United Nissan

Horrible customer service. Received multiple spam emails and calls about an oil change special and finally came in to try and get the oil change. Offer said in and out in 30 min no apt necessary. Went in and waited ten minutes and no one even greeted us. Finally got out of the car to find help. Told them we need an oil change. The worker began to walk us around to other mechanics to see if anyone can do an oil change and everyone said no and waved us away. (Rude to make the customer not feel important) finally found someone and he said an hour or more is the wait. Asked to come back another day and make an apt and he was confused as to why we can in today then and he began arguing with us. Not worth saving five dollars on an oil change when they never treat you right!!!

I brought in the estimate from Newport Collision (approximately $ 220) for the cost to buff out the scratches that I had pointed out during my vehicle inspection with Nick Jr (salesperson) and Krystal (customer service). Nick Jr told me upon purchasing a vehicle that United Nissan could get me a discount with Newport Collision and Krystal told me that the cost would be covered as long as I brought in the estimate.
Today I was basically called a liar by both Nick Jr and Krystal. Krystal continuously said she never told me that even though it was written down on the delivery sheet that I received a copy of and she conveniently couldn’t find our paperwork through a stack of other vehicle purchase paperwork (I have the yellow copy which states «buff entire vehicle» handwritten by Krystal). I told Krystal that when I picked up my white slip from her that I reverified the buff entire vehicle was in the system which she stated it was. Today she denied saying that and said I didn’t talk to her, even going as far as saying well now your changing your story.
Nick Jr yelled at me in front of other customers and United Nissan staff. I told him I don’t appreciate being disrespected and that I no longer wanted to talk to him and requested a manager. He left and came back saying since I had the paint protection plan on my vehicle and that I could file a claim (he initially told me when I purchased the vehicle that I couldn’t use the protection plan at that time). At this point I was walking out of the door and he yelled at me regarding the feedback I had left in the survey I’d received from Nissan. Nick Jr followed me out of the building yelling at me while I walked quickly to my vehicle.
I do not appreciate being demeaned, harassed and disrespected. I have NEVER been treated SO BADLY in my life!!! I did try to talk to a manager over the phone and felt he dismissed my concerns.

Do not… i repeat DO NOT come here… all they do is lie to you and try and sell you car for twice as much. Pablo tried to sell me a 2016 nissan versa for 499 a month the car is worth 14,725 with my credit i knew i would pay just alil more on the contract they just showed me i will pay 19,000 for the car so i took it.
I took the car and the contract home and after im done paying the payment i will end up paying 38,000 for a 14,000 all they try to do is play you and whats funny the car was manual.

United Nissan is the go to Dealership when buying or servicing a car. They are courteous, friendly, and efficient. Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

We were shopping for a Nissan Maxima with a specific exterior/​interior color combination. We went to another dealership that helped us figure out that what we wanted was the SL. Unfortunately, or maybe I should say fortunately, that dealership had no SL’s on their lot at all. We saw United Nissan had what we wanted, but the other dealership warned us not to deal with United Nissan because they were «terrible.»
I can tell you that my experience was anything but terrible. I brought in the price the other dealer had given us and United Nissan matched it. In fact, I would say they beat it! I got a car with more options and I opted for the «extra coverages,» like gap insurance that were cheaper at United than they were at the other dealer. They also got me an intetest rate that was nearly half of what the other dealership offered me.
I’m giving them 4 stars, for a couple of reasons. First, we didn’t get to take my car home until the next day. There was a small recall issue that needed to be taken care of – a quick computer reprogram – but all of their service people had left. They gave us a rental and offered to deliver our car to us. I was going to have them deliver, but decided that I wanted to drive my car home. Second, they took the time to walk me through some of the features of my car and connected my Bluetooth, but it seemed a little rushed to me. Lastly, when we did the visual inspection of our car, I noticed the wash job was extremely sloppy and seemed like a rush job to me. Other than that, I am very happy with my car and this is one of the smoothest car buying experiences I have ever had. I definitely recommend! I hope my experience with the service department is as good.

I went to get my car serviced for the first time. I was a little scared because car places always try to get you with extra stuff. They checked me in took my car offered me something to drink. I didnt wait long at all. Everyone was polite. I will definitely take my car back to them for servicing needs, and wont be scared.

Recently purchased a vehicle here and loved the experience! The whole sales team was helpful and not pushy (thank god since no one likes a high pressure sales guy). I test drove many vehicles and they were patient with me and answered any questions. I would highly recommend United Nissan!

I have just recent purchased a Nissan and I love it! The car is great on gas and I love the feel. I would say this is one of the best car I have bought yet. It’s very spacious. It has enough room for me and my family. Also has been great on miles. I would recommend a Nissan to everyone.

