion.

Cheesy that’s about it. They mentor with Motel 6 continental breakfast. Lots of comfortable chairs is about the extent of my opinion . That’s makes 2 stars

A good place to sit down and relax before a flight, friendly and helpful staff. Snack selection is limited compared to other United clubs I have been to, and the bottom shelf drinks that I enjoyed(free of charge) could have been better.

This is a smaller version of the United Club. It is well laid out and has always had a good place for me to sit down and relax before my flight. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They keep the club nice and clean despite the amount of folks transiting through all day long. I have always enjoyed the bar tending staff who are always super friendly. The furniture is relatively new and comfortable. I usually site in the table section and set up my laptop. The chairs in the lounge area are very comfy. The food selection is boring and thankfully will be changing later this year. Took off a star for the boring food. The clubs will be going to a much more tasty selection which I experienced in Dulles recently. I can’t wait to have my home airport with the revitalized club. If you travel allot and fly United well worth the extra expense to be a Club member.

This United Club location was the nicest one I’ve been to. It has a great view(including of the Strip and surrounding mountains) and plenty of comfortable seating. The snacks were great(freshly-baked cookies, cheese and crackers, snack mixes, and fresh apples and bananas), as was the open bar(premium liquors and certain beers and wines cost extra). TIP: I get passes to the Club through my credit card, but found out recently that you can also buy passes on eBay pretty cheap… totally worth it for the comfy seating, open bar, and good snacks. I would definitely suggest doing that any time you think you might have a long delay or layover at an airport that has a United Club Lounge.

The Vegas United Club was a medium sized facility that sported the usual affaurs for solid and liquid refreshment. Nothing out of the ordinary to report here. The checkin staff were great… professional yet personable and even made my wife and I laugh! Furniture seemed fairly new, not as worn as say the Houston United Clubs lounges. Everything was stocked and bathrooms were freshly cleaned(and done well) shortly after our arrival. Expected a 3 out of 5 experience, but exceeded my overall expectation of 4 out of 5. Food I knock at 3 of 5 only because it is the same boring items found at every location. … time to make some changes United… service was a solid 5 by 5.

I love this United Club! While it is smaller than most of the clubs, the staff here is always very friendly and helpful(when needed). I always make sure I get to the airport early so I have time to stop in for drinks and snacks!

I flew into the A gates — it is a LONG walk to the D gates to avoid going out of security. You just keep going until you find a train to the D gates. Then up and to the right. It was nice, clean, and friendly employees. Busy, but not crowded. They had cheese and crackers, carrots and ranch, cookies, and snack mix, yogurt raisins, goldfish.

This club is comparable to most united clubs. There is ample space, limited snacks, and it is quiet. The outlets are a disaster with very poorly designed placement. Beware of ranch dressing tubs — they will explode upon opening, and may result in the unfortunate placement of white sauce in areas that may cause embarrassment.

The club is clean and spacious. The available snack selection is on par with other united clubs, but keep in mind the united snack menu is already an epic disaster. We gave it 3 stars primarily because the power outlets are underneath the coffee tables and largely inaccessible and there were no bananas. 2 stalls in the men’s bathroom — insufficient and inadequate — there are many travelers accessing this club after excessive alcohol consumption.

A very nice lounge. Not too busy, plenty of decent seats. Well managed and nicely furnished.

One of the modern, spacious and quiet United Clubs. This locations is nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the concourse located on the 2nd floor of Terminal D via elevator access. Plenty of space to lounge and relax before or after your flight. The only thing missing is shower facilities like Houston has in Terminal E.

The D terminal at the airport is pretty poor unless you like slot machines of course. The first challenge with this lounge is finding it, it’s tucked away between gates 33 to 35. The second challenge is having the patience to wait for the elevator to arrive, it’s somewhat slow. The guy checking everyone into the lounge was great, very outgoing, helpful and friendly. United should have put this guy in charge of recruiting customer facing people then perhaps their slogan of «Flying the friendly skies» would be more accurate. I never understand why they don’t have a soda machine at these lounges, you always have to go to the bar and face a bartender who is expecting a tip. Maybe that’s the plan. The lounge is small and on this visit was very busy. Nothing too horrific to report on this occasion.

Whenever there is time to kill between flights or any delay this is the place to spend that time. Friendly bartenders and nice drinks to help pass the time. There is also snacks if that is needed. You can hook up for communications for your equipment and to charge up your phone and IPad. Another great feature of the Club is the assistance, if needed, of United personnel if there is a problem with your flight. The lines, if any, in the Club are nothing like the lines in the terminal. It is so nice to be a frequent flyer on United.

One would think other airlines would have a club in Vegas but UA is the only one. The United check in area is in terminal 3 but the gates are over in D which is the satellite terminal. You have to take a tram to the gates The club is a short walk from the tram exit. The desk staff was very nice and welcoming. The club has a great view of the ramp. I didn’t realize UA was the second largest carrier in Vegas. The club is long and thin but has plenty of seating. The bar staff was very, very nice. They made a darn good Bloody Mary! The snacks were stocked and items taken away and cleaned pretty quick. I did forget that the United Club does not take cash for the sell up options. Over all not a bad club to spend some time when stuck in Vegas.

Opens at 4:30am. Continental breakfast spread includes bagels, granola, yogurt and Maker’s Mark if you are so inclined. Private shower/bath rooms are nice. Hopefully someday we will get the same level of Club that United provides in Germany(sleeping areas, more interesting food options) — until then, I’m happy with what we’ve got ;)

This United Club is located on the upper floor in Terminal D near Gate 36. There is elevator or stairwell access. I have been here many times especially early in the morning to return back to the east coast. This trip was no different. I arrived in the early morning around 5am and was surprised to find the club was already opened and busy with customers. I don’t recall that this particular club opened so early, but, they surely do now. I set-up my laptop and work area at the raised counter overlooking the tarmac as the sun rised. I retrieved some coffee, orange juice, yogurt and donuts for breakfast. This club use to provide their own complimentary wireless internet. McCarran airport now offers their own complimentary wireless internet access throughout the airport. The United club now utilizes the airport service rather than their own. The airport service requires your log-on and agreement, which is difficult to log onto unless you use a url, which is constantly updated such as , etc. Goggle or gmail does not work as well. Delta flights also utilize Terminal D as it was in my case so I leveraged the United club for my nearby Delta departure.
