You can always come back.» …this is the admirable advice I was told by a very friendly sales lady working the retail department of another optometry office I received an eye exam at earlier this month.
Considering THAT optometry office did not inventory frames that were upscale enough for my liking, I came here to Vegas Vision and fell in love with several frames. All of them belonged to the same French designer, Fred. I compared 3 frames I will refer to as Good, Better & Best… I chose one and paid in advance last week and picked them up today. I love them and am wearing them as I type this review.

Vegas Vision provides its customers with in-​house lens-​making and a fast turnaround time by a very friendly professional named Jason.
Prices for anything I buy are always high as I am the 1^st to admit I am a snob. But I wear the best and am damned proud of it and surprisingly the prices weren’t as high as I was prepared to invest toward my vision.
The service was impeccable by a very friendly professional named Gracie. I highly recommend asking for her when you go to Vegas Vision to purchase your eye glasses. She takes her time, provides good recommendations based on your prescription and personal taste.
Vegas Vision also offers eye exams, contact lens fitting, and is Certified in the treatment of ocular disease. Located at the SW corner of Sahara & Maryland in a retail shopping center.

I just had to write a review for the awesome staff here at Vegas Vision. I went in for a routine prescription for contacts and glasses and didn’t have an appointment. They were kind enough to take me as a walk in even though they were extremely busy. Everyone in this office was so warm, helpful, and cheerful!
Dr. Troy Chang was my optometrist and he took the time to make sure I was getting the right prescription. A lot of times when offices are busy, you feel rushed, but not here. He gave me new trial lenses that were much more moisturizing and also rechecked them while they were on (since I’m in between prescription strengths).
I also have double vision coverage and the staff didn’t mind calling my insurance to get the exact amounts I was covered for. When it was time to order my lenses, they gave me different quantity options to choose from so I wasn’t paying so much out of pocket. I was happy that I was also going to get a rebate to help with the cost!
I will definitely be making this my permanent place for all my eye care needs!

I am visiting from out of town and needed a place to go to have my eyes checked due to some irritation and swelling that wouldn’t go away. I called around a few places and found it difficult to get in to see a doctor ASAP being a first time patient. One place even told me to go to urgent care if I needed to be seen so quickly! I knew it wasn’t an emergency or «urgent» just something that wasn’t resolving on it’s on with the drops I was using. I called Vegas Vision and the lady who answered was super friendly and said I could come in as soon as possible. The price of the visit was affordable for someone uninsured like me and Dr. Chang was so nice and informative. He gave me some steroid drops and informed me that I was using the wrong drops and was probably aggravating them more with my «gets the red out» stuff: b I feel better a few hours later with the correct eye drops and have a follow up appointment in a week. Pretty happy about how things have worked out today!

Very pleased with this place. I have been wearing glasses for obver 30 years and have been to various spots for my vision needs. I just got new insurance so decided to try a new place. I love the people here. They are so helpful and friendly. The eye doctor is awesome and extremely informative. I loved the selection of frames and the cost was quite reasonable.

I’ve been wearing glasses and/​or contacts since the 3^rd grade and this is hands down the best place I’ve gotten my specs. I’ve made the mistake of going to Costco Optical for the past few years figuring I’m saving some coin, but I’ve paid for those glasses in other ways…
This place was not only competitive in price, but had a great selection of frames, professional and courteous service and best of all — one of the best fittings for frames I’ve ever had. I have a very heavy prescription and on top of that got a pretty large frame, but nevertheless, they fit easily and after 3 consecutive days I hardly feel them. This was NOT the norm for me. I usually have to wait a good week while my ears and nose get used to the new glasses, but I now know what it means to be properly fitted.