I bought my very first Nissan at this dealership. I have to say, they have the best service known to man. I didn’t have to wait around for someone to help me like I have with past dealerships. The was super friendly and gave me a great deal. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Nissan.

I have been here twice. I ALWAYS LEAVE SUPER UPSET!!! This last time we had 3 people help us. I have never been more upset the only one that was nice was dusty and he had AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU BUY A CAR ONLY GO TO HIM I PROMISE YOU HE WONT DISAPPOINT YOU. Unfortunately we had to go somewhere and when we got back he was busy.
They get you in saying they will give you gifts and at the end they said they ran out and they would mail it. Yeah right we haven’t received anything. I was so upset if I wrote all the bad things they wouldn’t ever have service ever and I just don’t have that kind of time that’s how bad it is here

I have been a Nissan customer for 11 years across 3 states and 5 cities. The service department at United Nissan is BY FAR the best experience I’ve had. Carlos Jimenez was fantastic and made me feel as though he cared about both my vehicle and wallet. Even though Autonation is closer to me, United has my business!

Our company is in the market for several new service vehicles and we have had great experiences with the Nissan NV so in the spirit of buying local we contacted, well attempted to contact United Nissan. After literally being disconnected, left on hold or simply hung up on about 10 times I tell the receptionist of my issues & ask her name. She curtly replies, «United Nissan.» I clarify, «I realize I’m calling United Nissan, but with whom am I speaking?» Again, «United Nissan.» We go back and forth a few times, ultimately all she will say is that she’s «the receptionist.» Then tops it off with, «what do you want?» Huh, well ok. Clearly from this conversation I’ve decided, «I don’t want anything from United Nissan.»

I’m having my car serviced currently and this is by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership/​car service. MIKE IS AMAZING, I WILL ONLY BE TAKING MY CAR TO HIM FOR NOW ON. I had actually bought my Nissan Murano from Chapman Crysler Jeep and it’s been awful! I broght my car there about a week ago because my car was making a very loud sound/​over heating/​check engine light was on and Chapman told me I have an oil leak and I needed a new e-​vap after my diagnostic test, I got everything fixed and THE DAY I WAS GOING TO PICK UP MY CAR told me it wasnt an oil leak after all, it was a transmission leak. They had my car for a week as well because they had to order the e-​vap –_​– They told me I needed to take it to Nissan to get fixed and that has been the only good advice they have ever given. After spending a good $ 3,000 on my car a year after buying it and never actually getting any answers on my car from Chapman or any other car service I was so done. I took my car in 3 days after I took my car home because I was so depressed that I have wasted so much time and money on this car just to always feel scammed. Once I called and talked to Mike I already felt better, he even gave me another number to call if I need to ask him questions or just get ahold of him which was great. When I went in I even told him I was ready to get rid of this car from hell but I would like his opinion on what to do. He could have tried to sell me a new car but he didnt! THE BEST PART IS… Once he looked at my car (took him 30 freaking minutes, chapman took a day and a half EVERYTIME I WAS SHOCKED!) he ended up finding that my car had several issues besides my transmission being SHOT! He said my trans was in VERY BAD CONDITION. He ended up finding 4 other issues with my car that NEEDED to be fixed. He filed a claim with my warrenty company who ended up paying for most of them and took care of everything. This guy is so genuine and just wants the best for everyone that I have never been happier. I am so pleased with the service. i referred Mike to my whole family, friends, and my in laws. THANK YOU MIKE! You are THE BEST.
The whole staff was amazing. I had a manager walk by me and he stopped to make sure everything was going good. Then I had to rent a car and the guy that was helping me was great too, I mentioned I thought a different car was really cute and he let me take that one! Just amazing service all around!

I loved the experience they offered! Usually you go into a car dealership and you wait all day for most of the time nothing! That was not my experience at all! I was not forced into anything! They showed me what I was looking for and told me the facts. They even kept there opinions to themselves!
They offered me complimentary beverages while I waited! Buying a new car is one of the greatest feelings in the world. United Nissan made it that much better. They even got my girlfriend to say yes to the truck I wanted. All I can say is good job United Nissan!

WORST experience as a 1^st time buyer. Was lied to, ripped off, chased down at my job, insulted, and threatened. They threatened me to scare me into keeping the crappy car. Good thing banks didn’t even approve me, so I couldn’t even keep it.
They ended up repo’ing it after I had been told I couldn’t take the car back to them myself. That was their excuse to keep my trade-​in car and down payment, which I was never able to get back. After that, I was told that the repo would show on my credit history so my credit was f’d up. Lol Lies…
I was left carless, but thank god was able to find an honest dealership elsewhere to help me get a newer and nicer car which I am still driving to this day with no issues.

