Ive been going here for a few years. The resident doctors here I found to be very helpful and eager to start their careers. Compared to a doctor who has been in the profession for many years and listens to you with one ear closed … These doctors listen, ask questions, very thorough and helpful. Not to mention my wait time in the lobby is never long and that’s wonderful. I use to not like the girls up front but my last few visits they have not been there so it makes it that much better!

Front office has become horrible in the last year. They don’t even answer your calls anymore. Leave you on hold. Not sure if they are passing the doctors messages. Cant make appts. Also, was having lots of pain and was told to come back in a week for pain meds but in a week I was in emergency surgery. Would not recommend.

Very impressed with Dr Paul Hepworth! Took the time to listen and help me. Not to impressed with the front office staff. Rude and short which seems to be a common thing among many reviewers. Thank you Dr Hepworth for making my visit and enjoyable one.

I had appointments set in the morning at the time they open, and we were the only people upon arrival. They said that they now couldn’t fit us in until an hour later as they were too busy, and that only one of us could be seen. The other would have to come back in the afternoon. Okay, I get it, I’m flexible. The following conversation regarding the afternoon appointment set up: Me: what time do you have availability? The receptionist: the only time is at 2:20 Me: nothing sooner? Them: nope 2:45 is the earliest Me: wait… 2:45? I thought you said– Them: I meant 2:15 Me: I will take the 2:15 Them: okay(writes down 2:30 on the appointment card) see you then Me: sooo… 2:30 now? You sure? Them:(eyes roll) that’s what it says That was the smoothest of the whole reception ordeal. BTW, the waiting room only received 2 other people. And one of those people was having similar experience as ours. The doctors were attentive and once in the room we were seen promtly. Also they had no problems with seeing both of us, so we didn’t have to come back later.

Don’t go here. The receptionists are not helpful and the doctor doesn’t care. I hurt my back and they were the first doctor that came up on my insurance search. I waited for an hour in the waiting room in pain. Then they notified me they would not prescribe pain killers on the first visit. What the?! I’m in pain and you don’t want to help me? Doctors are worthless.

Yes there is a wait here but the doctor is amazing and very knowledgeable. Made up for the wait. The African American girl up front was very kind and has great customer service but the Hispanic girl is horrible. Me being an assistant manager at a dental office before knows when an employee is bringing down the customer service and that girl is. She’s rude, and while on the phone I asked her how long of a wait and as she was speaking to a patient she was rolling her eyes and running her forehead from annoyance. Obviously you can’t handle a customer service job so I suggest you find a different career. Other than that I liked this place.

Even one star is too generous for the horrific customer service I received. And I have yet to step IN the office… I was a patient here for many years. I haven’t had a need to see a doctor in about three years and called to make an appointment with my PCP. I was put on hold three times in over 25 minutes and when the staff member finally took my call she was rude and abrasive. She then proceeded to tell me I could not make an appointment with my doctor, that she would have to leave her a message to see if she would even see me. I said the doctor was who was listed as my primary physician and she said that didn’t matter. The attitude was completely«too bad, I’m calling the shots here.» She took my personal information and said someone would call me back to schedule if the doctor said she would see me, or to schedule with another doctor. A little compassion, transparency and kindness goes a long way. Perhaps there’s a GREAT reason why I can’t see my doctor. I would love to know what it is, other than«you don’t get to decide who cares for you.» Just like I take into consideration with my tone of voice and choice of words after being put back on hold several times, the staff should understand that when someone calls in they are sick or injured and need assistance not attitude. As a consumer, remember that you have a choice. You don’t have to be treated poorly to get adequate medical care. I pay a lot of money for my family’s healthcare. I don’t pay this to be treated like I’m not worthy. Update on 12÷17÷14: Followed up on Monday 12⁄15 and was advised that no person by the name that was given to me on the phone Friday worked there and they have no record of my request. Today I was advised that my doctor would not see me; likely a result of my Unilocal review. Look at all the one-star ratings… and caveat emptor.
