My first experience with Vegas Valley Air was today. I purchased a Groupon which was ten dollars cheaper than the already great deal stated on their website. So needless to say I’d still call them even without a Groupon.
I called them late Friday and had an appt for the following morning as they have 24⁄7 services. Eric was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He even took the time to explain the diagnosis in detail and in terms I could understand.
Eric was very thorough and efficient. He didn’t just give us an ultimatum; he offered options. I highly recommend this company and I plan on utilizing their services for future inspections and repairs.
