Specialties

Create a fun, energetic, high achieving tennis camp for kids in order to provide every single camper an individualized and overall great «NO QUIT» experience.

We accomplish these goals by:

1) Keeping a 4 to 1 instructor to camper ratio in order to maintain safety and the individual attention that each camper deserves

2) Conducting fun, high energy activities which keep each and every camper engaged

3) Paying special attention to hydration and shade in order to keep each camper vitalized during the hottest of Vegas summer days

4) Offering close correspondence with each camper’s parents whether it be about dietary needs, health concerns, or action pictures of their son or daughter

The «NO QUIT» experience consists of all the above and more. Every day our instructors pay special attention to each and every detail, no matter how small, in order to make sure that each camper, whether they are there for a day, a week, or the entire summer gets the full experience.

SUMMER CAMP!

History

Established in 2005.

In 2008 No Quit Academy created a series of innovative Summer Tennis Camps for kids, giving youth in the greater Las Vegas area a fun and rewarding environment for tennis and personal growth during the summer months. No Quit’s summer tennis camps combine tennis with many other fun activites to keep children of all ages and abilities challenged and entertained for a week or more. The No Quit Tennis Academy was founded in 2005 on the courts of the Las Vegas Hilton and included just two players and a coach. From those humble beginnings, the No Quit Academy has flourished. No Quit has now given over 45 high-school graduates the tools necessary to advance to collegiate level tennis, and presently influences thousands of youth in Las Vegas through summer camps such as our own. We currently have alumni with almae-matres such as Vanderbilt, BYU, NC State and Villanova. Join our fun and talented staff for a week at our tennis summer camp for kids!

A native Australian, Tim Blenkiron came to Las Vegas to attend Unlv on a tennis scholarship in 1993. In 1997 he made history by winning the NCAA doubles championship with partner Luke Smith. This is Unlv’s first and only NCAA tennis championship title. In 2008 Blenkiron was inducted into the UNLV Sports Hall of Fame. Blenkiron’s passion and love for the game of tennis led him to coach the junior program at Canyon Gate Country Club. Here he developed a number of players to become top 10 in the United States. As a result he caught the eye of tennis legend Andre Agassi, and his manager Perry Rogers, who recruited Blenkiron to run the Andre Agassi Charitable Foundation program. Team Agassi under Blenkiron’s leadership, has won over 40 state, sectional and national titles, including 6 super national championships and 1 international championship. Blenkiron is also President of the USTA in the state of Nevada, a board member of the USTA-Intermountain section and the Marty Hennessy Jr. Tennis
