Shady, shady, shady. Do yourself a favor and buy from the corporate store in Boca. I wish we had. Have used that store for years to buy phones for my business, but decided to try this one since we live 5 minutes from Downtown Summerlin. Traded in our old phones and bought a Samsung Galaxy 7 and 7 edge, plus two cases, a wireless charger and a screen protector for my wife’s phone. Total ticket north of $ 1500. Our sales guy recommended and kept pushing the screen protector, so my wife agreed and he put it on for her. We’re in a rush to get to dinner with friends, but as we’re leaving the store she notices the screen protector doesn’t even cover the entire screen, leaving 1⁄8 inch gaps on either side. So we turn around before we even get to the car to let our sales guy know, he assures us no problem, test it out, it’s «designed that way». By the time we arrive at our friends house my wife had decided she hated the screen protector, it didn’t even seem to be the right one for the phone. Long story short they refuse to take it back or issue store credit, a $ 29 item that they probably have a 50% markup on, since we left the store with it. So now they have some angry customers — we’ve been with Verizon now about 10 years– and I’m telling my friends, everyone I know to stay away from this business. Over a screen protector. What can you say about a business that sells you the incorrect product, then uses the«gotcha» tactic of telling you that they can’t resell it once it’s been opened and left the store, so you are stuck with it? What I say is good riddance– won’t be surprised if this place shutters even before their lease is up.

On June 3rd, after a terrible experience in the Verizon Boca Park location, I went to the Downtown Summerlin location. What a difference a great Manager makes! Eric Casucci greeted me authentically,(you know, like he really wanted to help) and assisted me in a new IPhone purchase. He was wonderfully knowledgeable, professional, while keeping a eye on the store and his associates, which is exactly what a great Manager should do. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I left completely happy and confident in my purchase. Thank You Eric for being so perfectly inspiring to me that caring individuals can also be great Managers! Verizon, are you listening?

Fraser is the man! Got me upgraded to the newest iPhone within about 20 minutes, with everything transferred over from my old phone; case and screen protector on; and out the door in what seemed like no time at all. Great location and excellent customer service. Thank you, Fraser!

Holy cow what a horrible place and what a rip off too. First off, they have a sticker on the outside of the building that states they are an official Verizon dealer. I asked the sales manager and the sales rep if they were an official Verizon dealer. The response, «yes». According to Verizon itself«THEYARENOT». According to Diamond Wireless’ own contract«THEYARENOT» they are«A third party service provider». Secondly, holy D-bag staff adding to the stereotype that Las Vegas locals rip off everyone they meet. Not only the misleading of the Verizon affiliation, but just overall D-bag arrogance and that Las Vegas club industry creepy vibe feel. Especially the sales rep by the name of Nick(you’re lucky I lost your card because you’re so unmemorable or I would use your full name for this review). This punk is about 23 – 24 years old and thinks he’s king of the world. In reality, it’s kind of Jersey Shores meets Donald Trump without any of the money accept for what mommy and daddy(who happen to live a few blocks away in Red Rock) gave him to dress way nicer than the job pays. Anyways, don’t bother to ask any questions of any of the staff, you are actually treated as a second class citizen the whole time. If your questions are answered, it’s with a disdain of arrogance, misdirection, or a flat out lie. For example; Question: «Do you match prices» from Answer given by sales manager: «Yes». Question: «Do your contracts have any kind of fees, i.e. service fee, connection fee, retailer fee etc…». Answer given by both Nick and his sales manager: «No». Then, moving forward, the first contract they try to get you to sign is not a price match at all to , in fact, it was $ 50.00 more plus tax. When I pushed the phone back and said I was no longer interested, they changed the contract. Second, they not so slyly give a small digital pad to you to sign. In extremely small print it states that there is a $ 40.00 «connection fee» for Diamond Wireless. Question: «This fee is waived, correct?» «There are absolutely no fees for the upgrade.» Answer given by Nick and his sales manager: «Yes». Moral of the story, if you got screwed by Jersey Trump and his accomplice(s), call Verizon and complain. I did not receive my $ 40.00 back, but I did receive $ 20.00 off my bill for the next 12 months. If enough bites are taken out of Verizon’s bottom line, they will have the juice and desire to make this shady company squirm and send Jersey Trump packing to become another flash in pan nightclub promoter where he belongs(Watch out ladies, the roofies will be flowing in full force soon)..

I stopped in to get an iPhone 6 upgrade on my account recently. I would highly recommend this Verizon location. The Verizon team was prompt to help me and also suggested good new products that I wanted to learn about, were knowledgable, suggested a couple ways to save money which is always a plus. Andrew the Manager was generous in a couple discounts he applied and Nick the sales associate went above the call of duty ordering a second iPhone 6128GB after I changed my mind on color choice. Super personable team that is interested in their customers and goes overboard for them.

Went to get a new phone and Faith was very courteous and professional. There were some issues(on Verizon’s side) when calling Verizon customer service, but Faith was patient and helped with the whole process so that everything worked out to my satisfaction.

The staff at this store were so welcoming and extremely professional in everything they did. I just went in that day to seek out a better plan rate and left with a brand new iPhone 6! They were very knowledgeable about every aspect of what Verizon offers and I am glad that I am still a Verizon customer. Pete, Faith, and their manager Andy need to be commended on their efforts and awesome work ethic. Thank you!
