Great service! We just spent over an hour with Sean as he switched my husband from AT&T to my plan on Verizon and set up his new phone. Even after the store closed, he didn’t seem to mind and took his time just chit chatting with us to make sure everything transferred over from my husband’s old phone to the new one. He answered all our questions and actually helped me because I was overpaying for data that I haven’t been using. When it’s time for me to upgrade in about a month or so, I’ll definitely be back to see him. This is probably the best customer service we’ve ever had when dealing with our phone service. I wanted to take the time to acknowledge a few people at the Verizon store on Tropical Pkwy in Centennial Hills. First of all, I went in for an upgrade and dealt with Danielle. She was so knowledgeable to the point that I as an IT guy felt like I was back in school. She really has managerial potential in my book. She spent a whole lot of time with me as I ask a ton of questions. So props to you Danielle on a job well done. Now to the General Manager Michael Raimondo. Mr. Raimondo also spent a bit of time with me as I like to deal with the higher ups whenever I have some important questions that only managers can answer regarding exceptions. He really took care of me with great customer service, and I am very appreciative to him for that. I know how busy they were, but I am kind of selfish when it comes to my phone and the accessories I purchase. So props to the both of you for a job well done. If I could only take this store and employees back to Los Angeles with me… By the way the store is huge and has an impressive display of phones and accessories, very clean and well run. This was a terrible experience. I work in customer service and(Chris) the not so helpful Agent in store, definitely did not leave a good impression. I scheduled my appointment online, 24 hours in advance but had to wait to be seen by anyone. I was approached with no introduction and no willingness to help. I was undecided about which phone to get. However, Chris was not willing to provide any details about the phones except«The Note 5 has more case choices.» Not to mention, they were out of stock in the phone of my choice, once my husband assisted me in making the choice(no thanks to Chris). I had to ask him to check other stores to see if this phone was in stock. He told us that the phone was in stock at one of their stores across town. He made no attempt to call the store to reserve the phone for us. Needless to say, the phone was NOT in stock when we drove all the way across town to get it. I have been a customer with Verizon for over 20 years and this is how I am treated? Completely unacceptable. Thankfully, the experience at the Arroyo store was more pleasant than thee Centennial location. VERY frustrating and disappointing.

Worst experience of my life. If you want to get screwed over don’t go here. So here’s the situation. Me and my friend go into verizon one day just to check out any deals or what’s going on with absolutely no intensions of buying anything. Just to check it out. Meanwhile I’ve been with t mobile for 3 years & had just about paid off the S4 with a 100 $ monthly unlimited payment. We are then greeted by an employee who suggests that I could jump on my friends line & pay half that. I was looking at the S6 edge & started to consider his suggestion. The catch was that the S6 edge wasn’t in stores yet so he suggested another idea. The S6 edge he began to explain was going to be in their store in 2 weeks so he said he could work something out with us. He said that we could leave with a phone today come back in 2 weeks & still get the edge. He gave me another S4 the phone I had just paid off wasn’t too happy with that but I need my phone for business. Anyways we decided to go with it knowing we’d get what I want in 2 weeks. So the 2 weeks passed I had called the store to talk to the employee that set all this up to ask him if the s6 edge came in & he said no. So I didn’t even bother going in to switch it because the phone wasn’t even there in the 2 week time frame like they told me. 2 days later I go to verizon to figure out this hiccup. We immediately demand to speak to the manager we told him this exact situtaion & he flat out said we didn’t come back in two weeks so we cannot have the S6 edge. So now I’m stuck with the S4 on which I had just paid off the mobile & now am stuck with for another 2 years with verizon. Furiously we asked to speak to the district manager ironically enough he was on site in the store that day. So the manager proceeded to go talk with him. Manager came back & told us that even the district manager wouldn’t even approve it & he was too chicken to come out and tell us himself. So we left very angry, disappointed & ashamed. Verizon didn’t even try to take care of us & follow through with their promises. Great customer service verizon. Thanks for nothing. Chumps.

Super helpful, I’ve been in this locations a bunch if times over the years, always get quick and efficient service and they have always been able to answer all my questions and fix anything wrong with my various phones. Friendly staff that works with you, doesn’t make you feel like an idiot after fixing the problem you were struggling with for hours in a matter of mintues. Keep up the great work!

I got ripped off and the manager didn’t even care… I assume all the employees working receive commission and all they care about it getting the sale. A girl helped me out in getting a new phone on the edge plan. When we were finishing up she told me with the deal I get any case I want and Bose Bluetooth speaker for free. I pushed back and asked questions trying to find out where the charge was and she repeatedly said it was free… FREE! Two months later a $ 330 charge showed up on my bill. I tried to get it taken care of but they said they couldn’t help me. Punish me because your employees are greedy and deceiving people, good job Verizon… You suck.

Well, it looks like Nathan is gone and the staff now is awesome! Sean was more than helpful, patient, personable, and professional. He handled all my issues with kindness and courtesy. Sean took the time to make sure my files were transferred properly and made sure I was happy. I think I like this place!

I have been to this store twice for two different service requests. All I can say is 10+. Vernon is the greatest Verizon employee I have ever dealt with. He assisted the first rep helping me on the first visit. On my second visit, I asked to have him help me directly. He is awesome. He really knows what he is doing. He is worth the wait. He takes his time with his customers and makes sure that they don’t have any unanswered questions. I know that when he gets to me, that he will do everything in his power to make my experience a great one. This store is known as a «smart» store. They have a huge selection of products. It’s bright, cheery and well organized. It is evident that the management staff of this location have everything under control. You can feel the positive energy when you walk in. That’s more than I can say for other Verizon locations. I’m so happy that this location is here to help. Bravo for them and for Vernon as well.

So excited that Verizon opened a corporate store so close to where I work! The store is very open and laid out nicely ensuring you aren’t elbow to elbow fighting your way to the merchandise like in other stores. I interacted with a few different employees and was impresses with all of them. Vernon C. Does deserve a special mentioned as he assisted me with a company cell phone and my companies horrible policies on transferring data to a new phone. For the management staff: Vernon deserves a raise/promotion we put him through torture and he kept his composure and professionalism the entire time. I will definitely be back the next time one of my employees damages their phone!
