They Do Not know what they are doing here! I scheduled a laser treatment & when I got there, I was asked to fill out 5 pages of paper wrk. When I was done with that, I was asked to fill out another 5 pages on an Ipad. Asking questions NO medical office has EVER asked before. That took 15 mins. And I didn’t need to see a Dr. I was just getting a laser treatment. Dr. Yamane called me back for what I thought was my treatment, only to b asked 20 more questions by this Rude Dr. When I explained to him that I’ve been getting Lipo laser for over a year at other medical spas, he challenged my knowledge. Asking me «well what was the name of the laser you’ve used?» And «did an actual Dr. answer your questions, cuz they gave u false information». When in Fact, a REAL MD Did Treat me before. He didn’t believe me! So I had to give him the name of the Dr. ??? Did I go in for a treatment or an INTERROGATION? At this point, I had been there for 45 mins, just for him to tell me I can now schedule a treatment which are booked out for 2 weeks!!! W HAT!!! I told him my treatment was today & I was Never informed this was ONLY a consultation. Dr. Yamane didn’t care, & just walked me to the receptionist & said «schedule her a treatment», and literally Just walked away! The receptionist who was a very sweet girl, apologized for him. Disgusting how he treats potential customers!

I love this spa… especially Lynette! Not only is she fun to be with, but she is caring, knowledgable & has magical hands! My skin has responded to the treatments… can’t wait for my next appointment with Lynette!!!

Staff is so friendly. I adore Amberly. And the services are phenomenal. Indulge in a wrap before that special night out.

This place has no medical director on sight or any other medical staff that can critically think or make decisions. I asked to speak with a practitioner when I became suspicious and there isn’t one there!
Stay away!

I bought a Groupon for 2 spider vein treatments. I’ve never had this kind of treatment done before so I had no clue what to expect. Lynette took care of me and she was amazing. I just finished my first treatment and even though it was slightly painful Lynette guided me through it extremely well. I will forever go back just because of her!

Everyone in the office is customer service oriented. Even when calling I was impressed by how friendly the staff was. It feels as if they all love their jobs and working there, which is refreshing! I had a leg vein treatment and a vampire facial on separate days. Both experiences were great. Michelle (I believe was the person, I’m so bad with names!) treated me and she was wonderful, compassionate, and kind. Plus the spa is just gorgeous, I am obsessed with the décor. GREAT PLACE! I will return and have recommended it to fiends!

I don’t see much of a difference in this first session hopefully I’ll see more in the second. She said it usually takes 3 – 4 times so we’ll see. Office is clean and staff is friendly.

I’m giving Valhalla 5 stars because of Lynette. I’ve been seeing her every other month for at least 6 years. She’s the best there is, and I feel like I’m aging more slowly as a result. I actually think my skin looks better at age 38 than it did when I was 33. Plus, their new office is beautiful.

i have to say when u first time be there u will feel comfortable and think they are so nice. But after u found you didn’t get any result from your ZERONA treatment u should talk to their doctor. He will tell you u already sign on the paper which write they don’t guarantee your result. It’s means u throw your money! If no result it’s none of their business! Right now I’m trying to find an approach of law!

I am very happy with Dr. Weingrow! He is very good with his patients and encouraging of you as person and for your overall wellbeing. The office team is always wonderful, personable, and helpful to meet schedule needs or ask how YOU are. I enjoy seeing and dealing with the office manager Teresa. She is very hands on and keeps the office flow with positive energy! MUST HAVE to keep the doctor office running smooth. I will come all the way cross town anytime for them!

This review is for Dr. Alexandra Reimann who is the naturopathic doctor at Vallhalla. I’ve been seeing Dr. Alex for a couple of years and always appreciate my visits with her. She never rushes you and always goes over anything that might be bothering you in detail. I also like that she really looks at getting you to the optimal test results for your blood work, not just «in range» like most other doctors.
The only downside is that since Nevada doesn’t recognize naturopaths I can’t use my insurance for the visits. So it can get a little pricey when you first start treatment but I find it well worth the cost.
