We just got married recently and have been getting a lot of photos printed. Marco in the photo department has helped me every time! He is so friendly, great customer service! Always smiling, & remembers me! Knows the system and helps me with the prints! Great employee! Thank you!

Worst pharmacy i have ever come in contact with. They always tell me to wait 15 min and then 45 mins later and its still not ready. I was once in the waiting area with my sick kids for an hour after the very rude pharmasist told me to wait 10 min. Zero compassion or empathy for their patients. Do yourself a favor and find a different pharmacy.

Poor service and they don’t apologize or empathize. Dropped off a transfer and they couldn’t get a hold of the previous pharmacy– Express Scripts. How about googling the number? Worked for me and I don’t work in a pharmacy to find solutions. Stop being too busy to take care of people. Or do your due diligence and get my phone number when I drop off my script and call me if u have issues, so I can do the googling for you. Another day without my script… Thanks!

Nice start but considering there 24 hours at 1 am I went to fill me Rx and the wait was still a half an hour, the entire reason I came at this time was to get my medicine Norco from my dentist for my pain sooner rather than later but I guess I’m not the only one who goes at 1 am to fill scripts

I hate going to this location but it’s my closest 24 hour location. We get tons of prescriptions here since our family has everything from heart problems to blood disorders, migraines and chronic pain. They BS me telling me they are out of pain meds when I’m wearing my hospital bracelet and clearly in pain after having twins 4 days apart and being forced to watch them die! I have zero patience with their rude employees, none of which lasts more than a couple months. The latest dictator looks like the love child of Mussolini and a random sumo wrestler. She sees me at least once a week and still makes me show ID every time despite recalling my rewards phone number with her Rain Man recall!

I Only came here thinking it would be better and faster than the Urgent Cares in town. The wellness clinic is a waste of time. I saw a APN, not an MD and she misdiagnosed me and told me to take OTC meds for my sinusitis. I went home downloaded Dr on Demand App and saw a Doc Through FaceTime that was 100% better. I was diagnosed properly and given the prescribed meds for my sinus infection within 30 minutes. So basically I wasted an hour of my day at the Wellness Clinic and $ 20 bucks and had no relief whatsoever. Thanks for nothing Walgreens!

Been comming to this location for the past year.
First of all there pharmaceutical staff are amazing. Always very helpful and nice.
Beyond this the retail store always has everything I need.
Good job Walgreens team, and thank you for a great shopping experience

Fire Keshazan Kodandapani. I have NEVER been so mistreated in my entire life by a «medical professional». He refused to see me and another white man for two days and won’t open the availability at any time for appointments. I’ve checked back for the past 2 days to make an appointment and they aren’t available on his shifts. After I waited an hour and signed in, I called behind the desk asking «hello, are you seeing anyone» and he told me to sign in. I already did and waited an hour. He told me he didn’t have my name and I had to sign back in or call to complain. I don’t have time to complain, I’m going to work, and I have to get meds for my three illnesses I have going on. I was coming to him to ask for help with my pain! WHO HAS TIME FOR MORE COMPLAINING?! Sure enough, when someone is so condescending and rude to a 25 white female with a disease, yea, I sure as fuck have time to complain about you and blast your name everywhere as a tool. He refused to see me, refused to put my name on the list, refused to see the man next to me that came the day before and was told by Keshazan to come today and refused to see him a second time, and refused to give me his name. I asked a walgreens employee for the manager, and he said they don’t oversee the Clinic, but understands as the man is rude and was late to even coming in to work. Failure to provide a service, failure to do your job, failure to do such basic things as communicating to your patients with bedside manner is crucial. It isn’t up for discussion. Fire this man or I will keep calling until he’s gone. NEVER IN MY LIFE, Unilocal.NEVER IN MY LIFE.

