Friendly and helpful! The only thing is I have tried their tight a few times and they don’t seem to last very long… This last pair only lasted me a week:(I would rather spend a little bit more and get capezios because they def last me longer!!!

Owners are really nice. I’ve been there twice now and they are very welcoming. Haven’t had much issues or concerns. They truly care about their clients.

Waitress World is a small boutique that has the essentials for women in the hospitality/​food beverage industry in Las Vegas. My recent visit to the boutique was pleasant. I was there on two separate occasions. The first time a wonderfully nice lady, helped me with trying on different shoes and she even put a pair on hold for me as I was undecided with which pair to choose. When I came back a couple days later, the owner’s husband helped me out with picking my new work shoes. (Which I now absolutely love! They are so comfortable!) During my visit, he mentioned to me that his wife is a cocktail waitress on the strip and she opened the boutique to provide the ‘hard-​to-​find essentials’ for ladies in the industry, just like her. I am a hostess at a high-​volume restaurant on the strip and I know how hard it can be to find comfortable shoes and/​or nylons for work. I am constantly running around at work and my old work shoes were so worn out, they were killing me. My new work shoes are extremely comfortable, my feet hardly hurt at all anymore, and they were on sale at a very reasonable price. Though I only bought shoes, I did noticed that the boutique had all kinds of work materials for cocktail waitresses as well as other cute clothing items. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to buy something for work. The staff at the boutique seem like they understand your needs as someone who is in the industry and they make sure your experience is personal. Only thing to keep in mind during your visit: all shoe sales are final. So make sure they’re what you really want/​need. Definitely work checking out though!

After searching and searching for thick pantyhose for myself and for my husband (who rides a motorcycle and needs an extra layer to keep him warm) we finally found Waitress World in town! This is my new low key spot too for cute tops/​bottoms! The owner is very informative, sweet and friendly! Definitely must visit this boutique for all your waitressing needs and cute little outfits!

I finally called Waitress World after spending an hour walking into every shoe store in the South Outlets looking for black close toed pumps appropriate to wear to work as a cocktail server. My life hasn’t been the same (since this afternoon).
I was hired just 2 days ago, and called my place of employment to find out I start TOMORROW! As awesome as that may sound, the panic of trying to find my list of must haves is torturous. I knew Waitress World existed, because I’ve driven past it several times on my way to work (on the strip) but didn’t expect them to cater so specifically to cocktail waitresses. They had EVERYTHING I needed, and plenty of other accessories that made things easier; clipboards, SHOES, good quality hosiery, tip cups (embellished and plain), trays, the list goes on.
Cindy was especially fabulous; she not only helped me find the things I needed, but had solutions for the problems I was anticipating. She’s a cocktail waitress at a strip casino so she has great insight and was genuinely trustworthy– she urged me to try on other shoes after I found some I liked, and really seems to know the products that she’s selling.
I want to make a point to talk about the hosiery she stocks at the store; no, not the cheap pantyhose you buy at Target, but good quality compression pantyhose for a similar price to the cheap stuff; trust the size that she thinks would fit (even if it sounds larger than you expect), and TRY IT ON if you don’t. She’s even got a good selection in her section of maternity hosiery.
PROS:
SELECTION! A whole WALL of shoes to choose from, all reasonably priced; most of them were $ 45 with the exception of the Clarks branded shoes at about $ 100.
Service and expertise was great. Cindy made sure I got what I needed, and wasn’t at all pushy for things I didn’t.
CONS:
None that I can think of.
Whether it’s your first time serving drinks or you’re a seasoned veteran– this is definitely a place to check out when you need legwear. If you disagree and can come up with a place that has a better selection at a better price, you let me know.
