After traveling from Seattle to Las Vegas during salt and sand on the road season, we had several dings and chips in our windshield. Crystal was very friendly and professional, and made getting in and out a breeze (she even made a couple of restaurant recommendations which made our trip even more enjoyable)! She helped our family get back on the road while vacationing in Las Vegas.

I had a huge crack in my windshield. Ashlee a representative at Vegas Auto Glass Experts handled my questions perfectly, explained everything so I Understood the whole process. Easy and simple. We had my windshield replaced through my insurance the same day I called. They also explained to me about their tint. I loved what I heard and set up an appointment for tint the following day. It’s so awesome! They tinted my whole car including the windshield. Lifetime warranty! Seamless transactions and top notch customer service and the product is best of the best! I will refer all my friends to this company. Couldn’t be more pleased, very professional, friendly and the price was good too!

Called these guys at 6pm Thursday night and had my whole windshield replaced by 10:30am Friday. Crazy quick service! I’d recommend this company to anybody who needs a windshield repaired ASAP!

It’s was Labor Day weekend and I got my car broken into so I needed a window replaced asap. I called and Crystal was very professional. It was a crazy weekend so I wasn’t expecting it to be done on the weekend. She kept in contact with me thru txt and it was very convenient. She had Luis meet me at my house and he arrived at 3:04pm and was finished with the installation at 3:26. I just couldn’t believe it. He cleaned out the glass and waited for me to check the window and my car. He did a great job. The price was good for mobile since I didn’t have to drive anywhere. I would recommend this service to anyone. Thanks guys!

I called on Sunday as this business was the only glass repair place I could find that was listed as open and I wanted to get the power window fixed before returning home to Reno. I left a message as I got a recording and my son had gone by and said they were closed (so I’m not sure if the hours or address listed on Unilocal are accurate). His rear window on the driver’s side had been broken out (on campus at UNLV) and needed to be replaced ASAP! I got a call back while I was on the road home and we were able to make arrangements despite several «no service» zones. Crystal was very patient despite the frustrating circumstances of several dropped calls and slow texts. She fixed it today and sent me a video of the highlights so I’d know it was done right! I appreciated her taking good care of my teen student as I couldn’t be there for him! This will be our first choice in the event of future vandalism, rogue rocks or the need for window tinting (which seems like a must in the Vegas heat)!!

Crystal with Vegas Auto Glass is the best! My windshield had some major damage after a rock hit it on the highway. She was able to look at my car the same day, within a few hours of the incident. She fixed the windshield in less than 45 minutes and talked me through the process of reporting it to my car insurance company. She is definitely an expert in this type of work and saved my windshield from further damage. I will absolutely be back if I need more work done.

I’m in the automotive business myself and was in Vegas when my windshield took a big rock! I found Vegas Auto Glass Experts on Unilocal.I went in and was instantly greeted by Crystal. She instantly took care of me like family. They were quite busy so instead of making me wait, Crystal fixed my cracked windshield herself, it turned out almost invisible! Having an auto glass business myself in San Diego and knowing how to run a company, I completely respect the way she runs her business and am impressed with the company as a whole. I’d highly recommend them to anyone. 5 stars for sure!

I want to thank Vegas Auto Glass Experts for Saving my Winshield, I was on the 15 & a Rock hit the Winshield of my Truck causing a really bad glare. My Truck was fixed the Same day In about 30 mins. It was quick & Crystal was Friendly & Professional. I’m Kinda OCD About the way I want things, & Las Vegas Auto Glass were spot on.
I just wanted to take the Time to say Thank you for saving my Winshield, saving me $$$, & taking that Nasty Glare out. Now it’s time to put the kids in the truck & hit Wet N Wild this weekend!

I just got a quarter size chip in my precious Panamera windshield and called these guys to do the work. My experience with Vegas Auto Glass Experts was fabulous from beginning to end. Jazzy, her assistant was professional and friendly the second I walked into the shop and obviously knows this business. I felt very confident using their services. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a repair done in the future. Beautiful job! Thanks Guys, seamless work!

I was driving with my toddler and a rock cracked my window. I used Unilocal to find someone in the Vegas area to fix my winshield. Based on the reviews (which I now know must’ve been written by this company) I called Vegas Auto Glass Experts.
I was told someone would be out to me in 20 minutes. I waited 1 hour in the Vegas heat. When the employee, Crystal arrived, she began «repairing the windshield» It was obvious she had no idea what she was doing.
When she finiished it looked like she stuck a piece of gum in a hole. I was assured that it would dry and look «Crystal Clear».
It looked like my something my toddler did in preschool. When I called several times, I was told the owner, Crystal, would return my call. She never called & I finally ended up replacing the entire windsheild.
All I can say is that I wouldn’t trust Vegas Auto Glass Experts with any job. Completely incompetent, unresponsive & an unprofessional company.
They also go by Rock Chick Auto Glass, I’m assuming they changed their name because of other bad reviews.
Call Safelite Auto Glass, I wish I did in the first place. Hope my review saves other consumers from wasting their money.

After making 6 calls, leaving 4 messages to local auto glass shops, I had only spoken to one actual human being, quoting a fair price, but unable to schedule for 4 days. Businesses just aren’t run well anymore.
Frustrated, I gave up for a moment, and ran some errands.
Then I got a call from Crystal, opening with an apology for not answering my first call.
She quoted me a better price, then said exactly what I wanted to hear «how about 1pm, today». Perfect. I was so happy with the impression I got in just a short phone conversation, I called back and added a second repair that I initially was going to do myself.
She greeted me at the door, spoke to me like an old friend, not a customer, and offered a ride to get some food. You can’t teach real service like that. The work was done right, the pricing was fair, she even gave me a extra part «at cost» that was unexpected, even though I was the one who had neglected to consider needing it.
If you are reading this, you are weighing your options… STOP.

I have to say Crystal with Vegas Auto Glass saved my windshield on my brand new 2015 Z06. I had not just one major chip but over a dozen they she made almost invisible. If you looking for «top level» work with fast turn around time I highly recommend this «glass wizard»
