Happy Customer for Life. Our experience started off very good… then an issue… but an instant and very timely resolution. Our Salesperson was Bobby M. Friendly and understanding of our needs. He’s well knowledged in their products so he doesn’t waste time showing us the entire store’s inventory. We made a purchase, returned the next day for the Wedding Ring to be sized and then returned home — out of state. After a few days, we noticed one of the center diamonds had popped out. Obviously this is a tragic moment. We contacted Bobby who immediately put us in touch with Robin P. the store’s Manager. She was very apologetic and the tone in her voice reflected that. We returned the Ring back to her at their expense. She personally examined it and determined it was a rare, flawed construction. And here is what caused us to be happily flabbergasted: due to the nature of the object and how Rings are made, Robin decided for permanent structural integrity, it would be smarter to remake the Ring and return a rock in it’s missing place. We received a call yesterday from Robin giving us a status and today we received a more beautiful(but identical) Ring. The key here is how the entire situation was handled: From the Sale to the Complaint to the Repair and the Return — all very quickly and smoothly. Robin is a Rock Star because she understands what it means to create a Customer for Life.