No you might not be crazy, but you sure are an unprofessional rude individual. All you had to say was goodbye, and that there was another Nissan located on Sahara as well, before hanging up on me. (I took up about 2 minutes of his time MAX, Where he couldn’t find me in the system.) I’m sorry, to interrupt you while you’re working. Doing an outstanding job.
This is a company a bought a $ 22,000 + car from who I am driving completely across town to bring them more service. THANK GOD I CALLED THE «wrong» LOCATION.

I am very glad I walked into United Nissan.
My car of 10 years decided that the week before Christmas was a fantastic time to just take a complete sh*t on me and die. I had been anticipating that the day would come when I would eventually have to buy another vehicle. I was not looking forward it, to say the least.
United Nissan was the second dealership I visited. I was completely unimpressed and put off by the tactics of the first dealership I visited (which for now will remain nameless) and a friend encouraged me to try United Nissan.
I was met immediately by my salesman, Sonny, who was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I found a vehicle that was quite to my liking and the negotiating process was very quick and painless and I am very satisfied with the final numbers. Sonny was very available to me in the following days, even answering random texts about various questions I had about the entire process. No sign of annoyance of irritation were detected at all.
Not only was Sonny a pleasure to deal with, but everyone I encountered was so helpful. Everyone in the dealership from finance, to warranty, to the service department were great!
I am very pleased with my new vehicle and supremely satisfied with the service I have received at United Nissan to this point! It makes me feel optimistic about future dealings I will have with this dealership.
Until something happens to indicate otherwise, I have no reason to give United Nissan anything but.

We originally went to United Nissan’s Tent Event in the southwest. The sales rep was nice and we test drove a car. We sat down to do numbers and they were way off. She then proceeded to tell me to let the finance company on my trade in repo my car and buy their car.
Fast forward to a couple days later, I get a call from Alex Wu (who by the way was the only positive part of his experience, and if you have to go to United Nissan I would definitely recommend him) he said he had my info and wanted to see if I was still interested in a car. I only came because I found out that the sales people at the tent event were subcontractors from elsewhere. I send my wife with our trade in to start the process. She gets there and is told that our sales rep is out to lunch and it would take over an hour on the trade in. We live several miles away.
Then, I take in the vehicle and work with the sales rep. Everything is going fine until we hit a brick wall on payment. The worst part about it was the manager did not even have the guts to come and speak to me on his own, I wanted to work out a deal with him and he did not. Oh well. But after all that had transpired I just felt he would make an effort.

I brought my car in for a easy schedule maintenance (oil change ONLY). Since there is no appointments for oil change, I was there right when they open. I was greeted by Jesus who did the normal walk around inspection. After 45 minutes the vehicle was done. Now, this is where the problem begins…
I’ve noticed that the Multi-​point inspection sheet, every thing was done EXCEPT brake conditions. When I ask Jesus, he said «oh…we’ll take care of it», and they drove off again with my truck. They thought I had gone back to the waiting area. Little they know, I WATCHED WHERE THE VEHICLE WENT! They took it and parked it by the car wash!
So I asked Jesus, how can you justify that you’ve done the brakes inspection. He said his guys did it there in «that» spot! After catching him in A LIE, he changed his story to say «oh…we don’t inspect the brakes». If he can LIE about the brakes inspection then he can LIE about the actual oil change it self.
Now here’s the kicker… I’m a Disabled Veteran. Tho I walk with a cane, I pride myself on wearing my disabled veterans hat and my truck reflects that also through stickers. While walking to go to the truck and leave, Jesus followed me out. Thinking this is protocol. NO! He just wanted to let me know that «my head is messed up, and probably from the war»!!! ARE YOU F_​CKING KIDDING ME!!! I did an about face, found his boss (Brian Hinkley) and told what this @$$HOLE said to me!
I am now currently waiting for a call from Bob Plakinger (Brian’s Boss) before reporting this incident to the Department of Veterans Affairs, Better Business Bureau, Channel 13 news, my Congresswoman Dina Titus and who ever else!!!
Because FREEDOM IS NOT FREE… I PAID FOR IT!

If it wasn’t for how amazing the car is that they actually sold me, I’d give this place a single star .
Actually purchased our car from the tent event in March. With an excellent credit score and a budget in mind we made it very clear we would do no more than $ 399 per month. After putting $ 460+ on the table with a awful interest rate we kept bartering. What I found funny was the interest rate kept going down but the cost of the vehicle did not. So the dealer wasn’t actually making the vehicle any cheaper .
After setting at 5% $ 400 a month, they called me the next day to say the loan has been dropped and the vehicle was no longer owned by me. So I had to get refinanced or give the vehicle back. They than ran my credit 7 TIMES HARD and brought my score down 60+ points. AWESOME. Didnt realize this until months later checking my credit realizing it was now only considered «good» .
It was also a hassle to get my check for the paid registration .
But thanks for the awesome car .
2014 Honda Civic Si purchased with 7k miles now has 21k in less than a year. Awesome little ride.
