Hired VIP Limo for our company transportation needs during the CES 2016 convention. They were prompt and professional. Kenny and Penny were absolutely amazing! They were courteous and worked with all my schedule changes. I definitely recommend VIP Limo and will use their service next time!

Booked this limo for the night. Our driver ken was awesome! Very courteous and maintained his composure even with the crazy Vegas traffic. He was always early picking us up and understanding of changing plans. This will be the only company I’ll use for limos in Vegas!

These guys are awesome! Prompt on pick-​ups and drop-​offs, have pretty much any music you want to listen to, and the limos are super clean, modern, and up-​to-​date!

I ordered a 6 person limo (because I thought we had 5 people), and it ended up we only had 4. So, the 4 of us had LOTS of room in the back.
I initiated contact with VIP Limo via their web site.
They e-​mailed me within an hour with a quote.
Unlike other companies, their quotes are «all inclusive»… that means tax and gratuity is included in their quote.
I will totally use their service again.

Regarding limo service on 5÷24÷14…
I made my reservation for limo service for my wedding day several weeks ago after getting a referral from my wedding venue, Emerald at Queensridge, and confirmed several times before that date. I work as a publicist, and often plan events for my clients, so I am very detail-​oriented and would never let anything slip through the cracks. I made two reservations for the evening. The one that I had a problem with was the one taking place from 3:15 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Earlier in the day of my wedding day, I called the office to let them know I was running a bit behind schedule and to ask if I could move my reservation to 3:45 p. m so the driver wasn’t stuck waiting for me. Dispatch let me know that they wouldn’t be able to do that, but said it was fine if I was running a little bit late and that the driver would wait for me. She said she would let the driver know I would be coming out at 3:45 p.m. At 3 p.m., Samane the driver texted me to let me know he was out front. I let him know that I would be outside at 3:45 p.m. He responded «ok.» About 15 minutes later, as I was putting the finishing touches on my hair and make up and packing my bag to head to the wedding venue, he texted again demanding that I come down no later than 3:30 p.m.
When I first got this text message, I was extremely baffled. I hired the company to provide a service and for a driver to demand that I abide by his schedule and what is convenient for him is absurd. Instead of texting back, I called him and explained that I spoke to dispatch and they said it would be fine if I was out at 3:45, at which point he raised his voice and got very angry, saying that he had another reservation to get to at 5 p.m. and he didn’t want to hit traffic and be late for picking up the next reservation. I let him know that my reservation was until 4:45 p.m. and I should be able to use that time how I want — he then rudely explained that part of my 1.5 hour reservation includes travel time to his next reservation. Out of all of the times I spoke to people from the company, this is the first I heard of this policy, which I think is ridiculous. If this is really the policy, they should inform people of this well before big occasions like this one.
I then let Samane know I would try to do my best to get down to valet ASAP, but that he would need to come back to Marriott to pick up my fiancé and a couple of groomsman after. The Marriott and wedding venue are so close together that two roundtrips would have taken 20 minutes total. 20 minutes — that is literally all the time I needed out of my hour and a half reservation, but as soon as I told Samane that, he got extremely angry. He was so rude to me, that I started crying on what should have been the happiest day of my life, my wedding day.
My bridesmaids and I rushed around my hotel room to make sure I had everything we needed for the night and we were at valet by 3:32 p.m. Samane pulled up with an evil look on his face, and would not even acknowledge us and say hello, open the doors for us, or help us with our bags. At this point, I was so upset that I was still crying and was shaking from anger. This should have been the happiest limo ride of my life — on my way to my wedding with my best friends, and instead, I was left feeling miserable. Because I was visibly shaken, when we arrived at the venue, one of my bridesmaids coordinated with Samane to make sure he was actually going to head back to pick up my fiancé from the Marriott. (we rode separately so we wouldn’t see each other before the ceremony). Samane let her know that he needed to be out at 4 p.m. or he would be leaving. True to his word, Samane started to drive away from the valet at 4:02 p.m., when my father in law flagged him down and made him stop the vehicle so they could get in. He literally was going to leave my fiancé at the hotel. Are you kidding me??? I had 45 minutes left on my reservation!!! Luckily, they were able to get in the limo and were at the venue by 4:10, well before the end of my reservation, but once again, Samane was incredibly rude, and would not even acknowledge them.
The wedding went off without a hitch, and this was the only bad memory I will have of the day, but it is something I will never forget. I’m not generally the «review writing» type, I’m just a young woman who was over-​the-​moon excited for her wedding day. I should have been only crying happy tears, not crying because a limo driver was rude to me and the people I love most. People book limo services because they want to feel special on big days like these, and Samane made me feel like I was nothing but an inconvenience to him.
After relaying this message to VIP limos following the big day, they initially offered to refund part of my res, but neglected to answer any of my phone calls or emails following the initial conversation. Disappointing…

We had a group of 10 in Las Vegas recently and used VIP on another friend’s suggestion. They were awesome! So friendly and flexible. You can imagine dealing with 10 slightly inebriated folks… We used them for a round trip airport ride; and also for 2 hours on an evening of driving the strip, went to the Welcome to Las Vegas sign… The vehicles were clean and the drivers were so nice and professional!

I give my rating because my kids had such a good time but. they were a hour late. I had to call. They forgot our reservations. Showed up an we a hour late to dinner reservations our driver was lost finding the place. I was slightly disappointed in the conditions of the car. There were things broken definitely a lot of wear. For 300 $ it was disappointing, an they threw in a strip tour but we live here so it was like ehhh really whatever. I’m sure they mean well but I was expecting a little more.

Several things went not as I had asked or paid for. Asked for an airport pick up, and provided our flight number, we were delayed and they did not monitor in the incoming flight nor did they wait for us. We were left at the airport with no pick up, and had to call them to come get us. When they eventually did send a limo, the limo was littered full of empty beer cans… and as we had asked in the original request, they did not account for a couple lengths of the strip so we could have some drinks and enjoy the sights. They said the service was strictly from the airport to the hotel, and weren’t willing to take us. After a heated discussion with the supervisor during the short frustrating ride to the hotel, they were not willing to discount for the dirty vehicle… Next time I’ll pay for several cabs for my friends and save my money, time and patience. There was nothing positive.

I needed a limo for my friends bridal party to take us from the church to the reception. I called 5 other limo companies for pricing. Las Vegas VIP limo was the cheapest. I wanted a 14 passenger stretched limo. I was a little hesitant because I found only 1 review on the internet and it was this Unilocal review.
I’m glad I decided to go with them. The limo came on time, looked great and gave great service. We got from point A to B without incident.
I will be a returning customer for sure.

Actually went with this place based on the one other review. I saw several other limo companies but something just told me to go with this one, and I am really happy I did.
I booked this for a point trip (house in Anthem to Harrah’s) for my friend’s bachelorette party on a Saturday night — I scheduled it on a Friday afternoon!
The gentleman was about 20 – 30 minutes late (can’t quite remember but no more than that) but I was called before the originally scheduled time and was told he was late because he forgot to put our bottle of champagne in the limo. Late happens — it worked out because our bride to be was still getting ready even as he pulled up. –_​–
The driver was super friendly and patient with us, and took some pretty good photos before we hopped in on our drive to the strip. What was awesome was I paid beforehand and didn’t need to worry about tipping since it was already taken care of.
We ended up calling him later that night (12:30−1am) and he happened to be in the neighborhood of the Rio so we were able to catch a ride back for a couple of people in our party that needed to get back before 2am. Very nice, very responsive, and very professional!
Try them out. I wish more people would and write reviews — they’re a good, friendly company.