Bad customer service and that’s all I have.
I have to say after a day at the doctors, fighting a nasty flu the last thing I expected to happen was a shitty drive thru experience picking up my meds hours later. I had no idea it took hours to get meds!
Anyway after waiting in a long line I finally get up to the window to be told they don’t have all my meds. I asked how that was possible because I called & checked status and of course everything was ready to be picked up. The girl has to be in her early twenties & could care less about my disappointment. She tells me to try target because they may have it. I of course asked her to call them to check because I’m not going to drive around looking for the other part of my prescription. She said she couldn’t and at that point I drove away instead of smashing my car into her window :)
It was a long day…
After I drove off like a crazy lady I pulled over to see what the heck was received from them. Two different pills and something was still missing but guess what? There’s no paper stating WTF is still missing so I have no idea what to ask target for. I now get out of my car to go inside to find an adult that maybe cares. I see my young new friend from the window and I ask for her manager. I now get a new girl maybe a year older than the other one and I tell her about my dilemma. She apologizes and says to try cvs across the street. I asked her to write down what the heck I’m missing and she says «that’s a good idea». Lord help me keep my composure!
There’s nothing like being sick and forced to deal with careless morons. I got really nervous after this & googled all my meds to make sure I didn’t receive some hormones or maternity pills! What a joke! Shame on our health care system for hiring morons to help us get better. I now realize that if you get really sick you’ll be in trouble. It shouldn’t be difficult to get medication ever.

Couldn’t access the store this morning after dropping off my prescription the night before because there was a shooting and police blocked off the entire area. When I called later to find out if all was clear the customer service staff carried on a conversation with another employee in the middle of me talking to him it was very rude and I felt that it was unprofessional considering I was in the middle of a sentence when he very loudly just started talking to someone else. How the hell is he suppose to hear me when he’s talking to someone else?!

The only 24 hour pharmacy in this side of town and they don’t take my Tricare insurance. Yet another organization that doesn’t support the troops. Of course I can’t totally blame them for not taking my insurance as Tricare has gone to hell since United Health Care took over. But still. Now my sick kid needs to wait 10 hours for a real pharmacy to open.

It’s no different than any other Walgreens… Products & prices are the same, no matter where you go.
I’ve shopped here for a while, I lived across the street at one point.
The one complaint I’ve always had is, the slow check out, up front.
Every other department is perfect, stock people, pharmacy, photo.
As long as I live in the area, I’ll visit this location.

You gotta love Walgreens they have everything that U could need and that’s open 24hrs I mean how can you beat that!!! Drinks food etc… And fastest pharmacy ever

This review is for the minute clinic–
Do not come here! Go somewhere, anywhere else.
I caught the flu so I checked online to see there was no wait time at this location. Checked in and the computer said it would be a 10 – 15 minute wait. No problem… Well after 30 minutes, some lady calls me up front to tell me they cant see me because they close at 5:30 and the doctor will not stay past closing. So frustrating. I ended up going to UMC instead.

My neighborhood Walgreens. Normally, I have a good experience. Today Assistant Store Manager Juliana was preoccupied with leaving the store at noon rather than providing excellent customer service. I had a simple return and asked if I can receive $ 2 off on the Advil I purchased a day ago. The Advil was advertised in the paper today for $ 2 off. Although the Advil was on the same receipt as the item I was returning, she replied no! She said I made the purchase before the sale. I asked if I had return the Advil I had purchased and then buy it back again, she said yes. REALLY?
This is what my customer experience was like with Assistant Store Manager Juliana:
–Juliana did not greet me.
–she did not look at me during the entire transaction.
–she did not thank me for shopping at Walgreens nor did she tell me to have a nice day.
–when I said I had a question, she replied «what?»
Juliana needs more training in customer service. Maybe someone who appreciates having a job can replace her.
Walgreens…do a better job at training your managers. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Take the day off!
Kyle was the gentleman who rang up my items. Juliana did have time for that a really didn’t give a damn. He had eye contact, was extremely nice, personable and kind. He greeted all customers, thanked them and bid them a good day. I hope to have Kyle assist me in the future. Kyle is more qualified to be assistant manager than Juliana.
Remember Juliana, if it were not for us customers, you would not have a job at Walgreens.

This has to be the worlds most busy drug store. I came here to fill my prescriptions earlier this week. During my «10-​minute wait» that turned into 45 minutes, I am positive I caught an actual illness.
Thankfully, this place has a drive thru. Next time, I will wait in my car so I don’t expose my body to the germ-​infested wait area.
Shopping wise, they do have some decent deals. I stocked up on Chap-​stick at 99 cents a piece and a bought a cute infinity scarf for $ 8. They do accept Culinary Insurance, so that was nice.

Its a typical walgreens, nothing really sticks out about it. They seem efficient with getting prescriptions ready, and the shelves are always stocked. No comlaints here!

I stopped here to pick up some ½ price Christmas cards for next year. It’s the best way to buy them each year.
Parking is easy and I’ve found that getting in and out is quite easy.
